Cruse Electrical Ltd

Mike was such a dream to work with. He was reliable, easy to communicate with and got the job done quickly for me. I HIGHLY recommend.

Mike is professional, polite and thorough. He installed our EV charger and extra outside socket after explaining associated documentation requirements which he also sorted. Work area cleaned and made good on completion. Highly recommended.

Awesome service. Very responsive, came out super quick as we didn't have an oven, very professional.

Firstly, Mike was the only electrician out of the four I tried to contact who would answer my call. Secondly, when I called him I had unwittingly interrupted a lunch he was having with his wife having just started a 2-week holiday but, despite this, he was at my property within 30 minutes and had identified and rectified the electrical fault within 3 minutes of being inside the property. I honestly thought service like this was a thing of the past but Mike has certainly proved otherwise. I can’t recommend him highly enough and will most certainly use his services if/when I need them in the future.

Mike came round to do an EICR for us and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Really lovely guy, honest and trustworthy! Would definitely recommend.

Really helpful and efficient. Made sensible and money-saving suggestions. Fitted a couple of bathroom extractor fans quickly and without any fuss. I will use Michael again.

Highly recommend - From start to finish, Mike has been fab. From the initial quote, looking at the job that needs doing to finalising and testing, he has kept us in the loop and carried the work out quickly. Very happy with the job that’s been completed.

Great service from Mike, installed a car charger for us at home. Explained and helped me set up the phone app and assured me that if I had any problems to contact him. All background paperwork completed and sent to us by same day!

Mike was friendly, prompt and did an excellent job for us. We cannot recommend him highly enough and will be using Mike's services again in the future

Very professional, friendly and did a very good job would recommend him

Nothing but positive things to say. Knowledgeable, efficient and enthusiastic about his work. Very friendly and most importantly, patient. Especially when dealing with fussy people like me trying to line up a kitchen light in the centre of an island. Is now my go to electrician who we will use over and over again. You will not regret using Cruse Electrical.

Just bought a new electric vehicle and needed an EV charger. The company used by the dealership had a two to three week wait for installation. Mike came out on the Friday to quote installation and it was fitted on the Wednesday. Great job, tidy and love the new Zappi Glo. Explained everything about the charging app. Very competitive and I would very much recommend Cruse Electrical.

Very happy came on agreed date excellent job with a smile all legal safety rules covered.

We need an EV charging point for a new car, and Mike visited to assess our property, he recommended the Zappi Glo, and fitted us in at short notice to get it installed. Very helpful and friendly, did a lovely tidy job with the install and took the time to get us set up with the charging app. Highly recommended.

Shown up at the time he said, friendly and professional and explained everything he was going to do and kept me informed throughout the job

Great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent, Mike turned up exactly when he said he would, and got the job sorted efficiently. Good pricing and top-quality work, I would highly recommend.

Michael did a fabulous job of replacing our outside lights. He visited us first and we discussed options, arranged a date for the work and he installed them quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any electrical work work

I found Cruse Electrical Ltd on Nextdoor and made an enquiry regard an ECIR (electrical certificate) which we needed to sell our house. Mike responded nearly immediately, we corresponded through a call or 2 and photos on Whatsapp. I got a quote and a time when work would be completed. This was all completed as Mike stated. I will be using Cruse Electrical Ltd in the future. I would highly recommend Mike for any electrical work.

Mike did a fantastic job fitting our new socket points. Efficient, tidy and no mess. Mike even took his boots off to save our flooring. Good work! Anne & Richard

Mike was super friendly, popped round to wire in a tricky couple of switches for my oven and hob. Great communication, highly recommend! Will be using him again for other electrical work in the future.

Excellent work from Mike who is a friendly and highly obliging chap. Fitted 4 new spotlights on our landing, a dimmer switch in the laundry room and two new outside lights to our log cabin with motion and daylight sensors all for a fair price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a first class electrician.

Mike came out to rescue us from having no shower or bathroom lighting within only a few days, arrived punctually and had us up and running in no time. Really friendly and cheerful chap. Many thanks. Nick

Class act. Top work. Would highly recommend.

Mark was extremely professional and friendly. He repaired my faulty kitchen light switch quickly and put my mind at ease knowing this was no longer a potential fire issue. I wouldn’t hesitate in using. Cruse electrical Ltd again!

Mike did a great electrical job for us at our work unit, as well as fitting security cameras for us. Would not hesitate to recommend, Mike is reliable and professional ⚡️

Great prompt service, very helpful and went the extra mile to change all of the lights in our living room. Will be using Mike again on the next project

Excellent service - highly recommend! Recently had a new fuse board and EV charger installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Mike arrived promptly and completed everything to a very high standard. The workspace was left spotlessly tidy, and he took the time to explain everything clearly as he went along. He also identified and fixed some issues that had been left by a previous electrician - going above and beyond without being asked. Great value, professional service, and peace of mind knowing the electrical work has been done right. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing electrical work.

Really professional and friendly service. Would highly recommend Cruse Electrical

Impressive! I told Mike I needed more sockets and also some dimmer switches removed and replaced with standard switches ( I was finding the dimmer bulbs hard to find). He came out and looked with me at the areas requiring work and ran through what kit was needed and what work was involved and the likely cost. I was asked if I had any preferences on switches - colour etc. We arranged a date for the work and he was prompt on the agreed date. The work was done to my great satisfaction efficiently and without fuss. Mike tidied up the areas in question and asked me if I wanted to keep the discarded dimmers. I said I didn’t and he took them away for me with the rest of the rubbish. His final bill was as expected and the work was carried out throughout in an exemplary, professional and pleasant manner. Highly recommended!
