Excellent. Really good communication, very polite and on time. Sorted out our lighting in no time and was very officiant. He was friendly, professional and got everything sorted quickly. Everything is working perfectly now. Would definitely recommend and would happily use him again! 😊

Ben is such a great professional, has the time to explain everything, knowledgeable is all things electrical and completely respectful when entering your home. Thank you and will definitely use your services again for any electrical work

Ben was brilliant, would highly recommend. He arrived promptly at the time he said he would and worked relentlessly for two full days to get the job done. He offered really good advice and recommendations to improve things further and went above and beyond with other areas, he even fixed a leaking pipe from our washing machine that he noticed. Ben will be our go-to electrician going forward, thank you very much!

Quick professional service and expertise Friendly, reliable and understanding Will use again in the future if needed

Very satisfied with Ben! Great value for money, good communication, and professionalism. He explained everything clearly, did a great job, and was very considerate and friendly. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

Ben responded quickly all the time & explained everything I needed to know. He worked around the needs of the tenants and importantly they were happy with the results of the job. The electrics now meet the required safety standards.

I requested an emergency call out through an agency in the morning and Ben arrived in the afternoon, having messaged eta beforehand. He worked knowledgeably and efficiently, was polite and informative. He had a difficult problem to solve with multiple appliances not working and, although he was unable to restore power to all sockets due to rodent damage, he reorganised the fuse box to allow connection of all appliances. I considered his personal fee to be reasonable although it was quite high overall due to my booking through an agency. The following day as requested he sent a break down of work carried out for me to inform my builder and a quote for complete rewiring should I decide on that in the future. Overall I can recommend him unreservedly.

Ben was very professional and knowledgeable on the installation of our Ohme EV charger. He was really helpful in explaining how the device works and helped with uploading it vehicle details on to the Ohme app. And has offered after care should we have any issues. Would definitely recommend B C Electrical

Was given an horrendous quote by my letting agents so did a bit of research and found Ben. Gave me a much better quote for the same work. Communication was brilliant throughout and the job was completed on time and on budget. Would definitely use him again. Many thanks Ben.

Great electrician, highy recommended.

Required some electrical works carrying out and had some issues with my system too. Had a referral from a friend and contacted BC Electrical. After sending some photos on request, Ben, then assembled a quote for my requirements and gave a separate cost for the existing issues. Accepting both, the works were carried out seamlessly and I found Ben to be both courteous and knowledgeable. Certification was provided after completion of all works and both the overall standard of work and communication were excellent. Thank you Ben for all your assistance and expertise. continued success vocationally.

Ben was very professional and tidy and I'm very happy with my new sockets

Professional approach and best price. Thank you!

Ben replaced our consumer unit (main fuseboard), plus installed some new outside lights and a smart outdoor socket — and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Everything was done neatly, safely, and with real attention to detail. It really pleased my OCD. :) What really stood out was how friendly and easy to deal with he was. Explained everything clearly, kept the place tidy, and made the whole job feel completely stress‑free. Brilliant workmanship from someone who genuinely cares about doing things properly. Highly recommended.

Top-quality electrical work. I came back from holiday and rewire had been done spot on, with cert already sitting in my inbox! Ben is a top dog in the electrical game and a genuinely nice bloke. While doing the install, he gave me a call with a better idea than what we’d originally planned, and it’s made a huge difference — the living room now has a real wow factor. Cheers Ben, and I’ll be in touch when I’m ready to sort out the gaming room.

Top tier service, we always have them on call when we need any electrical work doing in our home. Initially had them do the electrical safety check before moving into our home and had them out a few times to add extra sockets in one of our rooms, an outlet installed in our garden along with a few other upgrades we wanted. Such a great service thank you 🙏🏼
