I got a competitive quote from Mills Fencing service and Lewis explained what he would do. On fence day he worked very hard and all the work was completed in that day. All the old fencing was removed. Very pleased with the result I have no hesitation in recommending Mills Fencing (Lewis)

Lewis made neat, custom, closed-board driveway gates to suit our situation. He considered our usage, thought of potential issues and patiently offered potential solutions for us to choose from. He also provided hook-backs, galvanised hinges for longevity, a lock that can be undone from either side, a top-frame for stability against wind-tunnel-effect and advice for keeping everything in good condition. I can not rate Lewis' skills as a fencer highly enough. He has a real talent working with wood. Nothing was too much trouble and a very competitive quote. Everything he made was bespoke & made to measure, no off the shelf parts and to such a high standard. Ours was only a small job yet he went about his work with the same eye for detail and professionalism of a much more expensive project. Very impressed how pleasent, honest and tidy Lewis was. A strong storm in May blew down our garden fence. Lewis did a great job in putting up a replacement fence divided by concrete slabs and pillars. This should provide protection against any future storms and heavy winds. Lewis is fantastic - would recommend 100%.

Having had three contractors through Checkatrade come to look at my fencing needs. Two failed to provide a quote and the third let me down at the last minute. A further search on Google and Mills fencing came up. Lewis measured up, provided advice and a detailed, sensibly priced quote for the work. A date was agreed and he arrived on time. He worked hard throughout the next three days. The quality of his work is excellent and he left at the end of each day having cleared up and the site secure. I can highly recommend his work.

Lewis glady met & discused in length various options of replacing our dilapidated (rotten) fences, wooden posts & pedestrian gate with concrete posts & gravel boards plus aris rail style wooden fences and bespoke hand-built driveway gates so we can now park car down side of house on existing patio. Lewis even made good a couple of loose patio slabs as a kind favour.

So after all the damage caused by the 2 storms in February o was told that I'd struggle to find anyone to put a new fence up in Purbrook and I'd pay through the nose😤 So I asked around and was pointed to Mills Fencing Services. Lewis turned up at the agreed time to look at the job. I had the quote that evening and we agreed a start date that worked for both of us The day before the work was carried out Lewis confirmed everything was ok.
