Glow Electrical

Stuart has blocked us, we cannot contact him to refund our deposit payment. if I could rate this company zero I would.

We cannot recommend Stuart & Glow Electrical highly enough. We have used him twice & the service & workmanship is fantastic. We would definitely recommend Glow to all our friends & family.

Can’t recommend Stuart enough, from before the work commenced he was more than happy to explain the best methods for completing the job properly and what was feasible. Communication was always quick, tradies are busy and not always expecting a reply straight away but found he was responsive. Found the work a really high standard, and have to highlight his patience in me asking tons of questions. Can’t thank him enough and have recommended him to tons of people. Delighted with the work he’s done.

Stuart installed an isolator switch and power supply for a new hot tub. He was able to do the work quickly and for what I considered a good price. Quality of work was excellent, provided the necessary certification for his work and left the space clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend Stuart or to call him again for future electrical works.

Stuart was very understanding and clear when discussing works required and wanted. He treated myself and my partner with a lot of respect and all the works were completed to a good standard and within the agreed time. Definitely recommend Stuart

Great job on our garden room. Was totally flexible during the installation and advised on number and type of lights to complement the garden room. Also helped re-site existing fence lights to maximise lighting in our garden. Really pleased with his work and his professionalism.

Stuart installed a new extractor fan in our bathroom and an earth wire from our gas meter. Stuart arrived bang on time and was great with suggestions about the best fan for the bathroom. The jobs were completed quickly and with no mess left. I would definitely recommend Stuart and would use him again without hesitation.

Brilliant work very prompt and always gets back to you. Price is reasonable and work is excellent. Great guy and really accommodating, if you are looking for anything electrical can vouch for the quality of his workmanship. Had a few jobs done ( light fittings, soffits and car charger EV)

We used Stuart throughout our renovation and honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He completed a whole range of electrical work for us, including a partial rewire, fitting a new consumer unit, installing spotlights, light switches, extractor fans, electrical work for our kitchen and underfloor heating, as well as plenty of other jobs along the way. From start to finish Stuart was friendly, professional and always turned up when he said he would. His standard of work is excellent and he took the time to explain everything, making sure we were happy with each stage of the job. He also left everything clean and tidy, which was really appreciated during a busy renovation. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we always felt we could trust his advice. If you're looking for a reliable electrician who does a fantastic job at a fair price, I'd highly recommend. We'll definitely be using him again for any future work.

A colleague at work recommended Stuart after he changed her light switches and sockets, we were looking for an electrician for major electrical repairs and we called him, he turned up and left our property more unsafe and dangerous, we got another local electrician to fix the issues and corrected Stuart’s errors. I would not recommend Glow Electrical.

Great experience for first visit to finishing the job. Turned up on time , explained all the parts of the job and completed the work efficiently. Very pleased to have found glow electrical :)

Stuart’s communication was excellent, he turned up early and did the job in less than 15 minutes! Will definitely be going with him in future for any jobs.

Great prompt service. Fitted an outside socket and light switch to the loft with minimal fuss or mess . Very happy

I couldn’t be happier with the work Glow Electrical did installing spotlights in my ceiling. They managed to get everything fitted before the ceiling was lowered, which saved a lot of hassle and extra work later on. The team was professional and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was done neatly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. Highly recommend Glow Electrical for any electrical work needing done.

Above and beyond electrical services from Stuart at Glow Electrical. Installed all the electrical appliances in our new kitchen and came back without prompting to ensure everything was satisfactory. Would highly recommend Stuart for any electrical work. Outstanding service.

I recently hired Glowelectrics to replace my old fuse boxes and carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), and I’m very happy with the service they provided. The electrician was punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The fuse box replacement was done efficiently, with great attention to detail and safety. They made sure everything was compliant with current regulations, and the final setup looks neat and well-organized. I received my EICR certificate promptly after the job was completed, and it gave me peace of mind knowing my home’s electrical system is now up to standard. I’d highly recommend Glowelectrics for anyone needing electrical work done—reliable, transparent, and very easy to work with.

I would highly recommend Stuart at GLOW to anyone in need of electrical work. He recently installed an electric vehicle charger for me and my partner, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the service he provided. Stuart was originally recommended to us by a family member, and he absolutely lived up to the high praise. From the outset, his communication was excellent; clear, prompt, and professional. He explained every step of the process and made sure we were comfortable with the work being done, which was at a very competitive and reasonable price. Not only did he complete the EV charger installation to a high standard, but he also went above and beyond by fitting an additional light fixture for us; something that wasn’t planned or expected, but very much appreciated. Stuart’s workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail were exceptional. We would not hesitate to use his services again and will be recommending him to others without reservation.

I came across Stuart a few months ago & he has done several jobs for me. He is very reliable and has put himself out to come when I've needed him. He is calm & professional and very good at communicating on the progress of the job in hand. I have no hesitation in recommending Glow Electrical to anyone in the area needing a good electrician.

I contacted glow electrical for a price to install soffit lights to my house, from the very start of the communication they were very polite and helpful, gave me a great price and offered the first available date they had to do the install. Came out at the time and date agreed and carried out the install, whilst doing the install they also noticed a couple of small vents which were broken, this wasn't a problem for them as they very kindly replaced them free of charge out of some stock they had in the van. The service I received was second to none and I can't recommend them highly enough. If I ever need any electrical work in the future they will be the first point of contact for me. Thanks again for a very good install and above all great service!

Stuart fitted outside lights for me and I love them. Would definitely recommend!

Only good things to say about Glow electrical, the lads were so hard working and accommodating. We had an initial assessment of the house then a full rewire. I was really nervous about it because I didn't know what to expect but they talked me through everything without being patronising, and they worked solidly for the week (above and beyond!) and made sure all the wee finishing touches were just right. They left the house spotless and took away all the old wires and the house feels so much more our own with all the improvements. They were so friendly and helpful, it made the whole experience as stress free as a rewire can be! I would totally recommend Glow to anyone getting work done, for trustworthiness, pride in the job and customer service. Smashed it. Thanks so much!
