MCT Electrical (East Anglia) Ltd

MCT and the team arranged and installed my new Zappi EV charger within three days of my first message. I’d previously struggled to get quotes from other companies, and even when I did, nobody would commit to an installation date. Matt got everything moving quickly...the quote came through within hours, and the installation was booked for a couple of days later. The overall service was informative, efficient and helpful from start to finish. The installer (sorry, I didn’t catch his name!) understood exactly what I needed, including why I wanted the charger’s separate consumer unit installed outside so my solar battery couldn't see it and it won't drain my battery. He installed everything exactly where I wanted it, and the cabling and wiring were really neat and tidy. He explained what he was doing, checked the locations with me, set up the charger and app, and even tidied up afterwards.... even offering to mop where he had been inside too. Everything, from my first contact to the handover, was fantastic. Thank you so much!

MCT conducted a major rewire and renewables installation for me at my house including consumer unit, solar, inverter, and batteries.

High standard of work, excellent communications, and were able to start work quickly-- included work on a large whole-house extension, as well as off jobs as they arose, plus solar PV install, and alarm.

I've been using MCT for years. Matt and crew have done a lot of work for me, and I've always been really happy, not just with the level of professionalism, but friendliness, too. Always have a laugh with them. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Electricity blew out in the house. Reset the tripped fuses but no power. Reached out to Matt who talked me through the issue with external box tripped as well (over 3m from internal box). Great to have someone call on a Saturday and help when we had no power!! Absolute life saver
