Fitter arrived on time and serviced all our gas appliances, including the boiler and lounge gas fire. All his work was completed thoroughly and professionally. We have used Paine and Mainwaring for over twenty years and would not hesitate to recommend them for any servicing or installations.

We have been really happy with Paine Manwaring since we started using them after our move to Worthing. They have serviced our boiler twice now and have also been very helpful to address certain issues with the existing plumbing system. They are always very friendly, tidy, and keep us up to date on timings. Their advice always seems honest with no pressure to do additional work if it is not completely necessary. We would go to them for any plumbing services in the future and would happily recommend others to do so based on our experience.

I am 77 years old (still very sane) and want say that the young man that did my annual boiler service today was brilliant, it's without doubt the most thorough and professional service I've ever witnessed. I'm a retired engineer.

I used painmanwaring for a number of years while working for kier construction and they came through for us on every bid they won. They were commercially competitive so we used them a lot, excellent h&S credentials and high quality installations. We used them on hospital jobs, schools and other projects, many which were phased or awkward and they were always happy to help. We also had good relationships with local charities and I recall one time Crawley open house reached out to me because they desperately needed a boiler next day as a contractor had let them down. I called PMW and they sent someone down the next day with a boiler and installed it for the charity for free. They are a really great company with excellent directors and trades. I've always tried getting them on the books at new companies as they've never let me down. Top class.

We booked an engineer from Paine Manwaring to service our Johnston and Starley warm air central heating boiler. Dan let us know when he was on his way, and was efficient, polite and professional. He found a split connector hose, which he showed us and explained what was needed. We were telephoned by the office and they booked us in for a return visit. Again Dan arrived on time, on the due date and we are more than happy with the whole experience. We will definitely be using this Company again.

Arrived on time to service boiler and gas fire. Friendly and polite. Explained about testing radiator water to check if any build up inside. Reassured as test showed all clear.

Valliant heat pump installed by Paine-Manwaring just over a year ago, has had it first service. All work carried out without friendly and efficiently. All good for another winter. First class service and support through the last 14 months.

Excellent service from Tyrone who came to service the boiler. He is a lovely chap and found a fault which was mended by my boiler insurance. He then came and did a strip down service as it was due and put an Inhibitor in the water to help the radiators. Very friendly and we learnt a lot too.

We have used Paine Mainwaring a few times and have found there work to be of a very high Standard with no callback problems if something isn't quite right. We recently had a new loft water tank installed and toilet flush repair completed by there plumbing engineer Tom Simmonds who was very knowledgeable professional and tidy he explained everything he was going to do with a very calming demeanor. I paid my bill today and found the two ladies in the office very helpful cheerful and pleasant. All in all a most reliable professional and well established company that we will use again and hesitate to recommend Thankyou Paine Mainwaring.

If their workmanship is anything like their driving I wouldn't employ them, run off the road and bullied by one of their vans this morning

The first spell of cold winter weather and the boiler packs up! An early morning phone call to Shannon and she manages to get Harry the engineer to call later the same day and fix the problem. Much relief and gratitude. It may help being a regular and loyal customer though....

Would have given 0 stars if available. Appointment made for this morning. Stayed in all morning. Did not even bother to turn up.

The engineer who fixed my boiler was very polite and efficient.

Had boiler installed many years ago now serviced yearly everytime its serviced it faults and i have to reset it disappointing as it works all year except after the service

The workmanship was second to none. The company listened to any concerns we had &rectified/amended s necessary. Considering every room was affected by a a boiler renewal/flushing & checking radiator system, our house was left clean & tidy. I fully recommend this firm.

During the cold weather I had to call out Paine Manwaring as my boiler had stopped working, they attended promptly, the engineer was professional and polite. He also managed to get my boiler working. Would recommend

Polite efficient staff who where extremely helpful

2 part job. First went well - part replacement, not rocket science I guess. Second was an overflow pip issue. Having concluded that the issue was a NRV to be added near pump - and having added such device - lost all water from hot pipes AND broke the pump. Suggested it was the pump that was at fault?? Called them back to remove device and they had the audacity to charge us for it. Had another plumber come and replaced pump and cleaned the shower head and leak stopped. Disgraceful and attitude driven plumber - will not be using or recommending them to anyone and will be invoicing them for the extra work!
