Hitches & Glitches

Huss installed my EV charger today, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He arrived on time, kept me updated throughout the process, and completed the installation efficiently. He has a great personality, was friendly and professional, and left everything clean and tidy before leaving. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I'd highly recommend Huss to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled electrician.

Huss was great attention to detail and perfect! Would highly recommend and have saved his contact details to use at a later date.

Superb service, replaced an old fuse board with a consumer unit for us at our home. Stuck to quote despite it being a challenging job as the house is old and the previous owner did allot of bodging of the electrics. Huss is great, open, honest and works hard. We will definitely use Hithces and Goutches again.

Great service, used them for 3 electrical jobs to date (including installing an EV charger) and each time I was very satisfied: attention to details (by far the most important as I can be a bit of a perfectionist), clearly explaining in detail what the plan was, working cleanly and cleaning thoroughly at the end, and last but definitely not least, a reasonable price. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Excellent electrician, highly recommend. Electrician replaced the front porch light, installed Nest Protect smoke alarms, changed the bathroom vent, and fitted a new Ring doorbell from scratch, including running new wiring from the circuit board to the front door through a completely new cable route. His quote was very reasonable compared to others, and he explained clearly what needed doing, what didn’t, and why, which gave me a lot of confidence. The work was completed efficiently with minimal disruption while I was working from home, and he avoided unnecessarily turning off the electricity for the whole house. He was also very clean, tidy, and made sure all dust and mess were cleared after each job. Very professional, trustworthy, and completed everything to a high standard. I felt confident the work was done safely and properly.

Excellent service at a reasonable price! He understood the project, communicated effectively, worked quickly and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend Huss!

Perfect installation everything is too quality love it!

Another fantastic job by Huss and his team. They are incredibly hard working, always very responsive dealing with queries before, during and after the job, and the work is of a very high standard. We instructed Huss on a big job involving the installation of multiple new ceiling and wall lights: all done faultlessly. Thanks very much, Jack and Mui

reliable and honest, work was to a high standard for electrical and general handyman work

Huss is fantastic! I had a rather complicated wiring fault that he identified immediately and was able to fix it on the spot. I really appreciated how he kept me in the loop by explaining every step of the process, what the issue was, and walked me through the fixes. Beyond his experience and top-notch professionalism, he is incredibly kind and went out of his way to work around my hectic schedule. Honestly, I cannot recommend him enough!

Great job. Came out at short notice and sorted out urgent job. Thanks

Great friendly service.

Huss is a first-class electrician. He is always prompt, responsive and professional. His work is of an exceptionally high standard and he is willing to discuss creative solutions to any issue. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Huss from Hitches & Glitches did an excellent job to quickly resolve an issue with the power to my flat. He was very professional in the way he went about the fault finding and was happy to walk me through the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again for any electrical work.

I used Hitches & Glitches Electrical Services, a Watford-based electrician, for electrical work at my home in Flitwick. The old 3kW electric hob was replaced with a new 7kW hob and the circuit was upgraded to suit. The work was done safely, neatly, and everything was explained clearly. I am very happy with the result. Professional and reliable electrician. I would recommend to anyone needing electrical work in Flitwick and nearby areas.

I contacted Hitches & Glitches Electrical Services to replace a pendant light with a flush ceiling fitting at my property in Watford, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The electrician was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in their work. The light was fitted quickly and neatly, with everything explained clearly both before and after the job. The area was left spotless, with no mess at all. A great experience with a reliable local electrician. I would happily use them again for any future electrical work and would recommend them without hesitation.

I had Hitches & Glitches Electrical Services carry out some work in my bathroom, replacing an extractor fan and upgrading five low-voltage light fittings to fixed LED ones. From start to finish the service was excellent. The electrician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work neatly and efficiently. The new extractor fan works perfectly and the LED lights have made a huge improvement to the room. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Professional, reliable, and reasonably priced – I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them to others.

Huss is always professional and never walks away from a job without ensuring everything is working as intended. I’ve used him multiple times and only trust him to work on our property.
