Having had 2 panels and a post damaged in recent winds, I asked for a quote despite the job being a small one. Boxted Fencing were happy to come out and assess the job and mentioned they would get back to us with a quote, which they never did. I chased this up with their office as I wanted to spend my money locally and I mentioned that the job was a small one so appreciated it might not be worth their time compared to others jobs but they insisted they endeavour to take on all jobs, large or small. They were really apologetic on the phone and mentioned they would call me back with a quote that same day. Unfortunately, no call again and have had to go elsewhere. Really disappointing considering their reputation. *Update to response: That isn't what happened otherwise why would I post this review! I chased it up with Sally in the office (apologies if I have the name incorrect) and she apologised and mentioned "I have put a red line under this job to highlight it so Peter gets back to you". I hope others have better experiences than me.

The initial talks regarding our fence requests saw us deal with Pete who was very professional - the delivery staff ( a day early ) were of the same - polite and well organised. The service and quality of their work and communication from the lady in the office was absolutely outstanding - DON'T BE AFRAID - WANT A FENCE - GO TO BOTED FENCING.

I used this company to have a big job in my garden done of 15 fence panels and numerous fence posts too. Peter and his team were so good from beginning to end. Professional, polite and got the job done quickly and well without leaving any mess. It was such a good service and I’m so happy with my fences. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.
Highly Recommended and a price below what we anticipated. The two members of staff worked through torrential rain, then if that wasn`t enough, working in mud on a 45deg bank on the field side, was a challenge to maintain their balance. Despite the conditions the site was left clean and tidy. Lots of friends who have visited, all remark about the "new fence"

We had 5 panels, concrete post and gravel boards erected today. We are more than happy, all waste removed, they left everything swept and tidy. Professional, friendly and reliable. Highly recommend the work and quality of the products.

Hi, i had two panels and a gate installed one, 2 panels one is 6' and the other 2'. I found the 6' the one of the slat is severely distorted,and you can see through the panel and i contact Boxted Panels to complain. I was told that the slat would correct would correct itself in the good weather and surprise, surprise after the good weather it is the same.I contact the Boxted Panels the slat is same and the Boxted delivered a couple of slats and nails to repair it MYSELF. I think myself have Boxted Panels quality issues.
Very happy with the service provided. Two guys turned up on time as arranged. Very polite and friendly. Did a fabulous job and left the site nice clean and tidy. Nice new fence and garden gate. Makes the garden look so much tidier. I would recommend them.
Can't recommend them, they came round and gave me a quote,after multiple phone calls to ask them to proceed with the work I heard nothing. Couldn't even be bothered to return the call. Wentt with another company in the end.
Just had new fence installed fantastic price even painted panels prior to fitting lads turned up on time workmanship was excellent every thing cleaned up couldn't ask for more highly recommended
Fantastic company! Retuning customer, was impressed when they did my back garden fencing a few years ago. All the staff are so friendly. Had a picket fence and gate put up around the front garden and it looks fabulous. I am so happy with it. The guys who put it up were really lovely and worked so hard. Every thing was left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to go back to them in the future.

I used boxted fencing many years ago and was very happy then. I moved house recently and my fence started to fall over so I phoned boxted fencing up for a quote. Peter turned up on time worked everything out and gave me the quote immediately. It was very reasonable for a gate, close board panels, concrete posts, gravel boards and labour. The guys turned up today to remove the old fencing and replace with new. They were excellent. They turned up on time were very clean and tidy and left me with a lovely new fence and gate and no mess. I would have no hesitation in recommending Boxted Fencing Ltd to anyone. It definitely pays to use local businesses like this. Many thanks.

I've recently moved house and I've just had a complete new fence supplied and installed, including concrete posts, gravel boards and fence panels. The old fencing was mostly collapsed and falling apart, with a lot of foliage in the way, making it a less than easy job. Dan and Bill tackled it all with great professionalism. They were friendly, polite and respectful, checking with me along the way if there were issues to resolve. They worked hard, in very cold conditions, yet remained upbeat throughout. I couldn't have wished for two better guys to do the job. The quality of materials and workmanship is top notch. I'd highly recommend Boxted Fencing Panels Ltd.

Could not recommend Boxted Fencing Panels enough to anybody in the area! I was quite anxious about finding a company who I could trust to do a good job but as soon as the consultation appointment happened I knew I was in good hands. We spoke about what I was looking for and discussed cost effective options, I felt that I was listened to which was really reassuring. On the day of the installation the team got on with the work with no hassle, were very friendly and made sure to tidy up the area after they left. The fencing has been installed to a very high standard and I really wish I had have them replaced ages ago! Well worth the wait, they deserve 10 stars :)
We ordered feather edge fence panels to be delivered, the service was excellent from enquiry to delivery. We were so pleased we ordered more for the other side of the garden a week later. Again amazing service from Sally on the phone and the guys delivering the panels. Really pleased. Quick efficient service and a local family run company. I would recommend them every time. Thank you.
When it comes to fencing I wouldn’t use anyone else. Boxted fencing rate very highly in terms of capability, dependability, professionalism and likeability. Five stars isn't enough in my opinion and I am very hard to please but they went above and beyond for me which I am eternally grateful for and will use them again in the future to.
Been hard work since day one trying to work with this company. I should have completed my fence in September but after ordering the final panel and gravel board I never heard back. I had to chase for items last year and my bespoke gate which still turned up narrower than the measurements I gave. Having reordered this spring again I have had to chase and on chasing was asked what the measurements were again because they couldn’t find them. Today I have collected and the gravel board has been cut too long (1cm longer than my measurement) meaning it won’t fit and I still can’t complete the job. So frustrated and wish I had used a different supplier, I certainly will not recommend this company to anyone else.
I cannot express how fabulous the guys were who came round and did our fence. It took them hardly any time and they were polite, funny and extremely professional. They went out of their way to assist and went above and beyond with their work. They were good with our dogs and just an utter joy to have! I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The people in the office are really friendly and kind as well and explained everything so clearly. Don't look any further for getting your fence done, these are definitely the people to go to!
Picked up a couple of panels now and plan to get more, reasonably priced and friendly staff
We are a property maintenance company that have used Boxted fencing many times. They make the fence panels themselves to a very high standard and are very polite and helpful. We can highly recommend them.
i used these guys for two fences jobs last year. The one which was supervised was flawless. The one which was unsupervised was a bodge job - the sub-contractor was too lazy to remove an old wooden wall post and replace for concrete and assumed that using a nail to hold the concrete gravel board to the wood post would be fine. It was remedied in the end but a lot of needless phone calls and time wasted. Prices are high - better fencers out there. beware.
