Jon was absolutely fantastic. I was having issues getting my electric water heater to work, and he came over within 24 hours of me messaging him to take a look. He was very thorough with checking everything, and super friendly throughout. I will definitely be using him again for any further electrical issues I may have.

A huge thanks to Will and Jon for helping us out! I managed to drill into a cable on a weekend and had copper wiring wrapped around my drill bit. Will came around and resolved it with expertise and efficiency. Now it’s all sorted and safe. Sometimes it takes a while to find experts you can trust, but JBT is definitely one we’ll be sticking with.

We had an unpredictable problem with the fusebox at odd times tripping off the circuit for all our kitchen and living room sockets - it would still trip off after we'd un-plugged everything. JBT worked patiently to trace a fault hidden in a plastered wall, and come up with a solution that avoided hacking out the plaster with all the work that would have taken to make good. Jon and his assistant were very professional and did a great job putting our security system wiring in. They arrived on time and were respectful of our property, polite and worked tidily. Everything was back in the place and as neat and tidy as they found it once finished. Would definitely recommend.

Charged me £300 to wire a boiler programmer in ,took 20 mins .was on site 30 mins .Offered no receipt ,or any guarantee .I Paid cash . I am 80 years of age soft touch I’m thinking. How they sleep at night I will never know.. I will never use them such a rip off. Beware Beware.
