Gutter and Garden Guys

The guys were very helpful and explained what work was involved. They called early which was good and did a great job. They will call back soon to do further work and I am more than happy with that. Highly likely that I will call on their services in the future.

Dave did a fantastic job clearing and weeding my garden. He worked hard, was reliable and left everything looking neat and tidy. He paid attention to detail and made a huge difference to the overall appearance of the garden. He was friendly, professional, and completed the work to a high standard! Would highly recommend his services

Excellent work and incredibly kind and helpful - Dave at Gutter and Garden Guys really went above and beyond for me! When I explained that I had a grass allergy, he kindly offered to come by and cut the grass while I was at work to avoid me potentially being exposed to pollen and trimmings, which I was very grateful for! Dave then followed through and did a prompt, thorough and amazing job - my front and back gardens look so much better! I had tall grass and weeds which needed to be strimmed away and then cut, which Dave took care of. He also offered to take away all the cuttings and garden waste, since I don’t have a garden waste bin - I didn’t have to worry about how to dispose of the trimmings, it was all done, tidied up and cleared away for me by the time I came home from work, which was such a relief! I really can’t recommend this company highly enough - I’d been looking for someone to complete this job for almost a month and I’m so glad I found Dave the Gutter and Garden Guys! Communication was great, he was super understanding and considerate of my needs and schedule, and he took care of everything at every step of the way. I will absolutely be contacting them again for any future gardening jobs - I can’t get over how lovely and kind Dave was!! Thank you so much again, I’m very happy!

Dave answered my enquiry to repair gutter promptly on a Saturday and came the next day at the agreed time. Work was done effectively without fuss. I would recommend.

Dave did a great job with my gutter, and even came back on a Saturday to do a repair.

Dave did a great job of unblocking the rear downpipe at my property.

Dave was super helpful and friendly, helping to fix my gutters after shoddy work done by others.Highly recommend

Dave & his team did a fantastic job of clearing our “gutter garden”. They also carried out some minor repairs to soffit boards which we hadn’t realised needed to be done. So totally pleased with the work they have done & would happily recommend them.

Really good service. Needed a couple of repairs to guttering and all was sorted quickly and professionally. Would very much recommend.

Brilliant! Very efficient, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Would highly recommend.

One hour ago I needed urgent help regarding a blocked downpipe. The heavy downpours were causing the gutter to splurge water over and outwards resulting in pools of water everywhere. Dave came out immediately to solve the problem releasing the blocked 18ft gutter of water and removing the offending gutter guard which had blocked the downpipe. Because of his acknowledgement of the distress I was in and his empathy in this situation I would highly recommend him and will most certainly know who to call when I need work done. Thank you Dave, I will sleep tonight without that worry.

I've just had a pleasant experience with these guys. A street facing gutter fell away at one end of our house and was hanging from the other end. Potentially dangerous of course. This is a rental house and after two weeks of lost emails, apologies, crazily expensive estimates from the managing agent, I gave up with them and searched for someone myself. I came across "the gutter and garden guys", saw their excellent reviews and asked them to fix it. They suggested they might make it the next day, they then turned up at 9.00, fixed it by 9.30 and sent me an invoice with a very sensible price. I'm very happy with their service, I wish all contractors were the same! Also a shame they don't do more that gutters and gardens!!

Dave was exceptional. From first message to job completed in less than 30 minutes. Took all the mess away and had all the spare parts in his van needed for my small niggly job. I would wholeheartedly recommend him for any guttering jobs that you have.

I don't often write reviews, however on this occasion i thought it was a must. After being let down by multiple local gutter cleaning companies, i was recommended Dave from GG Guys. From the get go, Dave was quick, polite and professional. He was engaging and genuinely offers advise and support. From someone who has zero experience with gutter cleaning, he first listened to my concerns and what i wanted from the service and then he offers opinions and advise, which was much more time efficient and essentially much cheaper for me. He happily did work without the need for expensive scaffolding. I want to say a genuine thank you for all the help and advise from Dave and his team and could not recommend GG Guys enough.

Dave was very helpful and gave us his honest opinion on job, didn't overcharge. Recommend.

Great service and very friendly - definitely recommend for all garden maintenance. Thank you!

We have initially booked for gutters cleaning and repairing. Dave was so honest with us after he looked at the gutters and inform us the cleaning was not necessary, the repair was complete promptly.

