Several reviewers describe staff as professional and friendly, and repeat customers say they would use the business again. One reviewer says Dave was punctual, tidy and completed work to a high standard at the quoted price. Another reports aftercare and a Saturday night visit to sort out a problem. One reviewer mentions a solar panel problem being fixed on the day of the call, while another describes a solar system restart and advice as helpful and efficient.
Alt Renewables have been awesome. From planning our panel system (solar panels, 2x batteries, car charger & immersion heater), through install and the aftercare, we can’t fault anything. They have been on hand with questions and advice when needed, and even came out on a Saturday night to resolve something. If you are looking for a company to fit solar panels, batteries, car chargers etc. Alt Renewables are the only company you need to contact. Thanks
Fantastic service when we had a problem with our solar panels. Issue was sorted on the day that we called. Fast, friendly, efficient and effective - all that we could ask for and NO elevated cost! So rare these days to get such an excellent response. We know where to go in future and are confident to recommend ALT renewables. Many thanks.
Solar system restart and advice, very helpful and efficient.
The solar panel installation was great! The team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, offered excellent guidance when choosing the type of panels to install, and even took the time to explain the installation process step by step to make sure I understood everything. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. When the sun is shining we are not only covering what we use, we are now charging our battery and vehicles. Thank you
Dave was punctual, reliable, polite, tidy and his work was completed to a very high standard. Price as quoted. We are very satisfied. Highly recommended. We would use him again.
Excellent service would recommend without hesitation.
This is the 3rd time we have used Alt Electrical, and although always pleased with quality, the recent job was way above and beyond. It was installing lights after a renovation, but as with old houses, it can be a bit tricky and wasn't straight forward. Dave was persistent, good humoured but mostly professional. The installation looks amazing and really grateful that he managed to fit us in!
Dave gave a very professional service through out the job. very confident of his ability in electrical work
Really pleased with all of the work from ALT electrical, professional tidy, friendly and patient with 2 inquisitive toddlers running around at times, I have used this company ( Dave ) twice and can’t fault his skills, and will use again in the future. Thank you 😊
Came round to fit two light fittings in my living room. Very friendly and good at his job. Would definitely recommend if anyone needs any electrical work doing
