John and Billy and their hardworking team did an excellent job of rebuilding and retiling our roof. They brought in extra men to get the job completed within a very short timeframe which was much appreciated. They tidied up and checked we were happy with the job at the end. They were polite and friendly throughout the process, and told us what to expect at each stage, which helped make the week go smoothly. Highly recommended.
I noticed a leak in my roof and initially called another company, but unfortunately they let me down. I then contacted John, who came out to assess the situation. Within a few hours, John and Billy were on site helping us, which was greatly appreciated as the leak was coming into my children's bedroom. They quickly fixed the roof, cleaned the gutters, and made sure everything was sorted. Both were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have around. My kids even enjoyed saying hello to them while they worked. I couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work carried out. Thank you, John and Billy!
John and Bill did a great job of my recent roofing, guttering, and chimney re-pointing and re-flaunching. They took care of things efficiently, quickly, and with care too, and they are thoroughly decent chaps, and always respond quickly and keep you well informed about when they'll be there etc.. And they tidied up everything thoroughly, after the job – from clearing up all the debris removed from the gutters to ensuring all wires were reattached to the house, and loose, old defunct wiring removed. I highly recommend JB Roofing & Guttering!

Billy was doing some work for my neighbour . I asked him if he could paint some woodwork on my property while he was on the roof . He did this and also spent some time clearing build up on my roof by hand and cleaning front fascia’s for a very reasonable price . He and his partner were very polite and professional .

I don't normally do reviews but this time I feel I should. I can only compliment the workmanship and professionalism of Bills and his crew. He has a good eye and a commitment to doing the job properly. He kept us well informed and sent photos of the problems and the work in progress. We are very happy with the total roof replacement and have no hesitation recommending this company.
What originally looked like straightforward fixing of a few tiles turned out to be considerably more once the guys got up there. They delivered the news and proposed the solution clearly and empathetically, fitting the work in over the next 2 days to fix what could have potentially been a much bigger job. Great guys, clearly experts in their trade. Totally recommend.
Kids at work! Worked on an adjoining semi-detached property replacing the roof. They contract work out and do absolutely nothing themselves. In the process damaged my roof for free 🙃. I was left with three big holes in the felt above the party wall. Guess Santa has found an easier way to visit this year! Thank god my cameras work well! <<19/12/23>> Holes in the felt against a boundary wall don't appear from pigeons landing on your roof - factual. Especially when the holes were not there before and appear days after your neighbor is having a roof replaced - factual. Thirdly, offered to inspect what had happened - fabricated claim. Guess we'll just agree to disagree.
JB was recommended by someone I know. Billy came promptly to see to the stained landing ceiling and showed me photos of my messy roof. He managed to start the repair work straightaway. He is really helpful, polite, friendly, down to details. I will recommend JB to my friends.

Billy and John initially came round to quote for a roof repair but it became apparent that the underlying structure was going to compromise the quality of any repairs done and in the end we agreed to a full roof replacement. They did a great job, and got it done in record time! The team are hard working, have an eye for detail, care about quality, and their customer service and communication is of a high standard. Good communication and caring about getting the best outcome for the client is so important - it really helped create a positive experience from a very stressful situation. Delivering bad news that’s going to be expensive is never easy but Billy and John handled it well and we’re delighted with the end result. I highly recommend this company."
