Norwood Electrical and Renewables

Excellent service. My kitchen electrics kept tripping. Mark and Riley arrived on time and carefully spent time finding the root of the issue. They were both polite, friendly and very thorough. The price was very reasonable considering the time spent locating the fault and the advice given for future electrical works. Would definitely use again and recommend 👍⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy to contact and communicate with, gave me an approximate time and let me know when they were on their way. Friendly and approachable. Did a great job and left no mess. I'd highly recommend and they'll be my first port of call in the future.

Excellent job. Checked where we wanted EV charger placed and offered suggestions as what would/wouldn’t work. No mess and helped with EV app. Highly recommend

Arrived on time did jobs to a high standard also did other jobs for me that wasn’t booked in very happy with service 👍

Highly recommended local electrician! I recently used Norwood Electrical & Renewables for several jobs around the house, including electrical remedial work, installing new extractor fans and cooker hood, and replacing our electric shower. I’m really happy with the standard of their work. They were professional, reliable, and arrived exactly when they said they would. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable for the amount of work completed. It’s great to find a trustworthy local service—I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone else!

This gent turned up on time, was very friendly and very professional, done a superb job, very, very pleased with the work. Very reasonable prices. Wood 100% recommend Norwood Electrical

Excellent from start to finish, turned up when they said they would both to quote and do the work. Reasonable price did a great job with minimum fuss. Highly recommended.

Mark installed an electric towel rail for me, he seemed very experienced which made me feel confident about the job. Communications were good, they were very reliable, and cleaned up after themselves, they even brought a vacuum! I would highly recommend them.

Excellent job replacing ceiling lights, Mark and Riley were both professional, courteous, friendly, on time ;-) quick and cleaned up as the job progressed, cannot recommend them highly enough Toni & Jim Kerr

Norwood Electrical and Renewables have installed a Solar Panel system at my address. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else considering such a system, as they were reliable and professional throughout the whole process, from explaining what was involved, carrying out the work and providing all the Certificates and other documents at its conclusion. The panels have been fitted securely, with wire mesh surround to prevent bird ingress, the wiring from the panels to the electrical works is well fitted and unobtrusive, and the various electrical works in the garage, including two batteries, have been fitted neatly and securely. The work was done on schedule, and everything was left neat and tidy at its conclusion. Their quote for doing the installation was significantly less than two others which came from larger enterprises.

Mark has delivered the system efficiently and very tidily, and kept us fully informed of progress from order to completion.

Mark and Reilly were punctual and very efficient, getting to work straight away and solving problems in the best way possible. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in future when needed. Very competitively priced too.

Mark answers messages or question quick and keeps you informed. Put me an EV charger in and provided the sign off as stated. Would recommend!

If you want an electrician who is friendly, turns up on time, keeps you updated, does a good tidy job, provides advice, is honest, helpful and fair then look no further than Mark. Sometimes it is the little things that make a big difference and nothing is too much trouble. Has a great apprentice too working with him, Riley, who stands for all the same values and attention to detail.

Excellent service! Initial survey was quick; arrived on the promised date and completed the work efficiently. Just what we would hope for -but do not always experience!

Good job very good price

Used Mark and his team several times. Always do a great job at a fair price

Reliable, helpful and got the job done really quickly with no extra costs. (Cooker wired in)

Responded quickly - good communication. Really pleased with the work carried out. Would recommend and definitely use again

I bought a freestanding cooker which unfortunately AO were unable to install as they were not satisfied with the reading from the plug. I requested the new cooker to be left and contacted Mark at Norwood. Mark promptly arrived with his apprentice. Mark checked my fuse board, which is the old Domino one and reassured me the earth readings were fine and the wires in good order. He also checked the cooker plug and wall plug. Very patient and reassuring which is exactly what I welcomed! They installed my cooker and made sure both ovens and the induction hob was working. They even helped to clear up and put the old one on the drive. Excellent prompt service!

Very happy with the work carried out excellent service would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future

Had great service today from Mark. Needed a new socket fitting and he has done a great job. Very professional and friendly. Will be using him again for future work. Would definitely recommend!

Prompt communications. Good explanation relating to the different uplighters available. Explained what job entailed and competitive quote. Arrived on time , cleaned up on completion. All required paperwork completed before departure. Couldn’t ask for better.

Quick, professional job from Mark this morning, very impressed.

On first contact with Mark we made arrangements for him to come along and quote for work Secondly he turned up as arranged and on time. I explained what I was needing doing and he delivered on his service very pleased with Mark and his apprentice “ Riley “ . I also asked him if he could put an extra socket in the kitchen and as a gesture he moved my tv wall bracket too for me all within the price he quoted. Both left the house as they found it all clean and today. Highly recommend them and will be using them for future jobs I have uploaded photos of work done photos don’t do it justice as the walls needing filling .

Great service, quality installation at competitive prices. support your local companies.

Great work done by Mark and Ryley both on my household electrics and new solar panel installation. They set it all up and even took the time to explain it all to me thankyou. Very professional.

We have been relying on Mark’s expertise for many years, and he has consistently proven himself to be an exceptionally helpful and professional electrician. His work, especially in rewiring our kitchen and handling various electrical tasks around our home, has always been top-notch. Mark’s attention to detail and dedication to safety are truly commendable. We highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a skilled and reliable electrician.

I've used Mark for the last five years for all my electrical needs, both for my home and my holiday let business. He's also installed Solar Panels for me. He is a consummate professional, offering a personal service. He's reliable and always leaves any site totally clean. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Mark fitted our Solar pv System. We are very pleased. The system was in the last few days subject to an inspection to check on Mark’s installation and certification. It passed with flying colours as we expected. We have recommended Norwood to our friends and he is close to completing their system. I have every confidence they will be as pleased as we are.

Mark replaced a solar optimiser unit last year and I was very pleased with his communication, reliability, knowledge & professionalism & value for money. I knew then who to contact for my next project of a Battery storage system to complement my solar panels, no in between sales person flanneling, the person doing the job Mark visits the site and can see exactly how it will be done avoiding unexpected problems & costs and gives advice on best system. A GivEnergy battery storage system has been installed which I'm very pleased with, very neatly installed and doing it's job. Mark has quickly answered all my after sales questions. This trustworthy company is my go to for my solar & battery installation.

Mike came and fitted 3 new light switches - arrived on time, very clean and tidy workman. Would highly recommend.

Very professional from quote to completion for a solar panel and EV charger installation Mark's team were very good, the project was well planned, and completed in 2 days with everywhere left clean and tidy. The system and associated mobile apps were well explained. I have worked in construction for 20 years and would thoroughly recommend Norwood Electrical.

Mark did an excellent job installing 2 outside lights, replacing LED lighting in a kitchen and fixing lighting in a garage. Mark provided great customer service - friendly, responsive with nothing being too much trouble and all for a competitive price. I would definitely recommend Mark to friends and family.
