Pople Roofing Limited

I asked Mark to quote for a roof repair as he advised removing a chimney which was causing damp in mine and my neighbours property. Due to rain work was delayed but was left water tight and they came back and completed the work, leaving the place clean and tidy as well as removing all the bricks. I would recommend them and use them again if I needed any further work on the roof.

Mark and his team did a great job reinstating the ridge tiles on our garage. Very clean job with attention to detail including arranging scaffolding to carry out the work.

Mark, Lewis and team did extensive renovations to our roofing, including flat roofing, mortar work, extensive moss removal and chimney repair. In particular, they removed internal gutters in leaded flat roofing that were a triumph of style over substance, and replaced it with new flat roofing and external gutters, which are much more functional and look great. Mark and Lewis are great communicators and Lewis's additional training as a carpenter really came into its own with his work on the new flat roofing and guttering. I couldn't recommend Pople Roofing more highly.

Highly recommend Pople roofing. Mark, Lewis and the team really know their stuff and do a very high standard of work will definitely use again!

We had a great experience with Mark and his team at Pople roofing. We needed to remove our leaking false chimney and are very pleased with their work. Mark's knowledge was clear at the quote stage, and the work completed when he said it would be with good communication at all times. The site was kept tidy at all times and we are pleased with the quality of work and the team's professionalism.

We have had roof repairs and cleaning completed by Pople Roofing today. We were very pleased with the service from initial meeting with Mark through to scaffolders and then the repairs themselves. They have been completed to a very high standard. The team were friendly, polite, accommodating, and tidy. I would very much recommend Pople Roofing.

A roofing company that gives honest, helpful advice. Work is carried out promptly and carefully and to a very high standard. Thoroughly recommended.

Mark and Lewis and their team provided a great service in our major roof replacement. Knowledgeable, efficient, professional, personable and tidy, we would recommend them without hesitation.

Mark and his son Lewis had done a minor repair for us before so we had no hesitation in calling them in when the very wet winter caused water ingresses round two of our windows and ceilings. Mark came out very promptly and quickly worked out what was going on, identifying some construction issues with our dormer windows and chimney from when the house was built. He proposed the most cost effective solution, including new high flow guttering. We only had to wait just a few days for the work to start which included putting up scaffolding for the chimney. When part of the work turned out not to be as bad as first thought, Mark adjusted the invoice accordingly. The team worked efficiently, without fuss and cleared up really well. The ingresses have been cured. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pople Roofing for their expertise, honesty and friendliness.

Many thanks to Mark and Lewis for first responding to our emergency with a leaky roof and then expertly supplying us with a nice new roof. The only problem is, it makes the rest of the house look shabby 😂. Everything was done as we asked and all within the timescale promised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you want a professional job done.

After contacting Mark, he came out the next day to view the issue with our flat roof. He provided good impartial advice on how to resolve it. The work was completed to a high standard.

I would throughly recommend Pople roofing. After discovering water damage in upstairs walls I contacted Mark who came over , checked my loft and outside areas and explained what work was required to fix the problem. Work completed quickly and efficiently.

We contacted this company for a comprehensive roofing inspection recently It was explained in detail exactly why we wanted a comprehensive roofing report, and were expecting a thorough look over the external and inside the roof. Charged £250+ Vat. He was here for about 20 mins, stated that he was only able to make an external inspection and not go on the roof, although he did say he went up briefly. I specifically asked for a look at a Velux window install that was up there too to report on its install quality. What we received was a basic report with no real detail about the specific areas looked at, despite asking for this and explaining why, and it was written up on a VAT invoice, not in a report format that I asked for. I would have expected a much better service for £300, which is apparently the top end for a comprehensive report which should have taken over an hour, according to commentary, and I wouldn't recommend. The image is what we received - the 'comprehensive' report that I paid 300 quid for.

Excellent teamwork and communication from beginning to end of project. Clean, tidy and respectful of me and my property. Very happy.

Within 4 hours of contacting Mark my roof was repaired! It's not often these days that any ones service exceeds expectation...Pople Roofing Ltd did for me. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommend them to anyone.

I am very pleased with my new roof and guttering - the team were polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend their services.

