A great company that simply delivers. We had some issues with a gap in the guttering. It had been dripping but got a lot worse during the hot weather. Steve came round exactly when he said, assessed the job and said they could do it there and then! They replaced part of the guttering, cleaned the gutters and were off in less than an hour. Called them this morning 5/3/2025 at 8.30 ish and Steve answered. I told him the problem and he said he would be out at 10. At 09.55 he rang the door bell and I explained what the problem was and could he fix it and what was the cost. He said he could fix it and gave me the cost and I asked when he could do it. He said he could do it now and we agreed. So he started and a great job. He certainly knows what he is doing and was very professional at his job. Along came Steve at the appointed hour, two days after calling him. I showed him the blocked gutter. I asked him if he could also trim the overhanging tree, and out of the blue along came the Council tree trimmer - after three years waiting for them to do the job. It was as if the heavens had opened and God Himself was saying, "Hire this man". So I did what I was told, and he did a great job. Praise the Lord (am I overdoing it)... He's a good bloke, easy to communicate with, did the job quickly and charged reasonably.

We've had Steve around to our house in Westcotes a couple of times now. First time round was a standard gutter clean, plus some extra sealing part of a roof of an extension to the house that had been proving leaky. That's not leaked since. He then came around a second time to correct the alignment of some gutters on a flat roof extension to the property that had recently had a roof replacement that the original roofers never bothered to do. Not particularly happy at the roofers, but Steve has got us over the finish line with it which is the main thing! Definitely worth using Steve if you need anything with the gutters around your house, nice bloke too.

Removed my house guttering as requested and replaced the leaking connectors, reinstalled it, and corrected the poor fall angle of guttering system, so it now drains properly. Seems to know his trade well, the workmanship was excellent. On one side of the house access to guttering was difficult, however he came prepared with the right ladders. Steve is brilliant, he came round and gave me a good price quote to replace all my guttering, he was honest about what to replace and keep, he came today with Mike, both were very friendly and polite and did a professional job, the new guttering looks great and they cleaned up after themselves and took all the old stuff away. Several neighbours have seen what they have done and have also asked for quotes which isn’t surprising. If you need new guttering, don’t waste your time with other quotes, just get Steve.

I had all of the guttering on my 3-bed semi replaced by Allsides in October 2021. Not only did the firm do a tidy job, all of the pieces were in line vertically and horizontally. Now that three months have passed, I am also confident that the work was properly finished - no more leaks! The price quoted was reasonable, and they came when arranged. He popped over and provided a quote which was reasonable and provided me with a date and time to repair the guttering, which he promptly completed. A little dearer than expected, but can’t fault his work 👌. He turned up when he said, fixed the bracket joint that had come undone due to expansion. Steve recently came out to take a look at our guttering. We opted to have new guttering installed due to the condition of the existing guttering. Job booked in for today. I've been having problems with a leaky gutter joint that two previous handymen had a go at and failed to fix long-term. Emailed Allsides and got a reply within the hour offering a visit next day. Both my front and back gutters were blocked for a mid-terraced house near Leicester City Centre. I gave Steve a call at Allsides and he came over at a time that suits my schedule. Steve arrived promptly and successfully tackled what was an awkward job that involved climbing on the roof of my garage and replacing a broken join on some guttering. He even took the time to test the work he had done by running a hose up to the guttering to make sure no water was leaking before he left. Steve was quick, efficient and friendly.
