Reviews

3.6

R.S. Birch & Partners Ltd gets mainly positive feedback for its friendly, helpful staff and prompt service, with one reviewer calling the team professional and personable. One reviewer says the service has been excellent so far. Others report serious problems: one says the firm failed to return calls for two days after an emergency call-out and then said it was too busy, and that its diagnosis was wrong. A reviewer says the electrician was rude and arrogant and the price was a bit high, and another describes the staff as unnecessarily rude to their wife.

Called them out for an emergency, no power to a mobile home where two family members sleep during the coldest January in years. Came for the initial check, agreed that they would do the job then they didn't get back to us and didn't even return calls for two days before telling us that they were too busy. Never again. Oh and their diagnosis of the problem was wrong.

I've had the misfortune to meet these people. They were unnecessarily rude to my wife. I would never employ them. They get 1 star as I can no lower.
