Reviews
2.6
Reviewed as Mega Electrical NW LTD. One reviewer says one of their vans ran them off the road. Another reviewer describes terrible service and communication, saying the job was attempted many times and either interrupted or failed, and that Carl was plain rude. A further reviewer says they cannot read signs and hindered a voluntary organisation, which they call not very professional. One reviewer found them lovely to deal with when making a delivery to their premises, and another praised the excellent selection of items for sale and helpful, obliging staff.
One of their vans ran me off the road today whilst driving back from the hospital with my sister who’s recently had a stroke, I had to swerve off a 50 road as my sister is on blood thinners and if she’d of endured a hit to the head could bled severely and possibly died.
Lovely people to deal with when making a delivery to their premises.
Terrible service and comms. Attempted a job so many times and they either get called away mid job to go elsewhere because of lack of cover/planning, or they think they’ve solved it and it then fails! They’ve been out so many times now and Carl is just plain rude over the job. Find a reliable company!
Can't talk for their electrical abilities. What I do know is that they cannot read signs and thus hindered a voluntary organisation. Not very professional
Excellent selection of items up for sale. Also very helpful and obliging staff.
