Craig Garner Electrical Ltd

Thanks Craig, really speedy and helpful service - definitely recommend!!

Craig and Harry turned up exactly as scheduled and were absolutely fantastic from the first minute !! Very respectful of our home and took their shoes off. Then they quickly identified a series of problems and fixed everything . The service was outstanding and the price reasonable too. I would highly recommend Craig and will always use him on any future work in my home . Thank you Craig and Harry

Great professional work, just what I needed. Will be using again for more jobs !

Craig is incredibly professional, tidy, conscientious, trustworthy and brilliant. I had been told to use another company by an estate agents who had made a terrible mess and given me a shocking quote, Craig came to the rescue and saved me thousands. I would highly recommend him, I would never use anyone else. He is a rare breed of old school brilliance. Thank you so much Craig.

Craig did a great job fixing the lights in the stairway in our flats. He is very reliable and professional and I will continue to use him for any further electrical jobs needed.

First time we have used Craig to replace our outside light. Very nice, friendly & efficient, very pleased with the work & his choice of light fitting, we will certainly use him again.

Craig and Harry were both lovely and carried out all our tasks: face-plate exchanges, bathroom extractor fan installation and light changes without complaint. They also returned twice when we had issues. 4 out of 5 as I felt disappointed with the finish and our sockets, when moved, were not 'made good'. With our previous two electricians we've had at our previous properties, they filled and caulked any changes they made as if they hadn't been there. Whether this is normal or leaving gaps (photos attached) is normal, I feel like this should be put in the quote or advised/warned/mentioned by Craig beforehand. I also felt there could have been more proactivity - Craig and Harry changed the plug sockets for us in our bedroom but when made flush against the skirting, none of our plugs could actually fit the sockets so they had to come back and resite these slightly higher up. Overall a lovely team that we would use again but these things are worth mentioning for other customers to discuss.

Craig is reliable and professional.

Friendly guys, work carried out professionally and very tidy. Thank you.

Craig completed some electrical work for me. I was extremely pleased with what he had done. He was very efficient and completed the work quickly. I will definitely use him again.

We reached out to Craig to assist with a new cable to be run for a change from our Gas hob to a new Induction hob. Our home electrics were a bit of a mix & match from the previous owner which left no space for the new cable. Craig quoted for a new fuse board & cable from the front of the house to the back of the house under the floorboards. Work was completed to a very good standard and the overall price of the works was very reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig.

Craig lives up to his well deserved reputation. He rerouted some tricky lighting connections for me as well as replacing a recessed light with a pendant. This also involved a bit of innovative thinking as our pendant light was missing a part. He is professional and courteous, and did an amazing job for us. I would highly recommend him.

Craig responded promptly and came out and did the job very efficiently. Would recommend.

Excellent prompt friendly and professional service from Craig and his team. Highly recommended and will use again.

I have personally used craig of craig garner electrical Ltd many times. On the last occasion craig wired a cylinder and boiler controls for my own business, he was quick and extremely neat. He made it look effortless, thank you Craig.

Always a great service. Personable and efficient. South Farnham Resident

Both Craig and Harry were great. Very professional and delivered exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend Craig to anyone who's looking for a reliable electrician.

Great service - prompt, affordable, highly recommended!

I first called Craig when a socket tripped all our electrics and we’ve used him ever since. Reliable, friendly and does a great job!

Called Craig to help with a new compressor installation, him and his team turned up on time and done a brilliant job. Will definitely use again.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Craig. I called and he came out the same day. Friendly and professional. Will be using Craig again!

Craig has done many jobs over the years for me at home and on site. He is always polite, punctual and tidy. His work has always been of a high standard and i can highly recommend.

I called out Craig in September 2024 to rewire a new heating element fitted to my hot water cylinder which supplies all the hot water to my flat, including the heating. Craig answered the phone first time (a surprise with many trades people) and told me he could come out later the same day. Another surprise! He was running a little late, but texted me to keep me updated, which was thoughtful. When he arrived he quickly assessed the wiring and worked out how to safely get the heating hooked back up the supply. After he left as I continued to test the heating system which had been off for 4-5 months, something tripped and the system shut down. I called Craig back and he agreed to come around after 6pm to continue to fault find. This was also impressive and fitted in with my plans. 15 mins later he was back and another 20 after that, he'd found the fault and fitted a new fuse to a control panel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig. He was the knowledge and right attitude. Top man.

Contacted Craig via Horsell wire on a Sunday responded first thing Monday and attended Tuesday. Repaired and went out of his way to get me out of a situation without my EV charger which needed a fair bit of attention. Hugely impressed and would recommend anyone to have Craig as a contact and reliable electrician from not knowing previously. Thanks for the support

Craig in a complete professional. His ideas are modern and forward thinking. His implementation is second to none and him and his team leave site clean and tidy, often better than when they arrived. Thank you Craig for a job well done!

