Top service, good value, efficient, polite

Top service from Daniel, nice guy. Arrived on time, promptly fixed the issue, and very reasonable priced. Would definitely consider using again and would recommend.

Dan was AMAZING. Helped us out over the phone on Sunday night and then came over first thing Monday morning. Friendly and professional. Thank you! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Excellent Electrical Work I wanted to share my appreciation for the outstanding job done on my flat. The electrician demonstrated: Professionalism: Arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything organized. Quality of Work: All installations and repairs were completed to a high standard, with attention to detail and safety. Communication: Explained the process clearly and ensured I was comfortable with every step. Cleanliness: Left the workspace tidy and respected the property throughout. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this electrician to anyone looking for reliable and skilled work.

Had a problem with a power socket. I was offered an appointment for the next day. He came exactly when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the fault. It was fixed promptly. Fast friendly service.

I highly recommend Matheson Electrical, I have used them a number of times on our property now and have always had quick, efficient service at a very fair price.

Great job from Dan and the team. Attention to detail and left a nice tidy job at a great price. Would definitely work with Dan and the team on our next project.

Excellent service, prompt and professional and very helpful. Would definitely recommend

Dan and his team have worked on a previous property of mine and so used them again for this refurbishment. Always able to advise the best solution that is budget friendly without compromising standards or quality. Always confident to leave him in out home and is comfortable with our dog. Would highly recommend and will continue to use them!!!

dan recently helped us install some interior lighting, excellent service :)

In a world of AI, the genuine spoken word counts for a lot. This review is no different. Dan and his team have always been that shining light, beaming down from the heavens. Whether it be a simple spur of the fused variety or a complex arrangement of coated copper cables adjoining into something that, quite frankly, Thomas Edison himself would be confused by. So, if you're sitting there dreaming of having that smart thermostat adorned on your wall, then give Mathesons a call!

Dan and apprentice 'Flame' aka James were exceptionally knowledgeable and efficient at fixing electrical issues in the air b n b I was staying in and also plumbing ! ... Thank you!

Had Dan round as we were having issues with some of our lights and wanted a few other bits installed. Did a fantastic job, proposed solutions that were genius, and managed to get it all done with minimal cleanup. On top of that he was a great chap to chat with. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Dan and the team. Came quickly to fix issue with lights, fit new socket and new wall lights. All done really quickly, no mess and Dan was a pleasure to have round. Wouldn’t hesitate to use and recommend again.

Great service and a fair price

I had a fridge freezer issue in the morning and by the mid afternoon, the electrician was at my house fixing it. Friendly over the phone and in person. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for your help!

Thank you for coming to resolve the issue with our fridge. You kindly came out same day. Highly recommend. Thanks again (you know who we are )😂🤦‍♀️

Fantastic service and brilliant staff.

Came today to carry out a full test of our consumer unit. Very professional and friendly throughout, open and honest about the process. No problems before and none after. Can’t ask for more.

Dan arrived promptly to install some new thermostats for my underfloor heating. Also to change the light in the bathroom. He was quick and efficient. The whole team are great, they often carry out work work at my place of work. I would highly recommend them for domestic and commercial.

Great guys, extremely professional and go above and beyond. Can't recommend them enough!!

Dan and the team never let us down. They are hard-working, quick, come when they say they will, good value, very knowledgeable and always somehow manage to fit us in even when they’ve got other work on. Best sparks I’ve ever used. Buy now, while stocks last

We had a total loss of power and Dan and colleague came on the same day, quickly located and fixed the problem. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

ME have managed to fit me in several times on emergencies a few times now. In my experience have been prompt and always polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

A massive thankyou to the team at Matheson electrical. A pleasure to deal with from the first extremely helpful phone call with John to the clean and precise first and second fix with Callum and his apprentice Barney during my house rewire 👍

I had two lovely electricians come round to my house to give me a quote on all my electrical work, they arrived on time & listed all that I wanted looking at, they even sorted out a minor issue whilst we chatted. A few days later another younger guy came back & undertook all that we discussed, he was again on time, competent, very tidy & totally trustworthy. I would recommend Matherson electrical to anyone who needs any kind of electrical work done. Thank you so very much, I will most definitely be in touch when I next need work done. Mrs R Feasey

Fantastic guys always happy to help ! Dan and his team have gone above and beyond for me time and time again would highly recommend !

I am so pleased with the work Matheson Electrical have carried out. They did a fantastic job. They were polite, friendly and very professional. Their work is very neat and to a really high standard. They also left the place tidy afterwards. Highly recommend!

I was extremely impressed with Dans quick response time and professionalism he provided. I was without power and it was late evening so I made an emergency call to ME electrical. Dan located the fault within 5 minutes of his arrival and got us up and running again promptly the same night! Would definitely recommend and will be in touch for future work. 👍🏼

Dan and his team wired up a new workshop for me. They were extremely quick at responding to the enquiry. Price was good. They did the work quickly and tidied up afterwards. Would highly recommend them.

Charged us 100% more than originally quoted. Wired up an air source heat pump, fuse box of which later blew up and air source heat pump had to be switched off entirely for safety reasons. Clearly tried to cut costs at the detriment of our family’s wellbeing.

Excellent work from Dan and his colleague who did an great job re-siting a plug socket in our very old wall prior to having damp works done. He was happy to find a way to make things work to fit us in in time despite the damp work contractors changing the date to a day earlier than expected. Both were friendly and polite and carried out the work to a high standard in good time. Thoroughly recommend.

I couldn't recommend Matheson Electrical enough, Dan and his team were knowledgeable, professional and tidy! They fully rewired my 70s home with no task being too big or small. As a first time buyer, they were more than happy to give their advice throughout the work, always going the extra mile with convenient socket and switch placements. All whilst maintaining a high attention to detail and finish as if it was their own home!

Dan and Barney were professional, efficient and quick in finding the problem and rectifying our wiring problems, replacing an outdoor socket and wiring, and getting power back to an outbuilding. Good job well done, thank you. 👍
