Reviews
3.0
Current Electrical DCI has one reviewer reporting poor customer service from a member of staff and saying that solar panel work completed three years earlier had not been finished sufficiently, with the company reluctant to help when contacted. Another reviewer described excellent service and highly recommended the business.
Spoke to Julie who answered the phone and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Completely solar panel work 3 years ago and still requiring to which when contacted the National grid, have not been completed sufficiently. When advised the company of this, I was given backlash and they were reluctant to help, knowing my property sale was collapsing in the chain. They did seem like they wanted to help at all.
Excellent service. Highly recommend.