We recently had our house re-tiled by Pople Roofing, whom we can thoroughly recommend. Although we were initially daunted by the price, Mark Pople provided a professional rationale as to why this would be necessary & how the process would unfold - no over-the-top hard sell but step by step confidence building justification, based on his company’s long experience. In the event, the whole process proceeded just as explained to us, quickly & without hassle or surprises. Mark’s team were friendly & polite, always willing to answer questions & to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing. Importantly, they always cleared up at the end of each day, & when the scaffolding finally went down at the conclusion of the job, there was virtually no mess anywhere. Pople Roofing proved themselves to be a professional, highly experienced company whose reputation is well earned.

I would be happy to recommend Mark and his team to anyone in need of roofing services. We had extensive lead work and re-roofing done. The work was done very efficiently, to budget, and within a tight timetable. Explanations of the work being done were provided throughout. Mark's team were caring, friendly and polite, and they left the property clean and tidy at the end.

We highly recommend Pople Roofing. We had our whole roof replaced - an important (expensive) job and were concerned to choose the right company for such a big job. Mark and his son Lewis were polite, reliable, and easy to deal with. All work was done in-house by their own team, to a very high standard. Communication was clear and honest from start to finish — everything explained, with regular WhatsApp updates. They were tidy, punctual, and respectful on site. The whole team were a pleasure to have around (milk, no sugar, leave the bag in!). A genuinely professional and trustworthy company.

The team did a fantastic job of repairing our roof as well as renovating the soffits. They were communicative, trustworthy and genuinely nice people. We would highly recommend them for any roof or cladding work.

After I noticed a significant leak in my study room. I called Pople Roofing and spoke to Mark explained the situation and I required a quote. He was very efficient and knowledgeable, he came within 24 hours and gave a quote which was accepted. The scaffolding was up within a week and the work carried out on a Saturday and Sunday. The team of 2x ( for the majority of the time) were brilliant, they did have some help from 2x others to clear the mess. They were equally friendly and efficient. They were fast, safety conscious, clean workers, who cared for our property. They did not start work on the Sunday till after 9am as they needed to make noise cutting the tiles and didnt want to disturb my neighbours. I would highly recommend Pople Roofing for any relevant Roofing job. They were very good from start to finish. Thank you Mark and your team.

Excellent job, beyond expectation, very friendly and courteous workforce, highly recommend.

Mark Pople was very efficient in providing a fast and comprehensive quote, even when we asked for further work to be done. Mark along with Lewis and will worked quickly and effectively to finish the job and left the property as clean as you can after building work was carried out.

I contacted Mark on behalf of my parents. He was professional and considerate of their situation. A visit to the property was arranged and I received a thorough and prompt quotation. I was impressed with the speed of communication and professionalism of the whole team. Joel, Will and Lewis worked hard and were friendly and polite at all times. My parents were very happy with the standard of work completed. I am happy to recommend Pople Roofing.

I found the work force to be friendly, helpful, clean and very hard working. At present I can not judge the results of their efforts, as the work was to repair a leek in the roof and it hasn't rained since.

Following making contact with the company, Mark visited our property and quickly diagnosed the main issue. A quote followed the next day. When the work was being carreied out another issue was found which would have only been obvious once on the roof. This was dealt with at the same time with minimal increase in cost. Following the repairs the area was left very tidy as was the area following removal of the scaffolding. Overall very pleased with the work carried out.

I was very impressed with the work Pople Roofing did on my roof. They discarded my chimney and were very competent. They gave me confidence in their ability to understand the trade which was important to me. I would recommend this company to anyone that need trusted roofers, and are certified professionally to do the job safely, and with understanding due to their experience in the field.

This is a very professional company and everything was very well organised from start to finish. The workmanship was of a very high standard and the site was kept extremely tidy. I can highly recommend this company.

First class service even came out and carried out a temporary repair to storm damage on a Sunday. Would always recommend this company

Reworked the mortar in the valleys, to fix a small leak causing dampness in the loft. Completed the work efficiently, on time, and within budget. Could have cleaned up a little more. Can be trusted with all aspects of roofing issues.

