K A Electrical Services

Had solar with Tesla whole home backup installed. Waiting for the EV charger to be delivered then installed. My fault, I changed the EV charger type at the last minute 🤣😇, sorry boys.... Very clean professional install, no mess afterwards. Installation time frame was 4 days, but all done in 3 days in 27c temp 🥵. Well done. Thanks to the installation team, Jack, Connor, Matt, Jayden and the lovely Siobhan

A fantastic team of people! Really impressed with their attention to detail. Would definitely recommend!!

Thanks to all the team at KA Electrical. You’ve done a brilliant job in setting up our solar and battery system and we are so pleased with it and how the whole process went. :) Kieran did great at designing the system and responded to our needs and ideas. Luke with his team, Connor, Matt and Tristan worked really well together and installed everything and explained how it all worked. Tidy work too. All the paperwork and certificates and registrations were handled by Hannah and Vicky at the office. Thanks for being so helpful and quick to contact us when we needed to know something. All in all a brilliant job and would highly recommend. Steve and Alison

Absolutely fantastic service from a great team - sorted out my malfunctioning EV charger with efficiency commitment and courtesy. I can't recommend the team more highly. Thank you all.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Came out for a site visit to a difficult to access location, turned around a detailed quote and easily digestible infopack shortly after leaving, and best of all the price was very reasonable. Couldn't be happier with their service.

The team led by Jack, were exemplary. They worked tirelessly and extremely efficiently, during the extreme heat. I am extremely impressed with their workmanship, the product is top quality, and If your thinking of installing Solar, I can't recommend Kieran and his highly professional team, at KA Electrical highly enough!

Here we go! What an experience. From first message to KA, Kieran was professional and attentive. Called to discuss needs and we soon had a proposal. We quickly moved to placing the order and arrange a fitting date. Then came the fun, seeing the vans arrive and the equipment taking shape. All professional ( and fun) guys. Within days we were seeing the solar panels working on the Tesla app. Huge thank you to all: Conner, Jack, Tristan, Matt for the work on site, and Hannah for sorting all the paperwork and certificates and invoices. And Kieran of course !!!! Would I recommend KA ? Yes 100%

Great team, great customer care before, (so we get the right setup for us), during (the team was a joy to have around), and after (registration, training, tidy up, etc). A lot of solar-installs are done by make-the-Gov-grant-as-fast-as-possible people. I am so pleased we chose the people with the knowledge, training and experience to do it right. KA take great pride in their work and it shows.

Excellent service from quote to completion. Knowledgeable staff who were only too happy to advise and support.

Another job done. One of many over the last ten years. As always fantastic service from the office, excellent work by the electrician and an overall good experience. Diolch

A fantastic company to deal with. They set expectations and deliver on time and budget. Their team is very helpful and professional as well as being very friendly. The work was carried out in time and to a very high standard. No questions were too much to answer. I would highly recommend them for any project you have.

Recently installed solar panels, batteries and Inverter to sell excess energy back to the grid with K A electrical services as the contractor. The whole process from consultation to physical installation could not have gone smoother and efficiently than my aspirations expected. The hardware used, installation of the equipment were installed by a team of 3 electricians who were polite, professional and a real pleasure for us to host. From initial site visit and recommendations through to the team electricians fitting on site in not the kindest weather, the team were professional and hardworking throughout the process. K A Electrical services came highly recommended from a previous customer who was impressed with their services which for me was very important venturing into solar installation as it is a financial commitment which any customer wants done right first time, without the stress of an unknown variables of who you are placing your order with. I can say with 100% confidence K A Electrical services you are in safe and capable hands, with my solar configuration I am producing enough energy for at least 3 other 3 bedroom homes and this will significantly reduce my electricity costs, in the current global climate with rising costs who doesn’t want to have more control over energy costs taking a chunk of your hard earned pay packet. I whole heartedly recommend K A Electrical services without any shadow of doubt.

Very good service. They communicate well, arrange appointment with you, turn up on time, complete work in a professional way and check back after to ensure you are happy with the work. Tristan and Connor who did the work both very approachable, and professional . Thanks

We used K A Electrical to install a Tesla 3 powerwall and battery plus 24 solar panels. This was after a couple of detailed chats with Kieran. The work was agreed and priced. Work started as planned with a great crew. These worked tirelessly, methodically and extremely professionally headed by team leader Luke. We can highly recommended KA electrical. For a seamless job, professionally installed. We were listened to, all through the installation. This is a local firm from West Wales with locals on the team. They have pride in the work they do. Doing it professionally as though it’s on their own property. KA Electrical are a text away, just a few miles away and can monitor our system at a distance. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions and requests were sorted. Thanks again Kieran, Luke and the team 😀

First class professional service. Great company to deal with and excellent communications.