Very happy carried out the work very efficiently

Excellent service. Arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it very quickly. Courteous and cleaned up after. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Craig installed EV charger: install was very efficient and tidy.

Craig completed several works at my Wedding Venue in March 2024. His service and project management was excellent, and we really appreciated his reliability as our work was done in various stages. He was also able to provide advice on what would look good in my spaces and I have to say it all looks excellent. His quotes were fairly priced and significantly cheaper than a second quote I received from a competitor. The highlight of the works was an LED strip fitted into a lighting trough to illuminate a grade II* listed ceiling (photographed), which has completely transformed the space. Craig came to do a few jobs, and ended up staying to do several more. Many thanks Craig, and look forward to having you back in the very near future.

Craig installed my Wallbox EV charger. The work was done at a very high standard, and as explained during the initial site inspection. The team was very friendly and knowledgable.

Picked up Craig from Website and with very little contact the work was carried out on time and paperwork completed promptly

Excellent, personalised service. Highly recommended!

Extremely polite and professional team, great value for money! Would highly recommend

Excellent service from Craig who promptly responded to an issue we had with our electricity tripping. Craig identified the problem and fixed it within an hour. Very happy to recommend Craig.

Craig responded the same day to investigate, locate and solve an intermittent tripping fault on the main consumer unit. Craig and his team pre-advised their arrival and were courteous and helpful throughout. We will use him again in the future should the need arise.

Very professional young man. Love my new bathroom light.

Above and beyond. Craig and his team have just done a lot of work in my recently renovated cottage, some of it not straightened. Craig is incredibly knowledge, he listens and advises, and solves problems. He’s always responsive and punctual and both he and his team have been a pleased to work with. Very highly recommend.

Craig was responsive and his team did an excellent job of replacing my 2 ceiling lights with fans with lights and remote controls.

With a birthday party coming up which would mean needing power in the garden I asked Craig to fit some outside sockets for me. One on the outside wall of the house and another on the outside of the garage at the end of the garden. Craig knew there was a time constraint and organised to get it done before the event. He came and fitted the sockets in record time, was tidy and used quality materials. needless to say we put them to the test, running lights, speakers, a heater and even a smoke machine. nothing tripped, everythings stays dry and I now don't have to run extension cables through windows to cut the grass. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig to anyone in need of an electrician as his quality of work, professionalism and competitive price is more than you could ask for.

The Nice Guy with the Wi-Fi. What a pleasure working with Craig Garner Electircal Ltd. Expert, practical, efficient, friendly and really well priced compared to other quotes for the same job. Will use again.

Craig and Damian arrived on time. Assessed the job quickly and did the necessary. very friendly and ploite. I will use them again !

Top service so happy with how good the install was clean and tidy thanks Craig

I had Craig and team visit yesterday to fit a Myenergi Zappi car charger, update consumer unit to RCBOs and install a surge protector as well as install an Earth rod to provide grounding for some Solar batteries. All the work was carried out to a great standard and Craig and the team worked neatly and efficiently delivering everything in one day. I am fairly OCD about things and they delivered as I expected I would have them back for any further work.

A complicated Zappi car charger install which Craig integrated into an existing solar set up with Eddi power diverter. Good communication in advance with clear estimate and billing. Craig took the time to explain pros and cons of different options in advance. I have no hesitation recommending him.

Emergency call out to restore power. Highly efficiently got power back on, and identified fault. Provided excellent advice on how to identify similar issues.

Knowledgable, friendly and professional, I have no hesitation in recommending Craig and his team... They installed a new EV charger with Matt:e , Smart switch and exterior security lights and socket...very neat work, good communication and reliable...

Craig and his team were efficient, polite and tidy. They’re are excellent VFM and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm to others.

Following a recommendation to get low level lighting to boost security at my home I contacted Craig Garner Electrical. His response was very prompt, professional and his price was very fair but what made the finished job so incredible is the wow factor, well beyond my expectations. Craig really is more than an expert he's an artist! I cannot recommend Craig's work highly enough.

excellent response time and went above and beyond to fit my exterior light. will definitely use again.

Craig did all the rewiring for my new kitchen. New sockets, lighting, appliances. Gave honest sound advice for upgrades needed to the property. With extra work we requested carried out on visits too. Arrived on time and all work carried out in a quickly and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Craig to anyone looking for a local electrician.

Craig carried out an electrical test on our rented property and went back to carry out the works necessary in order for us to get an electrical certificate. Explained clearly what needed to be done. He was very reliable and efficient. I would definitely use him again and wouldn't think twice about reccomending him.
