One reviewer says Lowe & Oliver gave excellent service and that staff went out of their way to help with the technical side and with kindness and empathy, naming Richard and Bob. Another calls Kerry a legend. A further reviewer calls the shop a brilliant place with excellent service, and another says they got the screws they wanted straight off the shelf in small numbers when big suppliers could not help. One reviewer reports a van driver driving dangerously, saying plate number OU68 HHW almost caused a crash in Wycombe.
Modern day heroes.
van drivers drive like absolute t**ts, plate no. OU68 HHW almost caused a crash in Wycombe
I cannot praise this company enough, it simply would not be possible to have had better service, than that given over the last few days. To say circumstances were difficult would be an understatement. However Richard and his team and Bob in the office went over and above in their support and help. I highly recommend this company not just for their technical skills and abilities but their kindness and empathy. Thankyou Lorraine
KERRY IS A LEGEND!
Excellent service brilliant place to shop
Could not get screws I wanted from "big" suppliers. Straight off the shelf in Lowe & Oliver, with excellent service, and in small numbers not huge boxes which suited my needs perfectly. This will be my first port of call in the future.
