Midland Fascia

Amazing work done, just in time for Christmas. David and his team are the ultimate professionals, fair price and great quality work.

Excellent communication with Dave regarding quote and install date, always kept me up to date. New soffits, fascia and guttering on the whole house, Sam is absolutely brilliant at the fitting, takes pride in the install and finish. Highly recommend Midland Fascia, the best around.

Professional job all round. Price and service was excellent, plus completed the job early. One very pleased customer, would definitely recommend.

Professional service from start to finish. Value for money and did a great job! Due to the rain, the job was pushed back a day. Dave was in constant communication to make sure that there was no delay. They turned up the next day and even waited in their van for the rain to stop to start working on the job. Most probably would have rebooked us in. They did such a good job that our neighbour has booked them in for her work. Shame I didn’t catch the workers name that attended - he was friendly and very neat at the job. Would definitely recommend and keep in mind for any future jobs needed.

I would definitely recommend Midland Facia Dave quoted the job which was very reasonable compared to other qoutes I received. The job included all new Facia soffets and guttering plus some extras around canopy above bay window. It was all completed in the time scale I was told and i would like to say big thank you to Safi his workmanship is 1st class he's completely transformed the exterior of our house. Thank you Midland Facia

Midland Fascia were excellent. Quote was quick and easy with photos of the house and quick replies to questions. Work was started on the day agreed and completed sooner than expected! Quality was excellent and they kept in contact with me throughout the job. House now looks a million times better and I am very happy. Would recommend.

David is a really helpful friendly guy, came down to solve a issue with my gutters/roof, discovered the issue, and advised the action I need to take to sort my issue, as water is flowing on my exterior brick walls from the roof tiles when it rains. Provided great reassurance to what my issue was that I had with my roof tiles, as I assumed it was from my gutters, I was not charged anything for this, and was able to locate the issue, and I highly appreciate the help from David.

Had gutters and downpipes replaced by Sam he did a great job and left everything as it should be. This was a few months ago and everything has been fine since the job was done. So 5 stars all round.

The man that put up the fascia was 100% proffessional and so nice..the owner David on the other hand was very rude and sent nasty demanding txt, even though i paid bank transfer staight away

David was nothing short of effective, efficient and professional. Knows exactly what he’s doing and is an absolute specialist in his trade. Will always opt for Midland Fascia to get the job done! 👌🏽

We definitely picked the right company. From the 1st telephone conversation to the finished job. We couldn't fault any part of it. David and Sam are both absolute gentlemen. Highly Recommended.

Midland Fascia did a first rate job. The workmanship was first class and the customer service was excellent throughout the process. I was very pleased that they offered to work over the weekend and said they were happy to come back on a Sunday to complete the job. They also provided recommendations on how to remediate issues with existing guttering . Midland Fascia were very flexible and provided various pricing options to do the job which shows that they went out of the way to make the customer happy. If ur looking for strong workmanship, customer service and honesty then t highly recommend

This is Midland Fascia the reviews from admin admin, google user on this review page are false. I have hundreds of excellent reviews on checkatrade they speak for themselves. Please not these 2 reviews are fake. Regards Midland Fascia

Top job by trusted decent fellas,,,well done lads transformed my house in a matter of days so thank you...I knew on the phone first chat we had it was going to be a top and it was..a lovely finish ..10/10

Spoke to him via text to arrange a guttering change. Booked the job but no date given. Kept stringing it along. Then pushed up the price and made no contact. You may get a better service if booked through check a trade due because of the avenues for recourse. Mine was a direct approach.

Seemed a bit desperate to do the job we needed. Quoted a price, then quoted another price nearly 20% cheaper while waiting for us to reply. Then unprofessional response when we said we would leave it..

Phoned for a quote for gutters, downpipes and soffits and got a same day response which was reasonable. Came 10 days later, worked everyday until the work was completed. Tided up completely and took all the rubbish away. Would highly recommend them.

Great service from Dave and the team

I feel compelled to write this review and let the world know just how good Midland Fascias really are. This is a genuine review from a customer and let me tell you it should be 100 stars! From the very moment I contacted these guys all the way through to completion I have been so impressed. Their work standard is perfect! Corners are mitred properly, screws are inline, everything straight and good quality materials. They got up to real heights, bridged my conservatory and cleaned up everything. Nothing left behind but a high quality job. My 4 bed detached with two garages was done in the space of 7-8 hours over 3 days. Came home each day and everything tidy. I couldn’t believe how much they had done and to that standard. Honestly you will never ever find a roofline company that can get near to their price, quality and organisation. Absolutely superb!

from Midland Fascia did a great job. They were professional, efficient and personable. They had a great work ethic and put 100% into the job. They tidied after themselves on each days of work which amazing! Bonus - David kept us entertained with his talks and informed of the progress of the job and his plan for each day. Would highly recommend booking Midland Fascia. Great job guys! :)

Excellent service turned up on time and did a brilliant replacement of fascias on the house. Fully recommend there service

Professional and efficient. Scaffolding and job completed on time to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

This company provides the upmost professional service. The workers performed their gutter repair with sincerity and quality. They showed politeness to me and made sure the work they were doing pleased the customer. I have never been treated by a company and its workers with this much respect as well. The greatest quality for me in my opinion is its reasonable pricing which I believe is unique and supports all financial backgrounds. Nevertheless, I have already recommended the company to some of my friends as well. They are the best in the area!

Completely replaced the guttering and downpipes on our property. Very professional turned up on time and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic guys did the job in no time, I would highly recommend these nothing is to much trouble.
