D & J Projects

Brilliant job well remembered

From initial contact to completion all staff were professional and helpful. The job was booked and they arrived exactly as planned. The quality of the gates and installation are outstanding. The work area was left spotless and old materials were disposed of as quoted. Payment and invoices are online which makes it really easy. We would definitely recommend this company.

D&J Projects are a fantastic family business offering a professional service backed up by a friendly team. They have done a first class job for us and I sure they will do the same for you.

Not had any of your work but stuff that I've seen and your YouTube is brilliant keep working hard guys. Well done💯💯👍👍👍

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! They replaced our fence, installed artificial turf, and laid stones — all completed in under three days. The turnaround was impressive, and the quality of the work is excellent. Communication was clear and professional throughout, and they left the garden spotless once the job was done. Everything looks neat, tidy, and finished to a high standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for fencing, gates, etc. We’re really pleased with the result!

Omg you got a complete head & face in the rubble 🤣🤣🤣

These guys are the best in the business. Competitive prices,Highly professional great work ethics.

Great company. Polite, extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

What an absolute fantastic Company. Outstanding service all the way through, an absolutely lovely lady in the office was so kind and helpful, provided us quoting very speedy, and were ready to start the job within 3 days of receiving the payment. All of your staff have been incredible, from politeness, to work ethic, to standards of service, the quality of finish on the job was absolutely mesmerising compared to what we started with. You have absolutely transformed our garden to a family safe space. Your tradesmen all deserve a big pat on the back (even if slappy was embarrassed to ask to use the toilet lol). They have worked through the WORST weather and still been incredibly polite and diligent. I could not recommend you enough to anyone and everyone, the work was so impressive my parents, family friends and neighbours have all asked for your details to quote their own work. Thank you so much again from my family, you absolute stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

They put up a great fence in the pouring rain. It looks amazing highly recommended.

The work these guys do and show is top quality carry on guys we love u love from leeds

Very good company

17 panel fence run. Old panels in 20y plus and covered in foliage and ivy. Stevie and Thomas worked like troopers to clear, remove and replace all panels using existing posts and boards. A great job - highly recommended.

5 star these boys. Take care and do a quality job.

Very professional company always happy to help and such a friendly work force. 10 stars from me.

great company, greats morals and respect.

Absolute professionals and experts in what they do, from watching their work on YouTube I’d have no hesitation in using their services

Super arbejde bliv endelig ved i samme spor. Fra en YouTube seer fra Danmark.

Did some fencing for a friend of mine and a drive way brilliant job would highly recommend them

Hard working very friendly best in Nottingham and family run business they go out off they way to help

5 star company carried out my drive resurface and we're most courteous with my unreasonable neighbours and we got the drive we wanted what was legally done with planning at town council Thanks D and J for making my dream drive while working under not favourable argumentitive neighbours.highly recommend!

Hey love you boys great job all the time... Just need to ignore the Karen's and keep doing what your going Ur smashing it

D&J have just been abused by a cul-de-sac of nimbies. They did everything correctly and got the correct council permissions to do the work. They all included getting permission from Severn Trent because pipework was beneath the ground in question. D&J video a lot of their work and over five years of YouTube, Dave Stevie and the guys do first class very professional work. Harassment of workers should be a criminal offence. There is no place in factories shops or hospitals for this type of thuggery by people who don't even know what they are talking about. This harassment was probably racially motivated because the customer was Mohamed.

Best Fencing Company and Contractors in Nottinghamshire. Always very polite. Great Morals and Standards in all aspects of any work undertaken. Always willing to go the extra mile xx

I cannot recommend D&J Projects highly enough. The team were extremely diligent, professional, and reliable throughout the whole job. The quality of workmanship is excellent, particularly the fencing, dropped kerb crossing, and driveway works, all completed to a very high standard. Communication was clear, the site was kept tidy, and the work was delivered exactly as agreed. A brilliant local company providing outstanding results. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

D&J did an amazing job building our front fence and gate in Mapperley, we couldn’t be happier with the final result and fantastic customer service from start to finish! Thanks so much.

