Can't fault them. They reply to messages within the hour, they're courteous in their responses and they arrived on time. The chap who turned up was Liam T, and he was friendly and helpful. He explained a few options to me without the horrible "hard sell" to upgrade to services I don't need. For this reason, if I do needed any further work doing I would happily go back to Ben's Gutters as they have good employees and a good work ethic. He was there for about an hour and a half and was very thorough in his work. Overall, very happy.

We have a new-build home on a large wooded acre. The last rain storm we hear rain water gushing over the edge so we started thinking maybe we already need our gutters cleaned. So happens Ben's Gutter left a sales brochure at our site. We decided to to take a chance and call them. GLAD WE DID! Extremely well organised scheduling process, friendly folks and very professional cleaning effort. The person dispatched to our site was very tidy, great communication skills and explain thoroughly what was to happen and when completed, gave us a detailed explanation as to what he found. He took photos and sent them to us with a detailed explanation of what he found and how he cleared the problems. Absolutely can recommend this service to anyone needing their gutters serviced.

I had Stephen come to clear out my gutters for me, I was extremely happy with the service provided. Arrived within the allocated time window, He cleared out my down pipe and fixed some of the drain connectors that weren’t fixed in properly. He managed to clear everything in a very quick turn around. He was friendly and clear with his instructions and showed me some pictures of the results. Would definitely continue to use them throughout the year.

Very disappointed with the service received. Had to get them back for a second attempt at cleaning the gutters, fascia’s etc - still not happy but have reluctantly paid as I couldn’t stand to be hounded any longer. Emails, phone calls, voicemails constantly, even when we told them we were unhappy with the service and were waiting for them to resolve. Would NOT recommend this company - suggest you look at other alternatives and we definitely won’t be using them again.

On arrival he introduced himself and described what he was at my home to do. On completion he showed me before and after pictures of my now clean guttering, as I told him I was very satisfied he thanked me and returned to his vehicle. I found him to be very polite and knowledgeable.

Very poor service. Left a mess and didn’t do all the gutters. I contacted them for a full or partial refund and was told no. They didn’t even have pictures of the guttering being cleaned at the front of the house. Would definitely not use again and will tell family and friends also!

They didn’t come when it was booked originally, we wasted time waiting around for them. They didn’t give us a reason as to why they bailed and just rebooked another day. They said they’ve cleaned it all but now we’ve had a roofer come to do work and the roofer has said it’s not been cleaned and they’ve had to do it. Really not good service at all.

Two houses gutters were cleaned. One in particular was suffering from a lot of Pidgeon droppings. Your cleaner did a great job under very difficult circumstances. He is a credit to your company.

I would strongly advise avoiding Ben’s Gutters. They were very quick to call after I requested a quote and did a great job selling their service, but unfortunately that’s where the professionalism ended. They massively over‑promised and seriously under‑delivered, then tried to claim I hadn’t ordered the “right” service — blaming poor communication. To make matters worse, calls are recorded without any clear notice or permission, which is incredibly concerning given they request payment details. Trying to get hold of them afterwards was even worse. I was passed between multiple people, regularly left on hold and then cut off, and repeatedly told someone would call me back, which never happened. Since then, they have been in touch by email and text to organise a the cleaner to return and finish the job — yet every message I send back conveniently fails to deliver so the work cant be scheduled. It’s impossible not to notice the pattern. Overall, absolutely terrible service and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Quick service from first contact. Could only take a slot where I would be on night shifts so I wasn’t able to be there to see any work being done. When discussing booking the slot I was advised I’d receive a report containing before and after photos and details about what was found in the gutters regarding any small damages that might require some repairs. I intend on selling the house with all evidence of maintenance of work complete (like log burners being swept or updating boilers). The report is copy pasted below in its full detail. “Ben's Gutters Job Report All gutters cleared and downspouts unblocked. Customer not present for feedback” This is a word document with the title in bold and the rest plain A4. No date, no signatures or named cleaner or any images. I called up but have since had no response via email or call back. I’d have chose another vender however the sound of the report was very helpful so I chose this service. It was £85 for a mid terraced home.

Made an appointment by phone and the person on the other end was very courteous and professional. Ben's Gutters were able to come the next day but no one could be in at home - and it was painless to pay over the phone - and the email receipt and report/photo's I was sent by email from the cleaner who did the service were excellent. This is the second time I’ve used Ben’s Gutters, and would highly recommend them. The gutter clearing person was on time, and was very pleasant and helpful. Getting the ladders to the back of the house was a real challenge, owing to a narrow inside passage with a right angled turn at the end. But he just took time and care and succeeded. He took many photos and could show me how clear the gutters now were. He also cleared several drains that had become clogged with leaves, and showed me how I could do that myself when needed.

When I eventually called to ask what was happening, I was told I would need to be rebooked for another day, over a week later. This level of service is highly unprofessional. There was a clear lack of communication, respect for my time, and accountability. Based on my experience, the company appears more focused on taking bookings than actually delivering the service as agreed. I would advise others in the West Midlands to think carefully before choosing this company.