Incredibly prompt and friendly service to repair a leak on our window box roof. No hesitation in recommending.

Mark from Pople Roofing LTD was fantastic! He fixed a leak on our industrial premises and did it in a timely and high-quality manner. I highly recommend him and will definitely be reaching out to him again if I need any roofing work in the future. work completed in Andover UK.

Mark and Lewis were brilliant. Mark sent a competitive quote promptly after the initial visit, he then returned to confirm measurements and get windows ordered. They arrived at the time stated and worked efficiently and cleaned up any mess left. Would recommend to anyone who is needing work on roof done

Call back and quote was rapid when I needed it, but Mark and team happy to fit in with my timescales. A first class service.

A complete new roof was installed to the highest standard. The roof had an unusually steep pitch and several dormers, so was a difficult task. Extra work was involved and fully explained (replacement of lead and wood). The roofers arrived punctually every day and were always friendly and cheerful. The work was carried out with great expertise and professionalism. At the end there was an efficient clean-up. This was a really first class job and I recommend Pople Roofing Ltd unreservedly.

Lewis was really helpful sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you very much.

Whole roof redone. Clearly explained when each stage of the work would be done. Kept me informed about progress of the work. Excellent time keeping day to day and completing the work. Very courteous and polite to me and my neighbours. Work completed to a very high standard. Cleared up after each day. Whole area left very clean and tidy on completion.

Thoroughly professional in every aspect - Mark set out a work schedule and it all went to plan. Joel and Will were courteous and considerate and worked solidly, right through the weekend, to leave us with a lovely new weatherproof roof. And they left the site clean and tidy. We would definitely use Pople Roofing again should the need arise, but fingers crossed it won't!

Pople roofing did an amazing job putting right what previous roofer did badly. Really impressed, welcomed their honesty and quality of work done.

Mark and his team are very professional and friendly, highly recommend them for roofing, they are reliable and sorted our leak for us quickly.

Mark was thoroughly professional in all aspects of providing advice and the refurbishing of two flat roof dormers, including re profiling. The work was carried out without any problems, and with minimum disruption. A trustworthy service from a local company, by a local family, who have been serving the community for many years.

NEW TILED ROOF Pople Roofing came highly recommended and we’re delighted to say that they didn’t disappoint us! In fact, we were very impressed with the overall professionalism shown by the Company both before, and throughout the duration of the works undertaken. We had a badly leaking roof, and they responded promptly to our call for help, offering us various options to resolve the ongoing roof leaks that we had. Their knowledgeable advice was greatly appreciated, and we subsequently decided to have the entire roof replaced with new tiles etc. Mark and Lewis kept us fully informed of the progress to-date and they, together with their workmen, were always very cheerful, respectful and polite. It was clearly evident that they all took pride in their workmanship, and always ensured that the premises were left tidy, before leaving at the end of the day. Needless to say, we are absolutely delighted with our new roof, and therefore have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending this Company to anyone!

Mark, Lewis and team did a fantastic job removing moss from our roof, repairing the roof and chimney and installing new gutters. They were polite, prompt and spent ages tidying up afterwards. We were kept informed of progress and price adjustments needed to our original quote. Lewis is great at taking photos to show the issues as he encounters them and involving you in the discussion about how best to manage them. We will definitely use them in the future to finish off the section of roof which they felt didn’t need doing right now, but will need doing at some point in the future.

Rang them to ask for someone to come out and look at a problem we had with a leaking roof and they responded the same day with Lewis coming out to inspect the issue. Identified the potential leaking area and carried out a repair there and then which will hopefully fix the issue along with a proposed plan should that not be the case. To actually get someone to call back is a frustrating task in itself and to actually say they would come out and then turn up is a testament to their professionalism and would throughly recommend. Hopefully they have fixed our initial problem but will not hesitate to deal with them again should the need arise.

Made a very good job of refurbishing and replacing my roof hips. Even my brother commented on them. I’d use them again.

Rubbish contractors

Fantastic workmanship. Repaired my roof and some guttering. Turned up on time, they were polite and courteous and very reasonably priced. No more leaky roof. Would highly recommend