Excellent service, good quality thanks again, Maureen

Hi folks, my name is Jeff, I watch most of your videos on YouTube, I've been trying to catch-up on all your videos, BRILLIANT!!. Stevie & his dad are very clever in what they do. I am retired now, but I used to work for the Welsh Ambulance Service, taking patients to & from hospitals. I did this for ten years. I loved it with all the characters I used to pick up. I do watch your YouTube channel, although your shows are mixed up, but I love it. I watch your channel in the night/early hours as l have health problems. Keep up your fantastic channel. If I was near you I may have had you doing work for me. I live in Cwmdare Aberdare in South Wales with my wife, Jan and four chihuahua dogs. Anyway I will try and catch up with you again. EXCELLENT!!!

Quoted me for a gate and fence was miles out on price far too expensive

Great company to deal with. I ordered some top soil to seed my garden. The ladies on the phone were super nice and helpful which made the order process hassle free. Delivery was on time, the driver was great and I was really pleased with the price. Got the garden levelled and seeded and 3 weeks later I have an amazing lawn. Thanks guys 🤠

Guys arrived when expected and got on with removing old mesh fence and erecting gravel boards, posts and wooden fencing to our satisfaction. Looks really smart. Would definitely use again.

This is a great company! Easy to order. I had ballast, top soil and cement delivered for my garden project. Arrived on time with great delivery support. They only delivered quality goods at an amazing price. I'm really happy and would highly recommend tgis company. An excellent experience! Thank you D and J projects. A big thumbs up from me!

Avoid like the plague. We spent over £4,000 with them, and nothing went according to plan. Our shed kept leaking, and the driveway work they did was a complete disaster. They even thought it was a good idea to puncture a sewage pipe for drainage, which led to even more problems. As a result, we had to spend an additional £6,000 to redo our garage conversion because water and sewage were seeping under our house. On top of that, they damaged the drainage pipes at the front of our property, and we had to replace several kitchen cupboards due to damp issues. They even installed a fence panel the wrong way around and charged me for it. This entire experience has caused a great deal of stress and financial strain. Please, don’t make the same mistake we did—avoid these cowboys at all costs. Get smarter responses, upload files and images, and more.

This company is the absolute best. Take a look at their youtube updates on varied work carried out . We had our driveway designed by Dave and I cannot praise him and his team for this outcome. I'm over the moon and these guys worked in the worse of weather (hailstones, rain, glorious sun) . They tidy-up after every visit, leaving your property safe. Dave always keeps you updated with what's happening , along with his son stevie and work gang. Not forgetting the ladies/ behind the scenes who are so helpful. Massive well done to you all. 10000% recommended

I would highly recommend D and J Projects for fencing. Excellent quality products. Stevie and Jack took away all old fencing panels and posts and erected the new ones. They worked very hard to make it perfect. You can't get better than that. Thank you lads.

Excellent from the first contact phone call, to the finished job. Highly recommended.

Started watching your you tube channel and I'm totally blown away by your craftsmanship professionalism you all appear a top bunch of guys and only wish you was a bit more local to me in south east london the people of Nottingham are very lucky to have a top company to go to keep up your great work fellas and I do really enjoy your video

I’ve never used this company as I live in Bristol, but have subscribed to their YouTube channel after seeing them many times in Chris Allen - The Professional Struggler’s YouTube videos. After subscribing to D&J’s YouTube channel & watching many videos, I’m really impressed with the high quality of workmanship. They are always super friendly & accommodating to Chris in his videos too and he always praises D&J up so much and I can see why. An honest, friendly & reliable team of professionals. Keep up the amazing work D&J & team. Many thanks for the amazing videos on YouTube too, trying to make my way through them all slowly but surely. Very professional company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have alot ov experience 20 years an qualifications in this field barring the aggregate sales side of things I'm a follower not actually a customer but I can guarantee the public of the Nottingham an surrounding areas this Is the firm to contact should you need any jobs of this kind or grabs believe me you won't find more customer dedicated team around I hope for many good things for the d an j family wonderful business an people

We, unfortunately, are responsible for all the boundaries of our home and D&J have now replaced them all and created a great bin store for us. They began in April 2023 coming to our rescue when our wall fell down, they immediately came out with temporary fencing for our dogs, cleared up 18 tons of rubble, removed fir trees. They returned November 2024 to complete the remaining fencing. In all honesty we didn't bother with 3 quotes. We have watched their YouTube channel since the beginning, their work ethics are clear and I can honestly say they work "beeping" hard, quickly but without cutting corners or popping off to do something else. We got EXACTLY what we asked for, if we were unhappy it was changed. This was far more important to us than saving a few quid. Absolutely brilliant company. We are over the moon with how it all looks & wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Thank You.