It was my first experience getting my house gutters cleaned for the first time. Received a leaflet from Ben's Gutters couple of time, due to a very highly recommended reviews on Trust Pilot and Google Reviews I didn't think of researching a new gutter cleaner and went with Ben's Gutter Cleaning. First of all, they had to reschedule the visit due to poor weather which is understandable, however when this young man came in the day after everything went downhill from there. In total of 9 minutes that took him to clean our semi-detached house, is this even possible? I have a Ring doorbell which I could see that he didnt even bother moving the ladder from one side to another. I didnt see a single bucket with him going up the ladder to put the dirt in. There were nobody home at that time of the day, so it was clearly one to take fool of a customer. We asked for a proof of the jobs the day after, what a shame we received a complete clean picture of different job, gutter size not even same as our house or streets completely different, wooden fences are not the same etc. There was also a picture where a worker was keeping a bucket that doesn't exist when he was taking his tools out of the van. Everything is very visible on our camera, so we do think the correct cleaning wasn't done for our gutter and we end up paying £107 for this service. Initially to organize this visit customer service was very responsive, however, when we started questioning things they became AWOL all of a sudden. There is also a file name on the pictures we been sent as a 'proof' state as 26th January 2026 however we got this job done on 28th January 2026. This is a company trying to fool people when they can! We tried to contact someone regarding this issue many times now, I dont a resolution as I wouldn't hire any of your workers to do this job as I dont have trust. I am expecting a refund as a compensation. ( All gutters cleared, no issues yes ofc. They just good at taking pictures not cleaning gutters, dont get scammed of these people they just gonna send you some good looking pictures of your gutters, all they do is spend time taking pictures on a angle where they look clean rather than cleaning them.)

I have used Ben’s Gutters for several years now and have always been very satisfied with the work. We live next to a small deciduous woodland and the down pipes clog in autumn and winter if the gutters aren’t cleared. Awful. Broke the gutter, said they would return the next day to repair and didn't show up. Contacted a few days later to say they would source the part and fix. Didn't hear anything about the repair for days except constantly harassing me by phone and email to pay. Eventually decided they couldn't fix it but still harassed daily for payments. Use someone else.

Arranged to attend when I told them I would be out, which I felt was intentional, hence I changed my plans to watch what the guy did. Spent about 10 mins in total supposedly clearing both my front and back gutters. I watched him and could see he was not clearing the gutter properly, moved a little moss around, bucket was still empty after the job....this was an annual clearing of moss! Total waste of my money.

We recently used this company to clean and clear out our gutters. We live in a bungalow, and Jamie arrived within the agreed time frame. Due to other reviews, we ensured our house was occupied, so that we felt assured that the work was completed. When I returned, my wife informed me that he was finished within thirty minutes. Now our property is not huge, but less than thirty minutes work for over £100 makes us feel ripped off, especially as there are competitors who charge £75 for the same service. Yet, my wife stated she watched him as he worked, so we are conflicted between feeling ripped off, or that this company is just really efficient in gutter work. However, he might have been too quick: leaves are still pooling around our drainpipe and we are unsure if he cleared out our garage gutters. Anyway, I emailed the head office for a reduction in our bill, yet the manager declined this stating that the company charges a ‘flat- rate.’ This means they charge full price whether they work on your gutters for 10 minutes or two hours. We were never informed of this ‘flat- rate’ and are glad we did not select their ‘premium service’ which they charge over £200 for. PS: about two days after paying the bill, we received an email saying we would be eligible for a £25 discount on their next visit if we ‘refer a friend.’ Based upon our experience, we will not use this company again and will not be referring them to other people. This review would be more complimentary if the manager applied this £25 reduction to our bill instead of through their useless ‘refer a friend’ scheme.

A problem with overflow guttering following a heavy rain storm prompted me to call Ben's Gutters who I had used before. Peter arrived with a cheerful greeting and immediately got down to work. He found the problem and sorted it out without too much trouble. He then checked all similar areas that blockage and overflow problems could occur before leaving. I was as pleased with the whole visit.

Very good experience with Ben's Gutters. We've used them 3 or 4 times now. Customer service/sales team are always very friendly and helpful on the phone, making sure to agree a price before they come. And the job always gets booked in very quickly. The cleaners themselves have been brilliant. Very happy with the job. Once they've finished they make sure to give an update on what they've done and the condition of the guttering which is useful. Most recently we've seen their equipment has been upgraded too which seems to make the job even quicker and means no clean up for them on the ground.

We used Ben’s guttering services for a really tricky three story house where normally we’d have to have scaffolding or a cherry picker. Charlie Gee came and used brilliant equipment but was so honest and straightforward that I’d definitely be using the company and asking for Charlie again.

I have just had my gutters cleaned and unblocked by Ben's Gutters and their member of staff Norbert Weis,excellent service,came on time and did a great job.

