Despite multiple attempts to provide measurements for a shed delivery, installation, and base laying, and being informed that a quote would be emailed, I have not received any follow-up. This includes sending measurements via WhatsApp. I was prepared to spend approximately £3500 - £4000, but the lack of response to my calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails indicates a significant deficiency in customer service. Consequently, I cannot recommend this company.
So pleased with the new Fence Chris & Luke have done an excellent job especially under the circumstances (wasps & heat). I would highly recommend this company, superb service from start to finish.
Recently had a new shed built to replace two old ones. We had excellent service from Darren Gooch and his team. The quality of the build is amazing and staff working on site left it clean and tidy at the end of each day.The team were fantastic to deal with, friendly and helpful from start to finish. The whole experience left us very happy with the professional job carried out. Would definitely use Gooch's again

I had a new garden gate fitted yesterday by this company. I have to admit I must have been a pain in the butt, couldn’t make my mind up which way I wanted the front of the gate to face, in the end decided to have it facing my garden, rather than the drive! I am so pleased that I made that choice! The new gate was fitted yesterday! I could not be happier, smart gate, fantastic fittings on it, it really completes the look of my garden. Fab team, fab work. I thank you all so much, for a such a good job, but even more so your patience!! I feel safer.

Ordered small section of made to measure fence panel. I explained I needed this urgently but was told it would take about a week. Panel then delivered 2 days later! What a great company, under promised and over delivered! Good quality and exactly the correct size.
Brilliant firm. Great sales team to begin with then great job putting the pad down and taking the old summerhouse away. Superb new summerhouse erected on time. Very pleased with all the work done by great lads.
Ordered a shed and arranged delivery. They missed the delivery date and didn't even bother to let me know, only after chasing them did I get a reply but by then I had already lost a day's work to take delivery of the shed. Rearranged a delivery date and this time shed was delivered but no windows installed and once again no heads up as to when these would be delivered. When final invoice comes through extra amounts were added without ever having discussed these. Tried to address these issues with the owner but was just confronted with a rude and condescending attitude. The shed is well built but customer service (mainly the owner) has serious issues. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I do not write reviews often but this is the worst service I have ever encountered and felt I needed to let others know.

Order fence from this company paid for it & had a relative collect it, when erecting fence it was made to short. Phoned to explain only to be spoken to in the most obnoxious way ever, upon woman finding made invoice to check “ my mistake” NOT! She told me to bring back & then measured it to see clearly she was wrong & had not made what was on the invoice, would never recommend this company to anyone
Made it perfectly clear what we wanted from the start, owner unprofessional, condescending and all together rude with a complete lack of customer care, we have now had to settle for a fence that is a compromise rather than what we originally requested. Sadly the company is not what it used to be from when I used them previously.
98% of plants are looking healthy, lots of choice around the whole site. The best plant, shrub, tree centre for miles.
This is a local family business with focus on their customers and good knowledge of the stock. Better value than DIY chains. Relaxed, rustic atmosphere.

woman that owns the place obviously not having a good day today, managed to get 3 sentences into asking about something and she obviously had no interest in helping me, was condisending the whole time as i knew very little about what i was asking, after this single interaction i can assure you i wont be returning for anything in the future, manners don’t cost a thing!

Great place for sheds both ready made and to your requirements. I've had several cover the years. Also very good for other garden stuff like fence posts. On the same site is a small nursery selling lovely plants
