Somerset Electrical and Property Services Ltd is described by customers as friendly and professional across several jobs, including replacing kitchen lights, fitting LED downlighters and replacing a consumer unit. One reviewer praised the clear quotes, flexibility over scheduling and a clean, tidy workspace after an installation. Another thanked the team for advice and help with unknowns while creating an office studio. One reviewer said an emergency alarm call was answered straight away and the person was professional and friendly, but was unhappy that a call-out charge and VAT were added after a fee had been agreed face to face. One reviewer also reported that an electrician fixed a sudden electrical problem quickly.
The service from Steve and Kathryn was superb. Customer service in providing quotes and the flexibility shown when scheduling the work were great. Best of all was the friendly, efficient and high quality installation. Everything was explained at beginning and end and the workspace was left clean and tidy. I unreservedly recommend Somerset Electrical and Property Services.
Thank you Steve and the team at Somerset Electrical for all your work in helping us to create an office studio. You have been a pleasure to work with, advising us throughout and helping us with all the unknowns. Would thoroughly recommend.
I cannot thank Steve enough for responding so quickly when my electrics went. He worked quickly and professionally and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Will definitely be calling on him again for a new fuse board (among other things) in due course!
Great firm, so friendly and professional
Wanted to change two gloomy lights in our Kitchen and Dinning area to spots. The team at SEPS came out to establish our exact requirements ahead of installation. Excellent service and a pleasure to have a tradesman that cleaned up after them. Would highly recommend and be my first point of contact in the future.
Replaced old kitchen lights with new LED down lighters excellent job no mess no fuss would recommend Steve to anyone
What a quality service. I needed a consumer unit replaced and the professional chap that arrived did it without leaving a mess and a good price. Cheers 😁
I had an emergency with my house alarm on a Saturday morning, so called this company for help. The guy came straight away and was extremely professional and friendly; he even recommended another company he trusted to further help with replacing my house alarm. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was that after the work was compete we agreed a fee, but was charged differently after he added on call out charge and VAT. While I understood why this was, it would of been nice to know when talking about the price face to face. Still, overall outstanding service.
Thank you for a superb job; the work done was (as always) of a high standard and was reasonably priced. It was reassuring to also have my electrics given a thorough health check as part of the service.
