I used this company on a recommendation of a friend and I couldn’t have been happier. Daniel and the boys did a fantastic job converting my small WC and bathroom in to a fabulous new bathroom. They were efficient, tidy & courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Their prices are also very very reasonable. Since my first bathroom transformation I have used Datum point in my rental flat and was just as happy. I have recommend them to all of my friends and would not hesitate to use them again.

Datum replaced our old boiler and sorted out some plumbing issues we’ve had since we have lived here which we’d been unable to solve. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful plus we now have a fantastic new Nest thermostat to help regulate our heating more efficiently. Thankyou 5⭐️

Datum Point Plumbing is very highly recommended, especially Darren Marsh who changed our home boiler. Christmas wouldn't have been Merry and New Year wouldn't have been Happy if not for the New boiler. To find a great, reliable, honest and cost effective plumbing service is impossible these day as most of them are cowboys who charge the earth and due rubbish work. I know I have had a few plumbers and none of them compare to Datum. The best way to get goods tradesman is by a referral and that is how I came to find Darren and Datum a few years ago and given that they exceed my requirement above I have retained them for a number of years, they are quick to respond no job is too big or small they have done a lot of work in my property over the years and it always completed in a highly professional manner to very high standards, plus they are nice people too. I would not dream of using anyone else, once I have found good tradesman I stay with them.

Darren has been helping us out with all our plumbing issues since he came to our rescue when the boiler packed up in our new house back in 2016. Over the years he has always been available and has never let us down. We see him every year for our boiler service which he installed and for any other problems that may crop up including a recent leak in our bathroom. He is prompt, polite, friendly and dependable!

Darren has been our plumber across 4 houses, 4 different boiler types and 7 years. After using him for all this time and through all our plumbing needs including 2 full boiler replacements, I just wouldn't use anyone else. I'd highly recommend Darren and his team. He's done lots of work for us over the years (replaced a boiler, annual services, replaced a bathroom and hot water tank). He always discusses the options and never tries to talk us into something that's not necessary. He's happy to troubleshoot over the phone and then comes round when needed. He understands what it's like to have young children and always makes sure the area is safe and cleared up at the end. We look forward to seeing him each year!

Darren and his team are super efficient, friendly and thorough with their work.
