R - EV Power

An exceptionally good experience from start to finish. Initial discussions with Ian involved siting of panels and battery/ inverter. This was followed up with a comprehensive quote and how to proceed. Once we’d paid the deposit Aran visited to do a technical inspection; after which we were offered an installation date. Scaffolding and equipment arrived on the Monday and the whole system was installed on Tuesday. The installation engineers were extremely efficient and knowledgeable. As there were 16 panels, Wednesday was booked in but not needed. Scaffolding took slightly longer to be removed. However Rawson are now booking scaffold removal at the same time as the rest of the booking. The Fox app is easy to use and the engineers helped set it up. Aran visited a few days later to formally handover and provide further app assistance. Help is always available after installation.

The service provided for our EV charger installation was top tier. Efficient, easy and they were very approachable and polite the entire time. Highly recommend

From the outset attention to customer needs was outstanding. Where other quotes simply provided a system based on the raw data Ian Williams rang me to ask what I was looking for. At the same time he was immediately switched on to the situation of the property and solar aspect. I had myriad questions which he dealt with expertly. Following the initial quote he attended the technical review and again was generous in dealing with queries. A visit from the project manager, Aran, was again reassuring and followed up by a project plan and date. This was enacted precisely with materials and scaffolding in place on the date required. The expertise of the technical team, Kyle and Zac, was impressive and the installation as a whole completed as promised. Throughout the process all my queries were dealt with courteously and with patience and I have no hesitation in highly recommending Rawson Solar.

After getting details from a few potential suppliers, we chose Rawson to install a solar installation on our house with a battery and ev charger. They were efficient, friendly and helpful and have provided us with a very neatly installed system which is working well. We have eventually (the delay was not due to Rawson) begun being paid for our exported electricity, in addition to our greatly reduced electricity costs and low cost ev charging using an appropriate tariff from Octopus Energy.

Second time I’ve used Rawsons. Best compliment I can give them is they do exactly what they say they say they will do and do it when they say they will do it. Just got to think of a third reason to use them.

This was my second solar & battery install with a new company after a poor experience with UPS Solar. Great communication from Rawson and 4 lads turned up as planned. Mine was a difficult install in an old terrace but the friendly lads cracked on to completion. The quality of installation was excellent my only small gripe being a little too much mess. And I ran out of coffee!

This company is top notch. Nothing but good things to say about every part of the service I have recieved. Already recommended them to other local people

Excellent, smooth installation. Great people involved all the way along. Delivered exactly as planned. Very impressed

We had a great experience from start to finish. Materials were delivered on Monday, scaffolding erected on Tuesday, and the solar panels, battery, and EV charger were all installed and connected on Wednesday. The team was professional, efficient, and well organised. Ongoing support and aftercare have been excellent, with clear help getting all the apps set up so everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

I have used R-EV Power and Rawson Solar a couple of times now for EV chargers and solar panels, and I have always received excellent service.

Great team who did the install - would recommend

I’m so impressed with Rawson Solar and R-EV Power from initial contact through to installation, they’ve been amazing. The equipment is top quality and includes the latest battery technology. I initially gathered quotes from other companies, but none could match Rawson’s value and professionalism. The two installers were knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to engage with us to make sure we were happy with their approach. I was equally impressed with the scaffolding team they installed and removed the scaffolding within just two working days! Meanwhile, I’ve seen neighbours who used other providers still have their scaffolding up two months later! Highly recommend this team for anyone considering solar efficient, professional, and genuinely customer-focused.

Excellent, from the initial quote to fitting of panels and batteries, the service cannot be faulted! Aftercare is outstanding and Rawson Solar has been prompt and efficient .Definitely highly recommended!

For someone who likes a good moan and enjoys finding fault when dealing with Rawson Solar having panels and a battery system fitted, I cannot find fault not find anything to moan about. Out of the solar companies I tried, they stood out from the start. Two separate people (Ian and Aran) visited to survey and explain everything, which was all very clear and understandable. The price was very competitive and the service excellent. The scaffold was erected and panels fitted in a day, along with the system, the electricians were very clean and tidy, explaining things as they went along. The scaffold taken down the day after and free electricity from day 2. Overall fantastic company to deal with, would recommend every time.

We had our solar from Rawsons over a year ago. They were superb throughout the entire process. The installation was painless and tidy and we have offset a huge proportion our usage 10 months of the year (less from the grid!!!) We had a few issues with the wifi device but the support from Aran in particular has been absolutely spectacular and made sure it was sorted promptly, a real credit to the company! Would throughly recommend rawsons to anyone looking at solar, they are absolutely fantastic to deal with

Rawsons were great from start to finish. All work was done clean and tidy and within given time schedule. Customer service has been great. Would definitely recommend to any looking to have any work done with them.

