Quick communicator, scoped the job well, turned up exactly when he said he would, made welcome, helpful and sensible suggestions, pointed out risks he found in our system without pushing for work, did a careful, efficient and excellent job - then charged us less than his quote! We cycled through a few electricians to try and get a neutral fault connected to our oven fixed, and by far the most responsive were TMS electrical. They provided a very prompt service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

We contacted Callum as we had a light fitting that required repair. He was polite, didn’t keep us hanging around and did a perfect job of fixing the light fitting. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing any electrical work carried out.

Couldn’t be happier. We had a nice guy called Callum in the Glastonbury area, very polite, kept great communication beforehand and he’s just done perfect job of installing an electrical socket in our kitchen at a very reasonable price. He out of the six places in the area I asked for a quote was the first to get back to me . Even though apparently it’s a simple job no one else seemed bothered to do it, either charging a stupid amount, not responding and one chap must keep his diary on the other side of the world!! I’ve had exactly the same bad experiences for other jobs too so no idea how other businesses/trades people mange to stay afloat. This experience restored my faith so thank you Callum and I will definitely recommend you to anyone else and would have have you back for any other jobs in the future.

I first called TMS in an emergency as the power to my downstairs lighting had gone. The breaker in the main panel once reset still had no power. TMS provided a fast professional service and gave me constant updates on their estimated time of arrival. The power was back on in no time and they even fitted a switch for me. Once the job was finished I asked for a quote on outside power to my garden which was cheaper than I thought it would be. TMS came out the very next day and fitted it, again with the same amount of speed and professionalism. I was very happy with the service and will always use this company in the future for electrical faults and installations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