Please be reassured by this compony. I was looking for a compony to help me with privacy at home. You just need to watch their YouTube videos to see the quality and standard of work. The work is second to non, they provided exactly what I needed ❤️ perfect family run business that cares for your families needs.

The best in the game. Used them to build our custom side gate and just had them finish our fencing project. The quality of materials is second to none, as is the workmanship. They take pride in their work, answer any questions, advise where necessary and fix any hiccups along the way without any fuss. Really hard workers that tidy up afterwards and are a great bunch of guys to boot. Will not be using anyone else other than D&J, got a lifetime contract with us!

Stevie and Ant replaced broken fencing and gate today- they were extremely personable, professional and very hard working. We’re very happy with the end result and would recommend this company to anyone needing fencing/gate work in the future. We thought the cost was very reasonable too. Thank you also to the lovely lady on the phone !👍⭐️💚

Exceptional quality products and service, absolutely, BAR NONE, the best fencing panels I have used in 40yrs in the building trade.

Watch all your videos hi u guys do great jobs great viewing keep up the great work Dave from Scotland

Steve and Anthony did a brilliant job of removing hedges and fitting the new fencing. They work very, very hard, are efficient and keep collateral damage to plants etc to an absolute minimum. The high quality fence panels, posts and gravel boards have transformed the garden. They are friendly, patient when answering questions and thorough when clearing and tidying up when the job is done. I would highly recommend D & J Projects.

Fantastic!!! I needed 2 small deliveries on separate days and these guys came through. Delivered on time and called me before as I wouldn't be at home and needed the bags in a precise place. Would highly recommend this company!!

Don't worry about the negative and jealous "competition" - which they are clearly not!! Love the channel, watched every video and love them all!! Think Northern Ireland would be a bit far for you guys to travel :) - thats a pity!!

Watch the YouTube videos, brilliant work ethic high quality work Cheers

Enjoy watching your videos keep up the good work everyone at d&just projects

I recently used d&j projects while working in the Nottingham area. Really polite and helpful staff on the phone and the delivery was out straight away. I'd definitely recommend to anybody. On another note. Let the haters hate. Just because someone else's business isn't going anywhere, it doesn't mean they have to drag others down. Keep doing what your doing guys and girls.

Amazing people and so good at YouTube I'm only 15 and I carnt wait fir them to post a video twice a week I love there channel so much

Top notch

Love the YouTube channel. Keep up the great work 👍

From start to finish, I couldn’t be happier with these guys, great job & not too shabby!!!

you will never find no one as professional as these guys they strive for perfection and pull it off very honest hardworking company d&j projects are the best around

Thank you D&J for our delv of Roadstone, Soil and Black Ice. Competitive prices and quick delv. Will use again.. Nige n Jane Competitive prices

How many US I watch their shows every week and I really really enjoy looking at them and I believe her do a fantastic job can't wait for the next episode

Don't live in your catchment area, but your videos inspired me to do my own fence, and to coin a phrase 'it's not too shabby'! Great content which puts a smile on people's faces. Keep knocking the videos out but unfortunately accept that a measure of your success can be gauged by the attraction of those who hate to see people succeed. Ignore them and crack on.

I have been in construction over thirty years. I have seen some of the best and worst contractors. You guys rate at the top on professionalism and workmanship. I would be proud to have you do a multitude of projects at my home. Keep up the great work and let the haters hate. It only hurts them...

Cracking job lads and ladies... Keep it up 👍👍👍

Love D&J Projects. Also there Youtube Channel is brilliant.

From Scotland, I have been watching the YouTube channel for a while now you guys do a brilliant job the only thing with the videos is the clickbate, also how long stevie talks and repeats himself alot, other than that you guys are great and wouldn’t mind getting some fencing materials shipped to Scotland 👍

I live outside the catchment area for Delivery yet they were still willing to help with advice even though no financial gain for the Company. Customer service cant beat it Great family run business.

To be honest I have never had D&J Projects do any work for me, I am however subscribed to the youtube channel where I get to see the jobs they do for all their customers, they tick every box when it comes to how a tradesman should treat customers and the level of attention to detail they go to ensure they get repeat customers, they completed 3 houses in a row and you dont get that from shoddy work, all the team at D&J Projects are what all businesses should strive to achieve.

