Wonderful company to be dealing with! Have had them to do a few jobs. Always professional and knowledgeable. Neil had to come last night on an urgent call out. So pleased he did. Driving on pavement.
The Drain Experts were recommended to me by a friend. I called, they picked up right away, and sent Matt out that very afternoon to fix my clogged kitchen sink. Matt came and was very professional. Listened to everything that I said I had already tried and diagnosed the problem immediately. The job was completed in less than an hour and my sink drains like new again. He explained everything he was doing and why and showed me the results. Highly recommend!
I had a very concerning experience today involving one of your company vehicles being driven in a residential area during school hours. The driver pulled out without proper awareness of surrounding traffic or pedestrians, which is particularly alarming given the presence of young families and children walking along the pavements at that time of day. What made the situation worse was the driver’s behavior afterward. Instead of acknowledging the dangerous maneuver, they continued driving aggressively while using rude hand gestures and foul language. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable, especially when operating a large vehicle in a neighborhood setting. Drivers represent the companies they work for, and this individual’s actions reflect very poorly on your organization. I strongly urge you to address this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure your drivers operate with the level of care, professionalism, and responsibility expected—particularly in areas where public safety is at heightened risk. I hope this issue is investigated and that measures are taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Called the drain experts to attend my property for a blocked drain very fast response and very prompt on fixing the issue very kind engineer well mannered. Will be using the drain experts in the future. Couldn’t recommended this company enough. Great service.
We had the a water treatment facility installed by The Drain Experts when we first moved into the New Forest we had an existing Cess Pit but new nothing about being off grid. We had two companies to visit and quote but Stuart from the Drain Experts was really knowledgeable had plenty of time to discuss what we needed and was extremely professional. The installation team were were professional and polite and delivered an excellent results. The Drain Experts after care has also been outstanding when we have had questions. I would always recommend this company.

Very knowledgeable gent who came to survey. Highlighted an unseen issue with my builders mid project. However it did take me chasing 3 times to come out and survey despite being told I was booked in.
We had one company come out to look at our drain Monday morning and they were awful, they couldn't unblock the drain and then wanted to quote us to have it dug up and to put new in. After all of this I decided to ask for a 2nd opinion after having the drain experts recommended to me. After speaking to the guy on the phone we had Shaun come out to look at our blocked drain very quickly after phoning. In an hours work he managed to target the problem and get it resolved now leaving us with an unblocked drain. We can't thank him enough for his professional and friendly mannerisms. 100% recommend these guys!!
