Huge thanks to Matt and Dwayne for the brilliant job on our two new fences! The workmanship is excellent—neat, solid, and done with real care. They were polite, worked quickly, and the garden looks completely transformed. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable tradespeople.

I contacted seven fencing companies and out of them all found this company to be the best. (A few companies sent me a quote over a WhatsApp message without even coming round to look at the work that would need doing!) A date was quickly arranged for someone to come out to look at the fence and email me a quote. A very reasonable quote and then a date booked in to work around my situation. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, friendly and gave excellent customer service. A special mention to Sarah who I spoke to on quite a few occasions and was always so helpful. I would highly recommend using this company if you are in need of any fencing work.

Aim of job was to mark the boundary between two gardens while being long lasting and allowing free passage of wildlife like hedgehogs, frogs, etc. I requested metal posts with two wires strung between them. Job was completed to a very good standard at reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company.

We had a bespoke Gate made for the garden, it was well worth waiting for very thick solid design and build with a fabulous finish in a teak like colour, the two fitters Jim and Dave gave every attention to detail in fitting it, nothing was to much trouble for them they are great ambassadors for the Company I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them very well done fellas.

Very professional and friendly service from Alex who surveyed the site in advance before providing a very prompt estimate, Sarah in the office and Mick who carried out the work. I recently employed Heritage Fencing to replace flower bed support fencing, wooden steps and a walkway. The initial site visit for a quote was on time and highly professional. It was clear that much preparatory work on the building plan/oak timbers had been done before the actual work started. I have employed Heritage Fencing and Gates for two projects, using the Jackson Fencing products. Richard provides an excellent service, his staff are courteous and efficient, and the work is carried out to a high standard. The site is left clean and tidy upon completion. Richard gave clear guidance on options to fit driveway gates, explaining the costs. The driveway is on an angle and so there were design considerations that made the job slightly more complex, which were picked up at the initial site survey. When the gates were installed, the quality of the work was very satisfactory , all in all a very neat job, with old gates disposed of by the fitters. Lead time was five weeks from deposit and was completed as agreed.

Heritage Gates quoted for a fencing job, this was very competitive quote. We decided to go ahead with the work doe to having met Richard, he gave us an estimated start date, Then rang and asked if he could do the work a little earlier, we had no problem with that. The two installers arrived and completed the job, you could not wish for a nicer couple of guys, they were more than happy to explain what was happening and why and readily discussed other things with us. All in you could not wish for a nicer team of people who produced an excellent result all round, we are highly delighted with the work and would recommend to anyone else

I needed to replace a run of high panel fencing with new close boarded fencing with concrete posts. Richard came and quoted, then the work was done by Dwayne and Darren. All three struck me as being experienced, sensible and easy to work with. The job was completed in a day and a half, and I was completely happy with the result. I had no complaints throughout. I would commend Dwayne and Darren as being low stress and easy to have around, which is a brilliant characteristic when people come and work at your home. Well done all three.

We needed new driveway gates as on of our posts and gates had broken. We’d considered doing it ourselves but having read some reviews online for Heritage we asked Richard to have a look - The service was great from start to finish, we were given a number of options and prices, and really good advice - we’d definitely recommend them.

We wanted new gates for a property we have recently moved into. Richard came over in person and spent a lot of time making sure he understood what we were looking for, and he explained all the various options. Once we had decided on a final brief, the gates were designed first for us to look at on paper, and once approved, it took a couple of weeks or so for them the be made. The team then came over and did a fantastic job of putting them in place. The quality of design and manufacture is excellent and we are very pleased with the end result. Overall we would highly recommend Heritage for their quality and service.

We have had Heritage Fencing & Gates out on two occasions and both times received excellent service. Richard helped us arrive at something we were really happy with and prepared a detailed quote. We are thrilled with our 6ft high picket fence, with palisades set slightly wider apart. It has really transformed our small garden - we wanted something wildlife friendly and to create a feeling of more space. The team did an amazing job with the installation. The second job needed some problem solving and again the advice great. They have also worked with our budget and timing. We ended up with another fine-looking fence that compliments the space and two very high-quality gates which look lovely. Our very first gate had a visible splinter which was quickly sorted out, so response was great! Can't give them enough praise. Will definitely get them back again.

Wonderful work Richard popped over just after the February storm, but luckily I asked for a quote beforehand. Very professional even with me missing the gate for a quote he came back and re-measured. All the items for the fence arrived on a Tuesday and they did the work on a Thursday and Friday. They did quote me for Monday as well, but it wasn't needed. I think one chap was called Jack, not sure about the other but very polite and great workmanship by both colleagues of Heritage Fencing & Gates. Really happy with the end result.

Custom made wooden gates installed. Team were extremely pleasant and efficient and showed excellent attention to detail. Only issue was the failure of several retaining screws on the hinges but luckily no damage to the gates. Heritage were very good though - the team came back round the same day we notified them and replaced the faulty screws, and we’ve had no problems since.

Heritage Fencing & Gates have done a brilliant job in installing a Jacksons Jaktop Fencing & Gate in my back garden. I wanted something a little bit different and Richard was so helpful and knowledgeable when he came out to see me, between us we went for the Jacksons Jaktop design and I could not be happier, Richard responded promptly and I received the quote within a couple of days of the site survey, I found the quote to be competitive and on completion of the work I could see the fencing and gate was of great quality and value for money. The Heritage Fencing team that installed the fence were punctual, professional and courteous, throughout the whole installation the working area was always tidy and at the end of each day all the waste was removed from my garden. I chose this fence as I have a tiered garden and there is a drop to a lower patio area at the bottom of my garden and with young grandchildren it was just a little bit too dangerous. Although the Jaktop fencing has pointed tops Richard advised me that he could fit a capping rail along the top of each panel to make it safe for the children, I know I keep saying it but it looks amazing. Heritage have been this week to remove old timber fence, and replace with new close board fence with concrete posts. The old timber post fence had a habit of coming down every time there was stormy weather, so opted for something more substantial. We asked for a quote for re-doing just the end of our fence, just three panels and posts, to go with the rest of the work we had done earlier in the year. They did such an excellent job, wish we'd found these guys before and they'd done the earlier job as well. Absolutely delighted with the finished fence. At the initial visit to quote Richard made some really good suggestions that made the final installation an even better job. Always on time they worked hard every day. At the end of the job the garden was left as clean and tidy as when they arrived and care was taken to protect the lawn and surrounding plants.
