Reviewers of Lamps Glow Ltd report friendly, professional service and work they describe as high quality, including a full house rewire, light fittings, sockets, a TV bracket, a bathroom extractor fan, electric heaters and a hot water heater. Several reviewers say work was done neatly and tidily, and some mention quick responses or jobs completed in good time. One reviewer says Ben explained clearly what needed doing and kept them updated. One reviewer reported poor workmanship for an estate agency and an aggressive attitude when faults were found, and advised others to steer clear.
While doing some home decorating yesterday, I nearly blew myself up after putting a screw through a wire! Luckily I had recently had a full home rewire of the house by Ben and Brody several months ago, they must have foreseen my inability to perform basic household tasks and had taken the time to install extra grounding for this very eventuality! One embarrassing text to them with my confession and they came around to make the repairs in record time, they also took the time to have a look over a solar installation I'd had done to make sure it was all up to snuff. Great guys, they really know their stuff and genuinely love and take pride in their work, I would recommend them to anyone.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, replaced a broken fan that had been installed by a previous occupant in a very awkward location - they were done within the hour, no fuss, no mess, clearly knew their stuff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Ben, came at short notice due to a problem and sorted out next day, great service and tidy after.
Very polite and informative, had 3 light fittings done and already booked more work. Highly recommend, professional high quality work.
Ben came to give a quote to put an extra couple of sockets in for me and install a bracket to put my tv on the wall and completed the job just a couple of days later. The work carried out is very neat and to a high standard would definitely recommend! Very happy with the job thank you!
We had 6 ceiling lights installed through this company. We will definitely be using them again. They are very reliable, got the job done in good time and went out their way to provide amazing customer service, would definitely recommend them :)
I've used Lamps Glow for multiple jobs now and they are awesome - friendly, effective, and results focused. Love it! ⚡️
Great work by Ben fitting and wiring a bathroom Extractor fan. Really fast turn around, great work! Cheers
Punctual and professional. Good quality work and genuinely a nice guy.
Friendly and did great work, showed up on time and got things done quickly.
Fast responses & high quality of work. Thanks Lamps Glow!
Amazing workmanship, very professional. Has completed work for myself, and for the company I work for which is uk wide. Would highly recommend.
Lamps Glow has provided a large variety of work for myself and for my multiple businesses. Reliable, trustworthy and very professional service. Always my go to for all my electrical needs!
I've used Ben twice, on both occasions he has been friendly and professional. He has installed 2 light fixtures, installed electric heaters and wired up a hot water heater. All the work has been done to a high and safe standard.
Ben has been so great. Responsive, professional, extremely helpful and we’ve already got him booked to come back for future work. Ben explains so clearly what needs to be done, is fair with pricing and goes out of his way to help you. Very friendly and kept us up to date with the work he was doing, as we haven’t moved in yet. Can’t recommend him enough!
Did some work for our estate agency very poor workmanship but the biggest problem was the aggressive attitude when any faults where found steer well clear
