Would 100% recommend. Team were responsive to messages prior to work commencing, were really clear about what needed doing and the scope of work. Replaced wooden guttering and painted to the same colour as the original guttering. They were able to complete the job in about half an hour - absolutely superb and very competitively priced.

Avoid this company. Can't even complete the simplest of jobs to an adequate standard. Job was simply to replace two gutters, neither end of my gutter has been sealed correctly with water pouring down when it rains. Multiple false promises of coming back to fix it, claims his workers had been when they hadn't, then ignores messages completely. Don't waste your time or money with them. In response to Manchester gutters reply: You have not responded to my last two text messages, neither have you informed me of your intention to send a team around to "assess" what was required to be done (which was unrequired as I sent you the videos of the issue weeks ago) or informed me of yet another date you had "booked it in for". Cameras and text messages confirm that none of what you have said is true. If you want to protect your reputation, rather than making false claims on reviews, complete the work correctly the first time and rectify any issues in a timely manner.

Good communication and were able to come a view the job at a time convenient for me. Repaired the problem within 15 minutes and charged me a reasonable price for it. Would recommend, will use again.

Spoke with Huddersfield Gutters on Monday they called round to scope the job on Thursday, did the work on Friday. Friendly and professional service to a high standard.

Contacted Manchester Gutters as a piece of soffit had come away and we also had another job on our tudor board. James quickly came out and gave a competitive quote. Agreed for the work to go ahead. After been given the run around by other companies, Manchester Gutters came to the rescue. They came quickly to fix the leaking gutter, had a friendly manner and over all a great service. Was knowledgeable when talking about the gutter system on the house. Would recommend and use again in the future.

I called out Manchester gutters to repair my roof leak. They came and did their cowboy job and left. After paying them in full, few months later, when we got hit with heavy rain the same problem appeared. I tried contacting them several times but didn’t get any response. They messed me around for a few weeks just giving me dates and times but didn’t turn up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on these absolute cowboy idiots. They will just take your money, climb up to the roof and act like they are doing something but really they are not! Wasted my money and time on these so called professionals. They’re a joke.

Fitted new gutters April 22, gutters were leaking from November 22, been trying to get them out to repair them. I contacted them Dec 20th as the leaks were so bad. The front gutter fell off on 21st. The gutter was only attached using foam. They admitted by text the workmanship was poor and assured me the gutter would be fixed over Christmas. They have not attended and in a text today said I needed to find someone else. Because of the poor workmanship my insurance company won’t cover this as company should put it right. They are not interested. Cowboys who’s shoddy workmanship has ruined the inside of two rooms in my house. The gutters have not been fitted professionally and the company does not behave professionally. I will be taking further action. Beware of this company.

Bookd a repair visit for AM. Failed to turn up. Text him and he said he was delayed, 1300 still mot arrived text again to ask if coming? He forgot to say it would be late afternoon, waited in all morning. Cancelled the job and got another company to sort it. Shocking service

He Broke my downpipe when replacing guttering to the front of my house. Promised to come back to fix it but months later has basically ghosted me. Don’t believe the good reviews on here, clearly a cowboy Update: just had another company look at the job he did . He has also fitted the wrong size gutters that didn’t join to existing neighbours pieces and bodged the job by filling huge gaps with filler. Please do not trust this guy. Waste of time, money and very dishonest. Will add photos once the contractor sends them over

I booked a job with Manchester gutters based on reviews and the fact that they tested to make sure the leak was resolved. Well they did the job and I still have a major leak. I contacted them to get the issue resolved but they have not responded. Sorry to be negative but this is my experience 😔

I found James on Google I contacted him about my wooden gutters he was very quick at replying who come and priced up my gutters all round the price was very good he booked me in the next day and James and his team installed them withim the day very good professional work very tidy and polite couldn't ask for anyone better , Manchester gutters are the one .

Messaged this company and recieved a confirmation text that they'd already been to my house to assess the work for my roof and quoted me the cost in advance. Appreciated that I work long hours and wouldnt be at home, could pay easily through mobile banking and received messages when the weather prohibited them from working. Having noticed that some ridge tiles had been dislodged in the storm I found James online and text him. Within 5 mins he replied and booked to come and see the job the next morning. He arrived punctually on Monday despite being unwell to quote for the work - a very reasonable quote too. The work was carried out this morning even though very strong winds continued to blow - risking damage from the very loose tiles to property and cars below. The work was completed efficiently and the site cleared - I cannot praise James and his team highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them. Good old fashioned work ethics in action. Left them with my name, number and address to get a quote and they never got back to me. They could have lost my number but if so they could have followed up by knocking on my door or posting a quote through the letter box.

I phoned James to repair my leaking gutter, he was prompt with polite and efficient staff also fairly priced.

I am very pleased with the work done by James. I had many problems with both back and front gutters and after having various roofers the problem was still there. I had a tile that had come loose just below my ridge tiles, there was a gap where if I didn't get it sorted quickly, the weather and birds could get into the gap, with winter fast approaching I needed it repairing. I contacted 4 or 5 local roofers for a quote, James replied to my email the following day, gave me a quote I was happy with, and was back the next day to do the job ! Very happy with the service and communication. Good , local company. Highly recommended.

Choosing a contractor can be a minefield .. hoping that your trust is founded and your expenditure is not wasted. I contacted Manchester Gutters and in just a few moments was impressed by James, who instilled a confidence one rarely finds. It has been a big job, that began with a seriously blocked gutter some 40ft from the ground. After some discussion, I felt reassured to entrust the job to him. I have been delighted and relieved to have found a company who are on the same page as myself. Showing forethought and good business practise from beginning to end. Sympathetic to coping with a listed building, going the extra mile, courteous and professional throughout. Reasonably priced and an excellent result. I don't have a bad word to say. Great communication and frequent updates with photographic evidence with before and after shots of what was happening up there, normally out of sight. I rarely leave feedback, but on this occasion, credit where it's due.. I cannot recommend this business enough. They have proven dependable and have now entered my trusted phone book of reliable contractors. Money well spent.
