I dealt with both Hannah and Graham on the phone, both were super helpful and offered me advice over the phone. They booked me in for an engineer visit to deal with the issues I was having with our old alarm system. They confirmed the appointment in writing and even managed to fit me in sooner due to ongoing issues I was having. On the day the engineer called me to say he was about 45 minutes away and on arrival dealt with the issue quickly. Overall I was very impressed with the service and I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

We had never heard of this company but having taken over a property with alarms and cctv previously installed by them we though it would be easiest to go to them for an explanation about how it all worked. We are glad we did, 2 engineers came out and set us up on the systems and explained it clearly. Also serviced all equipment at the same time.

We have used Protek for 4 years now for our Office and Workshop as they were recommended by our Refurb contractors. Protek have been excellent throughout that time and proactive for service visits and changes in our equipment requirements so that we can meet our security and insurance requirements. They provide peace of mind that the employees and property are protected using intruder detectors and alarms, CCTV, entry intercoms, emergency lighting and smoke alarms. They also manage our subscriptions for the external monitoring company. Protek have been a super company to deal with, they came highly recommended and did not disappoint. There system and workmanship is faultless and they could not do enough for you to ensure you got what you wanted/needed. Graham and Hannah are so nice and easy to deal with, very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. They installed our system in October2025, I held back providing feedback until now so I could also include my experience of using the system and its reliability over the first few months. The system is easy to use and 100% totally reliable, it does exactly what they said it would do, we are delighted with it. Another fantastic job carried out by Protek, whom we've been using for several years, we wouldn't use anyone else. This time in addition to the annual alarm service we arranged for Graham and Lewis to install CCTV for my elderly parents. We have been using Protek to service the video entry system in our small block of flats for some years now & have always found them excellent, encountering no problems with it over & above those of normal wear & tear. When such a wear & tear glitch has happened, they have bent over backwards to come out swiftly and rectify it. Not only that, they have always looked to do so in the most effective & cost efficient way possible, listening to the problem &, where possible, suggesting small fixes we can do ourselves. Graham and his team installed a security cam system at our house this week and I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism of Graham and his excellent team. They were knowledgeable, polite and considerate of the work they were undertaking on our old house and always took off their shoes when they needed to work inside our home.