Great company, especially Connor who did all the electrics in our new kitchen, including underfloor heating, lighting, and appliances. The standard of work was excellent. Connor was reliable, friendly, and a pleasure to have in our home. We’re really pleased with how it's all turned out.

Phenomenal customer experience throughout. From initial contact with Kieran and Hannah, through exceptional workmanship from both Tristan and Connor. I cannot thank you enough for the work on connecting the hot tub, lights and sockets. Thank you also for introducing me to the WiFi sockets too!

KA Electrical Services, installed Solar PV panels, battery storage and EV charger to contract timescale and exact quote. Excellent contractor and truly recommended. Bendigedig

We did our homework getting multiple quotes. It's turned out we think we absolutely made the right choice. K A are run and staffed by knowledgeable, proficient, friendly people who are very helpful, considerate & supportive. Although it's always an upheaval to have significant home improvements, they made the whole process as painless as possible. Time will tell how our system works, but have to say, we're confident and have good backup.

I'd never use another electrician. After Kieran fitted me in at short notice, Jack from KA Electricals installed an EV car charger and the experience was professional from start to finish. Communication from Kieran and the rest of the team has been brilliant throughout, and the charger was put in quickly and looks great. Great work, professional attitude and a great local business. They're the company to use.

Kind, helpful and competent. What more do you need.

Great people to work with very professional and everything works! The technicians are really nice well mannered and always clean up after themselves. Really good company would recommend to others.

First class service from start to finish. All staff were very helpful and professional throughout. Electricians attended within a couple of hours and restored power to our water treatment equipment in strong winds and the pouring rain. Will be using them for all electrical work in the future.

I've worked in construction my entire working life, this project is our own self build home. In my experience you only realise you have a great company when issues are delt with as fast as possible. We had a few tech issues all the team at KA stayed with the project ensuring all was working correctly. Would highly recommend KA

Wish I had the same experience as everyone else, but they never called or wrote back after saying they would give a quote.

The Team at K.A. are a breath of fresh air to have around. If Kieran tells you that they'll be there at 9am, the van is on the yard at 8.55. The work is very well presented and the place is left clean, you don't know they've been other than you have some new boards, switches or lights in place in our case. Diolch Team K.A.

Phoned 3 other electricians before KA. A local electrician asked for several photos and even after 3 phone calls to them they never had the decent to call back, Another called out took a look and dissipated never to be seen or heard of again, The next wa Ted a call out charge to do a quote ? Spotted a KA van and rang Kieran who responded immediately, he attended the house the next day and gave me an indication of what the cost would be,a qoute for.lowed quickly. After being without heat since early Febuary in -4 temps we were glad to see him. Within 4hrs everything was sorted and we had heat. Very professional and took the time not only to explain what they were doing g but was also very easy to talk . As a retired plumber l know word of mouth travels, late would recommend KA to everyone. Thanks Kieron and Luke.

Excellent service provided by professional, polite and informative staff. From the quote with Kieran, to the installation and setup by Luke - I highly recommend this business. Punctuality and communication were first class. Will be using again. Thanks guys 👌🏻👍🏻

Great local company. I cannot give enough praise. No job too big or small attitude and very neat work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for electricians.

Really impressed from start to finish! Kieran was very quick to visit our home and assess the work needed. The guys who carried out the work arrived on time on both days. They were polite, considerate and did a great job. I highly recommend K A Electrical Services.

We have used KA Electrical Services a few times over the last year or two. They are very efficient, reliable and do a great job. The paperwork is spot on also. They first completed a solar energy system for us which instantly saved us money on our bills and they have just completed a first and second fix on our new home. We recommend this company and will use again. Thank you.

Would highly recommend, were quick to arrange an appointment, commissioned our solar setup and were very reasonably priced as well.

Thank you for all your help! Great job from start to finish.

The installation of our PV system wasnt without its issues. Firstly a ground mount on the land behind the house, which is higher than the roof. All the materials for the concrete base had to be carried up manually. There was also a fault with the inverter that required the callout of the suppliers engineer before commissioning could be completed. For us and for KA Electrical it was very frustrating. NEVERTHELESS, the team at KAE demonstrated the utmost professionalism, expertise and excellent customer care. You really got the sense, they were experts in their field and they were always very polite. I can't praise them more, despite the hitches at the beginning

Kieran and the team have really looked after us relating to many installations over recent months. Not least an amazing solar panel installation on frames at our home. Highly recommend these guys for all electrical jobs big and small...

Great service from start to finish. Job was priced within a few days. I placed the order and was told when to expect installation. It was carried out on time and the installers left everything clean and tidy. It's been working very efficiently with no issues. I would highly recommend this business.

Best electricians, great service, they can also install WiFi equipment etc