Our solar panel and battery installation was perfect, no issues at all with all wiring nice and tidy. The communication throughout was excellent with a good level of after sales support to assist with the app and setting up the export rates with your energy supplier.

I had solar panels and battery in 2024. Fantastic job so I followed up this year with an ASHP. Again a great job delivered by great people. Recommended!

Ben our project manager was very pleasant and professional. The information received was informative and clear. The installation went without a hitch Ben arrived following the installation to go through everything with us. Thank you Ben

Great company, passionate and professional, very impressed 👍

I've had two EV chargers installed by Ross now and couldn't be happier. The process was straightforward, with clear communication from start to finish – thank you!

We have had a few projects done now, EV chargers installed at the office in Llay and at home. Recently and extension to our Solar generation on site. I find all the staff a pleasure to deal with, whilst doing work on site they are all very professional and follow all health and safety procedures ensuring the work is carried out in a safe manner. Following any work they have done we have had full inspection reports, commissioning data and certificates, all in a timely manner. I would recommend R-EV power and Rawson Solar any time.

Really pleased with our new solar panels and battery installation completed at our head office last week. It's been a seamless process from start to finish and can't recommend all involved at Rawson Solar highly enough. Great job all round!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! I cannot recommend the Rawson team enough. Every stage of the install was planned perfectly, started, and delivered on time. The install team are extremely knowledgeable and tidy workers, nothing was too much trouble for them. And the best bit…. The results have been incredible. Our electricity bill has been almost completely wiped out, even on overcast days we’re still producing enough battery backup to cover us.

Friendly company from start to finish. Would definitely recommend

Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional and a tidy job from Ross. All at a great price too. Highly recommended

The whole process from start to finish went to plan! Everything they said they would do they did, and at the price they quoted, you don't hear of such great service nowadays. The lads who carried out the install couldn't have been more polite and obliging, they were a pleasure to have in the house. Ben, the project manager, kept us informed at each step of the way and managed the project perfectly. We would very strongly recommend R-EV power for solar and battery installation in the Wrexham and surrounding area.

Great service from star to finish

Excellent service. Millie was fantastic in dealing with my enquiry and when I explained our new car was arriving last Friday, she arranged for installation quickly and managed to get it completed before the car arrived. The installer arrived at the time agreed and was quick and efficient in installing it. Very happy with the product and the service.

Really knowledgeable people. Excellent communication throughout and really tidy work. Very happy to recommend, and already have to friends. Thank you!

Great service, professional friendly staff. Very quick and neet installation. Had more panels and a better system compared to previous quotes .

Delivered multiple large projects seamlessly now delivers over 500kwh. Great guys to work with, kept me updated with every stage of the project. Would highly recommend!

Our 18 solar panels, 7.5 KWhs system complete with 3 batteries all supplied and fitted by R-EV Power. (Rawsons Solar) From start to finish our experience with R-EV Power was excellent. Their quotation was both comprehensive and detailed. A clear lay out of the proposed system both inside and outside of our property was provided together with the potential output month by month. Arrival on site was exactly as planned, all work was carried out in a very neat, timely and orderly manner. Commissioning of the system was excellent, with a detailed ‘lesson’ for use of the accompanying app. Both Gregg and Millie were excellent in all communications, from the start, during and finalising. We would thoroughly recommend R-EV Power, our only regret is not moving forward with the system before we did! Our electricity consumption from the Grid has plummeted since installation. An excellent investment.

Gregg and his team are top class. From the initial enquiry to the scaffolders, roofers, electricians we received great service and they were respectful of my property and kept me informed of what was happening. We had 10 solar panels with battery and they are working for us, even on cloudy days. We can monitor with the App so we can see what is in the battery, what our panels are producing and what we are using. We have received all the paperwork as agreed and any questions we asked after the installation were answered promptly. Highly recommended. Well done on running a great team and business.

Wonderful service from start to finish, would definitely recommend!

Thank you! The installer rang in advance to confirm when he would arrive. The job was performed quickly and professionally with no fuss or noise. I would recommend Rawson EV Power without hesitation.

Very happy all round. The unit provided is compact, easy to use and has very good reviews, a quick turnaround from order to installation and the guys who installed were great.

Domestic charger installed today, arrived on time and finished and cleaned up afterwards. Two lads who installed were knowledgeable and well mannered and ultimately delivered exactly what I wanted. Thank you

Excellent service. I would highly recommend these guys for your ev charger installation. Extremely helpful and great fellow up service 👍

Super helpfully people and super installation team everything sorted excellently
