Thank you to Curtis and his team for the completion of our extension project delivered on time. At every stage, communication was top rate, concerns were swiftly allayed and dealt with promptly. His good natured and friendly team made the whole experience easier than we could have hoped for. His advice on all aspects of the build was invaluable and we trusted his professional expertise to produce the extension we had dreamed of. We would have no hesitation in recommending Curtis and his team to others contemplating a similar project.
Engaged Curtis and his team from CW Building for my two extensions work. They are highly professional and exceed my expectations on delivering the work in very high quality both internally and externally. TV wall is perfectly done functionally and beautifully. They are always customer-oriented and I highly appreciate their response time. Would definitely recommend.
Curtis and his team were absolutely fantastic! From the moment I got in touch to get a quote, to finally signing off on the finished product about a year later, Curtis was the perfect professional and a real pleasure to work with on my single-storey extension. Curtis got in touch just before Christmas 2024, and because of the holiday season, he came by right on time at the exact moment he said he would once the new year of 2025 started. I was able to show him my preferred design from his own portfolio of jobs because I had found a nearly identical build that I wanted mine to look just like. He was more than happy to look at it. Right from the start, he showed genuine interest in what I wanted. He didn’t try to over sell or self promote anything to me; he asked me lots of questions about what I wanted in the new build, instead of suggesting what should go where or what fixtures I should consider. He even asked about things I hadn’t been asked by others, like the colour of the windows and doors, the type of floor, the kitchen style I was going for and whether I wanted everything supplied and fitted or if I wanted to do it myself. His attention to detail and how he delivered the project were truly top-notch. His team were prompt, polite, professional, clean and tidy up after themselves. The external guys he brought in to make sure my guild was finished before Christmas 2025 were also well-appointed. From the initial dig out, which took a bit longer than expected because of some unforeseen building control issues, to the external build and internal fit, everyone I met was a credit to him and his business. I provided the kitchen, and his fitter, Dec, did an amazing job! His own attention to detail was a real pleasure to see. I could mention too many people, but from the bricklayers who finished the dig out and external build, to the internal guys who completed the kitchen fit, plastering, floor layers, electricians and plumbers, I was confident that a good job would be done, and if there was even the slightest issue, Curtis would be there anytime of the day to make sure it was looked into. I would never want anyone else to do any future work in my home. Thank you, Curtis and your team; you really are a credit to you and your business.
Extremely pleased with Curtis and his team. Really reliable throughout and attention to detail with each piece of work for our kitchen and bathroom refit was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to use again for future works or renovations.
Curtis and his team completed our loft conversion on time and budget. They were very courteous at all times and had excellent attention to detail. We would recommend them highly.
Impressive service from start to finish. The only tradesman I’ve ever known who delivers exactly what he promises when he promises it. The standard of work is excellent, to a very high finish, with thought and consideration for every aspect of the build from structure, behind the scenes to front facing finish. Great communication throughout. Very time efficient and quality build. Cannot recommend this company enough.
A fantastic experience using CWBS. After trying several builders, who let us down in a number of ridiculous ways, Curtis was a breath of fresh air. Reliable and extremely honest, exceptional project management and communication skills, meant everything ran smoothly. We were involved throughout. No major issues, and any minor problems were chased up by Curtis and rectified quickly. His core team are also excellent, always on time/early, and worked all day. Does not expect the final payment until you are 100% happy with the job. Definitely recommend, and will use again in future.
Great builders, all work on our loft conversion carried out on time and very professionally. Really pleased with communication from start to finish. Very happy with the end result, thank you
Curtis and his team were extremely professional and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Curtis kept us informed at each stage of the process and took all the stress away for us. They worked ahead of timescales and organised the other trades to be in place when needed, taking that complication away. When they said something would be done, it was, and I didn't need to chase for anything at all. The work they carried out is brilliant, we have absolutely no issue with any of the work done. On completion, Curtis and his team made sure that the job was finished to a high standard and that the space was cleaned thoroughly. I would 100% recommend CW Building Solutions to friends and family and will definitely go back to them for any future work.
We had CW Building Solutions to build our loft conversion, from start to finish it took 5 weeks. We had constant communication and everyone was so professional. We would 100% recommend CW Building Solutions to anyone wanting a loft conversion.
The attention to detail from start to finish was superb. Always tidied afterwards and left with a smile. Would highly recommend.
Would highly recommend Curtis & team for all building works. They completed our kitchen extension - exactly how we wanted it and in a timely manner. All were friendly whilst at our property and I felt they were trustworthy. Nothing was too much trouble.
Curtis and his team converted our loft for us last year. They were friendly, helpful and did an excellent job. We had 2 young kids in the house and so they were very conscious of keeping it tidy and clean too. Would highly recommend and will definitely use Curtis again in the future.
We had our loft converted into a combined office and social gaming space by CW Building Solutions and the whole process has been excellent from start to finish. The quotation was prompt and really informative. All the information we needed during the build was provided in a timely and helpful manner and the team on site were always highly friendly, trustworthy and professional. Work was completed on time and to the original quote and we are extremely pleased with the end result and feel we got excellent value for money. Would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for building work.
Curtis and his team are without doubt the best builders in the Coventry area. Very professional and spotless. Reasonable quote and no hidden extras what so ever. Full loft conversion completed in 3 weeks. If you need building work done use CW
Curtis and his team recently completed our loft conversion and we couldn't be happier with the new master bedroom and ensuite that's he's given us, along with a remodelled first floor. The quality of his work is outstanding and the speed at which they completed it is phenomenal. Curtis and his guys work HARD. They were here every day by 8am and clear progress was made every single day. They were organised and kept the place neat and tidy making it easy to 'live' while the work was going on. We had clear vision for what we wanted and Curtis did everything he could to make it happen. I'm a very fussy customer but felt at ease with Curtis as he and I were in constant communication and worked out any potential issues as we went along. Curtis' communication is unlike any other tradesmen - he's always contactable and makes sure you know what's going on. I would recommend CW Building Solutions without hesitation and would certainly use them again in the future.