I visited D & J Products last Saturday and had a great conversation with Dave , I own a construction company on the Welsh cost, Dave gave me lots of advice about all sorts of things to help me and my family, the staff and the owners have one of the best work ethic’s I’ve seen for a long time, me and my nine staff follow there YouTube every week because of the value they put out to not only there customers but traders and as fare as another company putting a bad review that is just malicious and they need to get a life. Dave,Bernie & all your family at d&j projects keep doing what doing . Ps Dave thanks again for the advice about my grab 👍🏻

Grate work team

Hi guys. Love the videos of the great work you do. Shame you can't travel to Manchester. Keep up the excellent work. Not to shabby!

Great honest company. Whether you are buy from them or employing their services, they are hard to beat. Great work team.

Brilliant Channel. I’m gutted we live too far away (Tamworth). We need a whole new line of fencing this winter! The most transparent fencing company I’ve seen. Keep up the brilliant work. ❤️❤️❤️ Kev in Tamworth.

My only experience of d & j projects is via the YouTube channel. I have a large garden that needs fencing and if I lived closer( stoke on trent), I would defo use just from what I see in the videos and the reviews. The whole d&j family are honest, and what you see is what you get. Quality, attention to detail and alot of hard work. All in all not to shabby. Keep doing what you do, and nearly 60k subscribers can't be wrong. Xx

Hi guys I'm a subscriber and have watched all your videos in which I must admit you are bloody great at what you have achieved . Anyway I live in Manchester and so we have a great number of suppliers but do you know what ? I'm gonna make the 2 1/2 journey to you guys for a some 4ft posts x 3 3ft fence panels x3 and 3 gravel boards Week sat 12th hope to see you

Watch these guys on YouTube honestly one of the best channels to watch !! Dave and Steve come across as honest decent genuine ppl and seem to go the extra mile for there customers and employees lot to be said for that in this day and age! a great insight in how they run there business and how they enjoy there FAMILY holidays keep it up guys !! dont let the sad few trolls get you down

Very professional and friendly people. Can't fault the work they did for us. Highly recommend.

Great company, whenever I’ve needed anything, never had a problem and helped load me too. Would give 10 ⭐️‘S but can’t do five will have to do.

Hey boys just read the dodgy review, my advice try not to take notice of negativity. Started watching your YouTube channel and it’s honest and informative just carry on doing what you do.

Absolutely love the videos and content if you were to ever branch out of Nottingham I would definitely use you.keep the excellent content coming guys 😀👍🏻👍🏻

I've used d&j for fencing supplies for a job at Sutton in Ashfield earlier this year and I can't fault them at all I will be using them again when my next fencing job comes in as the prices was fair compared to a lot of other fencing suppliers and future groundworks and driveway jobs I get in Nottingham I will be using d&j projects Thanks Owen Jepson plant hire and groundworks

I live up in West Yorkshire and due to the quality I can see on YouTube videos I’ve bought all my fence panels from them and true to the vlogs they are awesome quality and will be buying my front garden panels from them soon, office staff also amazing

Popped into the shop for a few bits last week and found the lady behind the counter ( sorry I forgot her name) very knowledgeable and extremely helpful , while I'm not a large trader and am happy at some point to pay retail for larger orders I was told I could ( not will ) be eligible for discount so I will be taking my custom back again

We can't fault this company ..there a lovely bunch ..we've had alsorts from here ..Good quality .so helpful...10 out of 10 customer services and we'll definitely keep coming back Thank you so much guys

We love watching you guys and felt its always nice to show support ,if you're nearly touching 60k subscribers that love you and one that has a few bad words to say you're not doing bad at all , keep up the brilliant work

Hi Dad,Hi Son,I just wanted to say it's not very often you get genuine, friendly, skilled tradesman but you guys are just that!! Keep up the top notch work that you do and post 3 times a week.Keep your positivity up and ignore the negativity because if that's all that some people have then it is a reflection of what's going on in their own lives. Well done guys,I hope you hit the 100k one day 👍😁

Jack Brady you need to take a good look at how to complete a job to a very very good standard in my opinion you are only using D&J for your own business also take a good look at the price of all items across the world they have all taken a hike take look at your own. D&J keep up the good work and don't give this idiot any air time on your videos not worth giving him free advertising

5* For D&J... ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ -10* For the Negative Nellie's trying too ruin a family run business. All the negative comments say the exact same thing, pretty sure they're all the same silly person trying to ruin this companies reputation. Ignore them boys & girls, your doing a great job ❤️.

Delivered fencing supplies on time, Great price. Will be phoning tomorrow to get another order in - glad I've found a reliable, competitive merchant in the local area. Keep up the videos too - without your guidance I would've never tackled my job.

