From the initial enquiry to the installation, Andrew and his team were brilliant to deal with. He responded quickly to our request for a quote, called to see the job and gave us really helpful options and advice. He then sent the detailed quote through later that evening as promised. We agreed the installation date and that went ahead promptly and efficiently. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We needed an EV charger installed quickly, Andrew priced up the job quickly and agreed to, and did complete the work within a week as promised. Communication by text was quick and helpful thoughout to address my queries and confirm arrangements. There was attention to detail on the cable routing and the finishing touches. Everything works as it should, a great job and Andrew is easy to converse with and helpful throughout. I highly recommend him.

I asked for a quote for an EV charger and Andrew came by the next day and explained the process, options and price clearly. Was able to fit me in the same week and despite the temperatures being burning hot for outside workers, Andrew turned up early with Josh and started work. Excellent job on the installation, everything tidied up so you couldn’t even tell a job had been done - Josh was super helpful with showing me how to use the app that links to the charger. I will definitely be recommending to others! Spot on with the installation, excellent price and professional - a real pleasure to have done business with!

Andrew and his team worked within the time line of having my new electric car, the staff were very respectful and a pleasure to deal with. He gave us information to register the work with national grid and even helped over the phone to complete technical details. A date was set and he completed the work, provided the appropriate certificates and set up the system for us ( electric car charging ). A very efficient, professional and friendly service. Castle Electrical Services did a great job doing a full rewire on our house in Oct 2024. 1.5 years later and we've had zero issues! I got in contact with them again because I lost our EICR and Emma was lovely on the phone and got me a copy that same day. Excellent service!

Andrew did a great job with our EV install, on the site visit we discussed various options and agreed the best configuration for our needs. Installation day when really well, charger installed with minimal disruption and mess. We had copies of the installation certificates later that day.

Great price for EICR (especially compared to some who will charge way over £300) and fire alarms, efficient quick and friendly.

I needed work on 3 sockets but didn't know who to approach. I found Castle electrics and messaged them Tuesday evening. Andrew called to assess the job the next day and arranged to do the work on the weekend. Kyle turned up bang on time and did the work straight away, including cleaning any mess. Two very professional and pleasant guys and a reasonable price too. I'll definitely keep their number for any future work. Thank you both.

May 2025: Absolutely fantastic service again, as this is the second time we have used Castle Electrical Services. Andrew and his colleague were, as always, courteous and keen to help. We needed certification of the electrics doing prior to selling our house, and they kindly did this for us at a reduced cost. Very quick to reply, and super thorough with follow up afterwards. Excellent company and highly recommend for any electrical work needed.

Fantastic service, came out to give a quote the same day and completed the work very quickly a couple days later. Came up with a new plan for how to do the work on the day that had a much better cosmetic outcome than has previously been done. Very reasonable price, will keep them in mind for future electrical work.

The team is quite professional and friendly to work with. Andrew, the lead, handled my query and booking process very well, and kept updating me with the progress of Kyle, the technician, who came to do the job. Kyle was quite straightforward to the task, and having him around felt like having a good friend coming over to assist you. He was fun to chat with.

Had a quote from Andrew in 2022 to install everything needed for a new kitchen, which included a new consumer unit and spotlights. Andrew was very friendly and offered his advice and explained everything clearly, the price was also very competitive. Communication was great. Text messages were always responded to quickly. When it came to the work, the boys always turned up on time, talked me through any issues that had arisen and how to sort them out, they always left the house clean and tidy. I’ve since had more work done by Andrew’s team on my bathroom, again a very high standard of work. Thank you!

Brilliant response. Mains powered smoke alarm failed. Gave me advice to detach and change back up battery. I did that but the sensor had failed so needed a new smoke alarm. Loved that they gave self help advice before offering to replace. Fitted a new smoke alarm a couple of hours after speaking to them. Andrew and Karl both polite, helpful and did the job with no fuss. Very reasonable rates and would definitely use again.

Called for an emergency as had no power. Replaced panel didn’t label it and left leaving us with no electric.Was told sockets needed to be replaced but wouldn’t say which one’s or why?? Another electrician came out and found the fault straight away and restored power in 30 mins.