Excellent service, tidied up all the mess afterwards for us very polite and very punctual would highly recommend.

Excellent job all round. Communication was fantastic to arrange and getting the invoice after. We had our gutters/fascias cleaned and Dave did a great job, they looked brand new and everything else was left clean and tidy. Thank you!

Dave was friendly and helpful from the get go. He nailed the problem, clearly knew what he was doing and sorted out our gutter repair in a jiffy - no fuss. I shall definitely employ Gutter and Garden Guys again and recommend them to others.

Dave came today to clean out my guttering and he arrived at the specified time and did a really great job, really pleased with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone else who needs this type of work done! Apart from that, what a really genuinely nice bloke he is, friendly and approachable and very easy to talk to. Thank you for the work carried out. Top job.

Highly recommended Gutter and Garden Guys! * Punctual: They arrived exactly when they said they would—no "four-hour windows" or guessing games. * Efficient: They got straight to work and finished the job much faster than I anticipated. * Reliable: Dave communicated clearly throughout the entire process, they even willing to come out on Sunday to get the job done. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, fast, and actually shows up on time, look no further!

Brilliant service from start too finish went over above what was asked for! great communication great time keeping. gutters, facia and soffits which was at part difficult to access look brand new 👌 first time of using Gutters and garden guys will definitely be using again definitely recommend !

Great service. Lovely to meet Dave who arrived on time and did above what was needed on this visit. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Dave😁

Dave from Gutter and Garden Guys was excellent today. He arrived at the perfect time, completed the work quickly, and was kind and professional throughout. I contacted Gutter and Garden Guys to sort out my gutters, including the fascias. Dave responded swiftly and was great to communicate with by WhatsApp. The work itself was done very quickly and to an excellent standard. Dave was upfront with any issues he found and took the time to discuss it with me properly. I've already booked in for another service from Gutter and Garden Guys! Thank you Dave 🙂 Positive edit: Dave has completed jet washing of decking and a garden clearance today. Everything looks beautiful - neat and tidy and ready for summer. Thank you for your excellent and speedy work!

Dave was on time, helpful and tidy. While he initially said that due to the severity of the guttering blockage it would be more expensive, at the end of the job he very kindly waived the additional charges so I paid the original quoted amount. He also advised that he can clean solar panels. I would highly recommend him and his team

Great job done , highly recommended Good communication Thank you very much

Would highly recommend these guys. Dave came round and did a great job on our gutters and fascia’s. He gave us some advice on a few jobs we could do ourselves and even told us to ring him if we needed him to talk us through anything. Dave was really friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend him

Good communication from Dave, he kept me in the loop, turned up on time, took photos showing gutters cleared. Happy to recommend.

Dave and his service it should be 500 stars. I phoned him earlier than 9am on the off chance and my luck he was already close by inside 30mins after the call all checked with his amazing drone so I wasn't getting ripped off and i could clearly see the issue and then he hoovered the moss out and job done. Don't ask anywhere else this is you guy and firm to use. Honest more than fair and rapid response.

Needed someone to deal with our incredibly grassy and clogged gutters. Dave came in bright and early and did a great job. 10/10 would recommend!

Was a pleasure having Dave around today. Professional and a decent job done. Polite and speedy communication. Competitively priced. Will definitely use G&GG again. Highly recommended.

Professional thorough job done, would recommend!

Fast, friendly and efficient service. All in all excellent experience. I will be using again and would be happy to recommend

I am sorry to have to share a 1-star rating given the positive reviews here, but my experience has been poor. After several attempts to get in touch over a period of weeks, and even being told I would be booked in, I have received no further feedback or communication.

Excellent service, easy to deal and good communication. Explain all cost.s

Can’t recommend Dave enough, seriously faultless experience. I had been putting off getting my gutters cleaned for over 4 years now but after the recent downpours it was like a waterfall at the back of my house. Done a few quick search’s online for gutter cleaning and came across Dave’s page with 5 star reviews and lots of happy customers, he was also local to me, he replied to my WhatsApp query about cost within 30 minutes at 20:00 on a Monday evening, “very impressed” and showed the level of his customer service/support. Booked for Saturday morning, Dave was on time, cleaned the gutters, and left no mess behind, he was very courteous, at a very reasonable price. I would have no reservations in recommending Dave to others, it’s so hard these days to find honest trades people. Thanks once again Dave. 👍

