Freedom Energy customers often describe clear explanations from the team, with several reviewers saying options were talked through in detail before work began. Reviewers repeatedly call the installation teams polite, tidy and professional, and several say jobs were finished on time or sooner than scheduled. One reviewer reports a battery problem after a year that was replaced under warranty, and says Freedom Energy supported them through it. Another reviewer had solar panels, a battery and an EV charger fitted and says debris was cleared and hand-over instructions were clear.
The workmen were very tidy, efficient so that all the work was completed within one working day.
A very big thank you to Freedom Energy and thier staff ( especially Izzy Moore and Ben) for their working with us to resolve a major issue we had with original supplier (not Freedom Energy ) without their help and guidance and perseverance we would not been able to get a satisfactory outcome, Very many thanks Roy & Fiona McDiarmid
Having sought quotes from various solar energy companies and then suffering a deluge of phone calls from installers, who were merely relying on Google Maps to provide a figure rather than appear in person, we were very happy to meet Ben who sat down with us and explained the various options open to us. The system he designed for us was exactly what we were looking for and his quote was very competitive. The installation was stress free and the team, led by Jamie, were very professional, polite and tidy, making various adjustments and tweaks to produce a very neat result. Furthermore the job was completed sooner than scheduled, following which Ben called round to answer any questions we had and to ensure we were happy with the work. Thanks Ben, we are more than happy to recommend you and your team for the personal, prompt and professional service you gave us.
I was recommended the company by a neighbour and I can understand why. Ben came to do a site visit and at every step of the way explained everything and answered all my questions. The installation was quick and efficient and the men worked hard in intense heat and were extremely polite and courteous. I've only had the panels a week, but so far everything is working and I think it is great value for money and helping the environment at the same time. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Ben and the lads fitted a Tesla powerwall 3 and expansion pack for me in the Tiverton, Devon area. After a year, there was a problem with the battery which Tesla agreed to replace under warranty. Freedom Energy did a great job and I felt they supported me with the problem very well. I'd highly recommend Freedom Energy.
Great company great lads, came along way for my job, had to stay over a few nights. No fuss, no problems, had to arrange access into the flats, which once again was not a problem even when a tenant was being being difficult it still wasnt an issue. The job they done was neat and tidy and had no issues from start to finish, cant fault Ben and his team 5*
A huge thank you to Ben and his team for installing my solar panels. They guided me through every step, made everything simple to understand, and delivered an excellent experience from start to finish.
I contacted Freedom Energy in late 2022 and was pleased to find the company was family based, friendly and extremely trustworthy. Advance information and negotiations were good and included a site visit and colaborative planning with one of the directors. A date was set for installation of two batteries and twelve black panels in the following March and a cheerful, skilful and hard-working team of specialists arrived early on the due date. All work was done with care and attention to detail; it was immaculate in fact. It is shortly the system's third anniversary and I am happy to say there has not been a single problem. The panels have produced a very good return and all is as well as on installation day, the 20th March 2023. AN UNQUALIFIED HIGH RECOMMENDATION FOR FREEDOM ENERGY LTD from us. Excellent service for our project and very good product knowledge. Many thanks .
Provided the cheapest of three quotes and also felt the most reliable during a professional site visit. Their ongoing care and prompt provision of documentation has been excellent.
I engaged Freedom Energy to install solar panels, a Sigenergy battery system and EV charger - also from Sigenergy - in June 2025 From first contact, Ben explained very clearly all the different options that would be available. When it came to the installation all the works were carried out within the specified time frame, all debris was cleared away and clear hand-over instructions were given. I can recommend Ben and his team whole-heartedly and am happy for anybody to get in touch with me if they wish to look at the work Freedom Energy undertook.
We recently had 16 solar panels and a Sigenergy battery system installed by Freedom Energy, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. The installation was neat, well organised, and completed exactly as promised. They clearly take pride in their workmanship — everything looks tidy and has been set up properly. The Sigenergy system is fantastic. The app is easy to use, and we can already see the benefits in terms of energy usage and savings. It’s reassuring to know we’ve got a future-proof system installed to a high standard. Communication was excellent throughout, and any questions we had were answered clearly and promptly. Would absolutely recommend Freedom Energy to anyone considering solar and battery storage. Thanks again to the whole team 👏
Freedom Energy Limited did a great job installing my solar panels. The team was friendly and professional, and everything was done on time. My electricity bills have gone down a lot since the install. Very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone thinking about solar.
Awesome team Ben has and they have done an amazing fit out of 14 panels with an All in 1. My bills have gone from 200-300 on electricity down to 30/40 quid. I will make the money back in no time.