The guys and girls at D&J do a fantastic job! You only need to watch any of their YouTube videos to see how professional and genuine they are and how important customer satisfaction is to them.

Seems to be a trend of 1 star reviews from the same person, probably trying to gain some business off the success of D&J's name, some people are just desperate and jealous in life. Keep up the good work D&J people only have to read through your mostly 5 star reviews to see you're a reputable company 👍🏻

I Purchased new fencing, panels, posts and concrete, from D&J Projects, and from the get go the staff at D&J couldn’t of been more helpful, from placing the order over the phone to collecting the products the following week. Great quality products, great service and very helpful friendly staff. I would highly recommend D&J and will defiantly be using them in the future.

Always friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and they are happy to help with any queries. Great prices and products and above all quality work and reliable. Keep on doing what you do guys ignore the jealous trolls and look at how much support you have.

Absolutely brilliant & professional company!! I have used d&j in past and more recently. They are lovely when you call and bang on when it comes to delivering the things I order.. the only criticism I have is us subs need more videos to watch!! give them a try i guarantee you’ll be highly satisfied.. thanks d&j from Steven and family.

Customer service was great, Morin was very respectful and helpful.

Five stars for these guys I love watching them on YouTube

Everyone I have been in contact with has been very professional and helpful From getting a price for fence panels on Wednesday, ordering on Thursday and delivery on Friday morning the service has been first class. The fence panels are of a very high quality, as were the gravel boards. If you are local, they have a great little shop with everything you could possibly need for installing a fence. Have a look at their YouTube channel and see for yourselves how good their products are.

Great job done and proper professional. Definitely recommend

Amazing standard of work from Dave and his fantastic team, Stevie, Taff and Jack. We cannot tell you how pleased we are with the work completed in our Garden. These guys are true professionals with a first class work ethic, don’t even bother with other companies for any hard landscaping jobs. Thank you D&J projects...Debbie Trev & Bazil🐶

Super company, fence panels are heavy duty, would highly recommend these guys 👍

What a brilliant service and quality products. The lady on the phone when I called was lovely and pleasant. She made sure my panel was delivered the same day even though they were extremely busy elsewhere. When the panel arrived the guy that delivered it was extremely helpful and polite. Thank you. I have used this firm before and was impressed the last time and I’m equally impressed this time. Highly recommended local business. Top marks from me. Thank you.Simon.

Nice solid panels, good price and friendly staff

Great product and lovely staff 10 out of 10

Nice friendly staff and cheap on prices

All good.

Top class company and the best quality fencing materials available.

Great service and friendly. Very pleased with our fence and gates. Would definitely recommend.

I have just had 24 bays of fencing replaced and the team couldn't have been more accommodating, from planning through to completion. They arrived early, parked considerately, and worked diligently. They finished the work earlier than expected and did a great clean-up job. Any unexpected alignment problems were raised with me immediately and I am delighted with the finished fence, as are both sets of neighbours. A great job for the best quote! Would highly recommend.

This place is great, spoke to both the girls on the phone, they are really helpful and friendly, wanted to know a bit about the style of the fence panels to make sure they'd match, both really clued up about their products. The fence panels I got are great quality, really well made and quality materials used. Great value as these were some of the best prices I could find around too. Highly recommended, will definitely be using these guys again.

Very professional, fast, reliable, honest and trustworthy business. Would recommend to use to friends and family and will use again myself.

Very friendly staff. And as always very knowledgeable.

Great on price and always have what you need for the job

Excellent service from ordering to delivery and great quality fencing. Due to a misunderstanding on my part I got the delivery date wrong. No problem, the guys made a special delivery on a rainy Saturday morning for me. Can't thank you enough, I will definitely recommend, and use you again!

Thank you so much D & J Projects for our lovely new bit of fencing. Great communication from start to finish and fantastic workmanship. More than happy to recommend you to family and friends (in fact, one relative has already taken your details having seen the work you did for us today). I just wish we'd got in touch sooner!!!

D & J were recommended by a neighbor who had their fence replaced. It looked good so I gave them a call. They came at a time convenient for me and soon after got a quote. Was reasonable and knew the quality of materials would be good so we went ahead. Had a very good experience from start to finish. Professional work men turned up and did a fantastic job. All my questions were answered clearly. I even drove to their depot and handed them payment in person. Five star service!