Dave was excellent and we would recommend him to anyone. He was on time, very clean and tidy and the work was perfect

Dave’s not only a nice guy but genuine too, for fixing the problem we had but also letting me know that the gutters didn’t need cleaning out, so also really honest, he took the time to discuss another issue we have and gave me options, so we’re definitely going to arrange for him to return and sort those out. Thanks so much Barb

The Gutter and Garden Guys have done an amazing job cleaning out my gutters, installing vents in my soffits back and front and ensuring everything is flowing as it should. It was all done so quickly and efficiently I'm relieved that this is one job ticked off my very long list of jobs after having just moved in to my new home :) in Southampton. Thank you Dave 🙏

We received fantastic service from Dave when clearing the gutters. Super professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect and so glad I asked Dave to help. We had a blocked down pipe, a leak and a need for a gutter clear-out. Dave came over the next day and had to work through a minefield of previous bodges (as well as some pretty intense rain) to ensure he got things sorted, without extra cost to us. He's a problem solver and true gentleman. Highly recommend!!

Just had my gutters cleaned by Dave. Prior to the booking he answered all my questions. Very reasonably priced. On the day he explained of any issues he came across and additional costs. He completed the work once I was happy. This is the first time I have used Gutter and Garden Guys. Dave is really friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely be using Dave again.

Excellent work by Dave. Polite, prompt first class service. Would recommend.

Had a leak in my guttering. Dave from Gutter and Garden Guys gave me a quote and speedily arranged a visit to repair. The whole process was easy and transparent. When he arrived, he surveyed the gutter by drone, pointing out any potential issues to me. He then set about repairing the quoted issue quickly and professionally. He gave sound advice about other guttering maintenance and how the fix would work. I was super impressed by the speed or arranging the work and how professional Dave was. Would definitely recommend and will use again for other guttering requirements.

Prompt response on the weekend and available at short notice. Did the neccessary job only and so charged much less than the planned quote.

I contacted Dave last week, having found his business via a Google search. I wanted someone who was local and professional to clear or repair our downpipe. His business had really good reviews. He responded quickly to request more details and gave me an apt just a few days later. The quote he provided was reasonable and he actually charged less. Amazing! We will definitely be using Dave again for any routine work such as clearing our gutters and for any emergencies we have. Will also be recommending him to family and friends.

Great work, regular service done quickly with professionalism.

Was doing my neighbours gutters and Kindly offered to do my house at the same time when I asked about availability. Very polite and helpful.

Prompt response & rearranged to suit our neighbour schedule. Friendly, arrived on time with the parts needed. The main leak was repaired promptly but identified another which required parts. Promptly sourced & replaced and left tidy. Provided guidance for monitoring & what works may need doing in future. Manually checked gutters (in flight path so drone not allowed)& advised cleaning currently unnecessary.

Great service to gutters front and back, kindly took before/after photos and showed me the drone images. Will definitely recommend as a yearly service

I saw Dave clearing a neighbour’s gutter and asked if he could inspect those on my house. Emphasising there was no obligation for me to agree to his undertaking the work I asked him to go ahead. Very professional, very tidy, very polite and, as the before and after photos showed, very successful. Delightful person and I shall be asking him to undertake other work for me in the near future.

We needed our gutters cleaned and did a search. After being let down by a couple of companies who didn't even bother to turn up, despite being on "Reliable Trade" websites, i was very nervous about trying others. I took a chance on the Gutter and Garden Guys, and am so glad that I did! Dave, who came and did the job, was not only very friendly, but also very professional. He came well equiped with tools, carried out the job exactly as required and kept to the original quote. I cannot recommend G&GG highly enough!!

I’m so pleased to have found this business! After having had so many extortionate quotes this has restored my faith that there are good guys still out there happy to work with me to my budget and needs. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Following a recent downturn in my life's situation, these guys reached out to support and help me out. My garden was in serious need of attention, and I didn't know which way to turn. I'm so grateful...I will add photos to this this review once the work is completed. I highly recommend the gutter and garden guys.... A real example of human kindness 🙏

Excellent and conscientious service from Dave who paid attention to detail, assessed the problem, went out of his way to find replacement parts for the old guttering I have which is now out of production. He is very tidy and looks after the property while at work. His prices are fair for the work he does. I would definitely recommend him.
