Harrison Property & Facility Services Ltd

Had our old fuse box changed as was very outdated. Stephan was amazing from start to finish, clear and concise infomation provided and let us know what he was doing and why! Definitely would be using again and 100% recommend!

Stephan did an amazing job putting our consumer unit in. He explained everything clearly and was so professional. He was brilliant in terms of service and communication and I could t recommend him high enough. Harris Electrics will be on the top of our list for any other jobs we may have. Thanks so much Caroline.

Excellent service. Came and assessed the situation, and gave me a reasonable quote and did the job when he said he would. The job was done professionally and with no fuss. I will be using this company again.

Stephan installed an EV charger for us and was professional, reliable and friendly from the initial quote through to the installation and sorting the paperwork afterwards. He clearly explained what the job would involve and broke down the pricing for each part, making everything very transparent. On the day, Stephan took the time to make sure we were happy with how he planned to carry out the work. He was thorough, tidy and polite throughout, and helped us to fully understand the system. We were delighted with the work and would highly recommend Stephan to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy and professional electrician.

Really pleased with the service. He booked me in quickly, installed my new fuse board to a high standard, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

Stefan was brilliant..he technically very strong at his job and got me out of a pickle.. for landlords needing a electrician where the electrics are a mess and getting a 5 year certificate is not going to be straightforward, Stefan is your man! He uncovered many short comings from my builder who said he’d have the property ready to be certified by an electrician.. what sets Stefan apart from others? He made my job a priority, he cancelled personal priorities to deliver safe electrics for my property ready for letting. I’ll be using his services again and again!!

Excellent professional job, will definitely recommend to family and friends

We had been having problems with our electrics tripping so we called out Stephan from Harrisons and we are so glad that we did. He sorted the problem out within an hour, he explained in depth what the problem had been and we then arranged for him to come back later in the week to test and check the electrics of the whole house. We had numerous damaged sockets and old wiring which he fixed and replaced, we also had additional sockets fitted in a couple of rooms where we had been using extension cables. We didn't hesitate to pass on Stephans contact details to our friends and family as we were so happy with his work. After spending the day working in our home our next door neighbour asked Stephan for his number so that he could ring him to come and do some work for him too. Professional and reliable, value for money, trustworthy and friendly so definitely a 5 star from Us.

Great job by Stephan. Called this morning, job done by 4pm. He even went above and beyond by fitting a new fuse for me. Excellent work and great value. Thanks! 😃

Rang Stephen today, Sunday as all appliances stopped working ! He came out within the hour and sorted the problem. Absolutely recommend Harrison Electrical

Saturday evening and our electric tripped. Eliminated all things ourselves but it was something to do with the sockets. Phoned the company and they came out in just over an hour and rectified the issue. Great service.

Had stephan out yesterday to do the EICR test on our horse box pizza trailer. Very professional and he talked me through everything as he was completing the job. Would highly recommend and will be using Harrison property amd facility services for any future work needed.

Stephan installed 3 x new double sockets for us in our garage. He advised on what would be the best course of action and his attention to detail was second to none. A proper tidy job was done and communicated throughout. I'd recommend this company if you're wanting work done.

Fantastic electrician. Stephan complete a EICR for me and his report was in depth and clear to understand. He priced the remedials at a competitive rate and reacted to the job in a timely manner. I will definitely contact Stephan again for future work.

I can’t recommend Harrison Property & Facility Services highly enough. He works incredibly hard, does a brilliant job, and nothing is ever too much trouble. We called him out because our electrics kept tripping. After investigating, he discovered some dangerously old and faulty wiring hidden beneath the floorboards that could have caused a serious problem. He explained everything clearly, sorted it out quickly, and the quality of his work was excellent. It’s reassuring to find someone who is so knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. If you need an electrician, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Did a great job at a very fair and reasonable price. Went the extra mile to help and was very pleasant. Wouldn't consider anyone else for any electrical work

Stefan was thoroughly professional, very polite and helpful, going beyond the call of duty. His work was exceptional and his pricing inexpensive. We are very satisfied with the service he gave and happily recomend him.David and Gloria Lovejoy

I would highly recommend Stephan. I contacted him after being left with electrical issues following kitchen fitting work carried out by previous tradespeople. The issues included damage to a kitchen electrical cable which had simply been taped back up, loose wiring, and spotlights that had not been installed correctly. I was honestly shocked that electrical work could be left in such disarray, especially in someone’s home. Stephan came out, checked everything properly, explained what needed to be done and repaired the work to a high standard. He was professional, reliable, very informative and completely non-judgemental about the situation I had been left in. It was a relief to have someone trustworthy come in and put things right safely and properly. My advice to anyone having electrical work done would be to make sure the person is genuinely qualified and competent before letting them carry out work in your home. Do not just assume — always check. Thank you Stephan, I really appreciate the work you did and would definitely recommend you.

Came out on time did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem . Very efficient service cleand up after was very helpful and friendly Highly recommend him to others

A lovely guy, great communication, clear and fair pricing with a meticulous attention to detail, he wanted to do the jobs right even though it took longer navigating an old house and all it's changes over the years. I thoroughly recommend his services

Could not fault this company at all. Have been having repeated issues with my shower tripping, called these and they were here same day to diagnose. Turned out to be a quite nasty melted fuseboard which could have caused a fire. They stripped and replaced the entire fuseboard and upgraded all the switches, staying back as long as needed to make the property safe. The staff member was very polite, even taking his shoes off at the door. Overall very impressed with the service received and would use the company again

Had some lighting done today. A great job, very efficient. Really pleased with the result and will use again. Stefan even stayed until 7pm to get it done. Thanks

Needed an electrician urgently as my sockets had tripped on the fuse board, he came out straight away at 9pm and had repaired the issue within an hour, I would highly recommend! Was cheaper than than the overs I had called and was very informative even used a certificate on completion

Had a couple of jobs done in the garden now, a large 6ft fence that measured 22 metres long, and had a tree stump removed, ground levelled and a shed put up. Top quality work every time. Great service.sorted our security lights quickly and professionally and every bit of rubbish was tidied and removed. Will definitely use this company again

Under-cabinet and over-cabinet kitchen lights stopped working. Stephan identified the fault and had to replace all lights as the ones installed are now obsolete. Stephan clearly explained what was wrong throughout the process. Impressed by the standard of work, I booked Stephan to install an outside light and to carry out an EICR. During the EICR, Stephan pointed out the faults to me as he found them before fixing them. Stephan has done a great job, is very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommend Stephan for your electrical issues

I recently used Stephan to carry out EICRs and remedial works across several of my rental properties, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Stephan was professional, reliable, and extremely thorough. All reports were delivered promptly, communication was clear throughout, and the quality of work was excellent. He explained the inspection findings clearly, offered sensible advice on the necessary remedials, and completed everything to a very high standard with minimal disruption to tenants. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who takes real pride in their work and delivers exactly what they promise. I’ll definitely be using Stephan again for future electrical inspections and maintenance, and I highly recommend him to any landlord or property owner looking for a trustworthy, professional electrician.