We required a closeup check of our gutters. We have only recently moved into our property and noticed they were overflowing and leaving puddles on the patio after heavy rain I had the gutters cleaned in January (not by Ben's), but obviously the overflowing problem had not been solved. The work had only been done from ground level On the recommendation of our neighbour, I contacted Ben's requesting a closeup inspection and recommendations for maintenance. The call handler was pleasant and courteous, explaining the service giving a reasonable quote which I accepted The operative NORBERT WEIS arrived promptly at the arranged time. He was also pleasant and courteous. He undertook a closeup inspection around the house, cleared debris and blockages and showed me photos of the problems he'd encountered Norbert was at our house for about 45 minutes Very happy with the work, but it hasn't been fully tested as we haven't had heavy rain since the work. Hence giving 4 rather than 5 stars We live in an area with lots of trees around us, so will probably need thorough gutter maintenance every autumn Will certainly consider Ben's and Norbert in future

It was very easy to book their services at a very good price. You pay upfront and I was told on Friday that I would be called Monday and a time would be set for Tuesday to do the work. On the Monday sure enough I was told they would turn up Tuesday between 9-11. The two lads turned up bang on time and they were both courteous and respectful. Norbert Weis cleared my gutters on front and back of house and the conservatory. He arrived on time was very polite and showed photos of the work done which was very good. I would recommend this company.

Even though it was raining, Dan did an excellent job, even sorting a leak on the highest gutter. He arrived right on the time specified and was shown around the property avoiding a downed tree in the process.

This company is a joke. They rescheduled my booking five times and I still never got my gutters cleaned. On two occasions the cleaners actually turned up but then left without doing any work (or speaking to anyone) for reasons which remain a mystery. For the final booking I was assured they would send someone very experienced to guarantee that the work got done. Not only did he not show, but I wasn't even told that the appointment was cancelled until the following day. My advice is to go with a local company and save yourself a lot of hassle.

Shoddy workmanship/repair & this company have made a poor excuse as to why there is still a leak in the gutter & rain is poring through. Would not recommend as Ben’s Gutters are only interested in the initial work/payment & not correcting any issues which are under guarantee.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolute scam. Booked in and no one showed up, never answered calls, or messages and still continue to pester with invoice reminders for something which is not due. Eventually got through to their support and they agreed to cancel our service but they continue to send invoices. We ended up using a different company who told us no one had done any work on it. Use a local, legit company instead.

Bens gutters were polite, friendly and professional. The cleaning operative was uniformed and took time to understand what was required. The job was done quickly with no mess, and using proper tools that were clearly designed for the task. All in all Bens offer a great service at a reasonable price (insurance and equipment are not cheap). Being in construction myself, it was reassuring to know that no short cuts were taken, especially with regard to safety and cleanliness.

Bens Gutters came today to clean my gutters, which lasted 15 minutes. On completion the feedback was “ it was not too bad”. I could see the debris was collected by hand, traces visible all over my paths as not even attempted to clean up.£80 x 2 as neighbours opted for the same service, we expecting a clean of pvc etc as described during the phone call and our request prior booking. I could do this myself with a ladder. The star is for the worker, who was kind and polite. I can not give more but the engineer was lovely Absolutely mortified £180 for gutters cleaning that were not bad at all (the engineer’s words) and now I have to pay another company to do the job I requested and quoted for

Organised to have gutters cleaned, took payment up front which was odd but I thought it's a big company so okay. They never turned up so I called three times and each time got told 'he's just round the corner.' Never turned up at all so I called up the next day and they said there was a dog in the garden and didn't have permission to go on the roof. I told them this is a lie as I already gave permission to whoever did the qoute and no one called me up at all or knocked on the door to ask me about a dog. What's more is no one told me about this until I called up demanding what had happened. Completely unprofessional and I asked for a refund and to go with someone else. Avoid.

Quoted £230 for a thorough clean and check. Man with a hose pipe arrived on time gave the gutters a wipe on the outside. Looked inside the gutters, cleared but didn't clean. Apparently not part of the service. Gone within a hour to the next mark. An exorbitant price for the work carried out. Will not use again. I recommend looking for a local cleaner who will price according to the work required.

We were pleased with the cleaning of gutters and fascias. It was a thorough job and exceeded our expectations.

Came out within a few days of request. Fitted an end cap whilst they were up and even removed a blockage on the neighbour's side as it was affecting flow on this side.

I had been let down by another firm but Ben's Gutters were able to give me a booking with three days. The problem turned out to be a blocked down spout not problems with the gutters. It only took a few minutes to get it flushed out. Excellent and courteous service.

Dominic was great, lovely bloke - took pictures of before and after to show us what he'd done, cleared out a load of rubbish despite it being damp and our house is awkward to get to all the guttering, but he was still great. He even fixed the bowing guttering for us and looked at a leaky joint as well. Definitely getting them back every year.
