One of your truck drivers almost carelessly crashed into us on the M56. Please address this as it’s clearly not a one off event judging by other reviews. Dangerous driving isn’t a joke.

If there work is as bad as their driving I wouldn’t bother

Is the loud drilling 3-5am .. you ? Or another company..it rattles everything windows etc

Absolute nightmare company. They did work outside of my house for months, continually blocked my driveway for hours at a time, I couldn't get shopping out of the boot of my car or even get the pushchair to my own door. They have left everything in a complete mess. When I raised my concerns with the site manager, he was rude, condescending and dismissive. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

More helpful than Keepmoat Homes. Aptus fitted street light the day after my call to them. I've only lived at address since 1st May this year. I am 81 years of age. Totally disgusted with Keepmoat, they had my hard earned money and then throw me on the scrap heap. Watch this space. Thankyou Aptus.

Very abusive driver on the motorway, cut me up and then shouted abuse at 2 young girls. My friend who was driving suffers with severe anxiety we had to pull over because she was so upset. Looking at the rest of these reviews I seriously think you should be doing something about the drivers attitudes. I Would be put of this company for attitude and dangerous driving! Please sort this out or he is going to cause a serious accident.

Very abusive driver on the road in Glazebury, Warrington. We were driving at the speed limit in rush hour with children in the car, only for the driver at hand to beep us, shout abuse and tailgate us. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous considering you’ve got your company name plastered all over the van.

Shouted abuse at me from their van in gateshead , just because they thought it was funny. If your in to that sort of thing hire them , if not avoid

I don't know anything about this company but completely and without any prior notification I have come home to a situation where it is difficult to get into my own driveway. Over 2 previous weekends Severn Trent have carried out work with excellent prior advice. I came home from a few days away and assumed that S.T. hadn't finished but no not their fault. Really un professional.

Almost 2 weeks ago I came home from work to my driveway being cut off by barriers and a hole at the end of my driveway. After complaining today I thought they were coming back to fill it in. Instead they made it bigger and just left and have not come back. They have not asked our permission or explained anything. We have two cars as do our next door neighbours. We have nowhere else to park and it is completely unacceptable without an explaination or timeframe! We now have an unstable lamp post outside our house and a huge hole without access to the driveway without cutting over someone else's land! I bet it's a further 2 weeks before they come back. I wouldn't mind but we live on a building site and they would never have done this. They want it filled in as much as we do!

Again for the second time in 2 years, this company has dug a hole in my garden to access utilities, and again no notification or request of permission to enter my property. No information left by the company to explain what they have done, why, at who's request, when the hole and my damaged garden would be prepared, or even a job number. Last time took me 3 weeks to get the hole filled, and new grass (which was a different type than the rest of the lawn), and at nearly 4 weeks this time, and still waiting, with a dangerous, unsightly hole, poorly surrounded by 6 plastic blue barriers, and the only cover over the hole is a same barrier placed on its side. Leaving muliplte cables and pipes exposed, and risk to animals and children. After my previous experience of this company doing work on my property without request, notification, or any efforts to correct their work, I strongly recommend that you record and/or film any interaction with them, as my experiences have demonstrated they are incompetent and leaving my property in a dangerous state.

Great company have dealt with them for over five years and they are a fantastic company to do business with .

Top outfit

Had a car for less than a year and when my car was parked up one of these guys reversed into it, admitted liability and apologised, then went home and lied to the insurers and said i drove into them. If APTUS UTILITIES are as honest with customers as they are with their insurance then you will definitely get ripped off. Furious.
