Electricare Limited

We have used Electricare Ltd for domestic inspection, testing and general electrical works in our own and tenanted properties. We have found them friendly and professional. Electricians have been helpful and knowledgable and the company has been easy to deal with, always prompt to reply to any queries and flexible in dealing with additional jobs added to the original specification. Will certainly continue to use the company.

I would recommend with no hesitation.

Qucik and reliable

In June/July 2024 Electricare installed a new electric space heating system into the flat that I had just purchased. They also fitted new consumer units so that the electrics in the flat are now fully compliant. I found Electricare to be efficient, professional, competent, reliable and nice people to deal with. I have since recommended them to others. Michael Taylor Benenden, Kent

Excellent service. A quick response to my initial enquiry, resulted in a quote received the same day. Once accepted, the work was booked in for the following week. On arrival the individual was polite, knowledgeable, clean and efficient. I will certainly use this company for any electrical work in the future. Many thanks.

Outstanding service. Highly recommended.

I have employed the services of Electricare for some years now: for general household needs. This included, supplying and fitting an electric car charge point, fitting electric exterior plug in points plus fairy lights and a hanging lamp for a newly installed Gazebo. All the varying jobs have been carried out very efficiently, without fuss, by well presented men always arriving on agreed time. I know the job will be carried out 100% correctly. I can thoroughly recommend this company with confidence. A certificate always follow on completion of job.

Amazing job done at very short notice. I would recommend this company and If needed will definitely use again.

We have had various work done by Electricare in our old/complex property including: a new consumer unit, wiring and lighting upgrades, installation of switching for a generator and most recently an ev charger. Electricare are very professional, reliable, neat and very tidy. Great service, great communications & clear advice - highly recommended.

We asked Electricare to install a EV charger in a new build property. Other companies had provided solutions which were expensive or unacceptable in terms of cable routing etc. Electricare did an absolutely amazing job of routing and hiding the cabling and were professional, courteous and responsive. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Outstanding service from start to finish.

We use Electricare at our letting/property management agency in Tenterden, Paul and his team are professional, responsive and have always given a great service. We would happily recommend them.

Paul examined the electrical system and gave us a good quote on the changes we require. He also fixed a faulty connection efficiently.

Paul is thoroughly professional. Highly recommended. Would use again without question.

Very responsive and great service. Electricare came to fix a burned out underfloor heating system installed by another company. They diagnosed the problems and fixed it the same day. Also installed two outside lights for us during the same visit. We would definitely use them again.

Paul and his colleague re-routed the house electric supply to make better use of an external 3 phase smart meter and avoid needing to use two old internal meters which also enabled an overhead supply cable to be removed. Paul had two visits pre work to plan and prepare. All work done professionally and to a high standard over 3 days. He offered to speak to Power Networks and EDF to help me deal with their questions. Hard working, tidy and open communication at all times. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent electricians who work to a high standard.

I really like this company, and wouldn't use anybody else for domestic or light-industrial wiring on our farm at Tenterden. Words that describe them include professional, punctual, pleasant and friendly - and they are good at cleaning up after themselves!

Since 2010 Paul and his excellent team have extensively rewired and upgraded three houses for me Two big Victorian houses and a 70s townhouse. The present one being a five story house from the 1880s is requiring a lot of work. Paul was very keen to look over the house before I bought it and giving me his opinion about the work to be done. We are now two years into the project and I am very comfortable with the work schedule. They come when required, do an excellent job and leave it clean and tidy and also help with planning the next phase. I have no hesitation in recommending Electricare.

Paul and his team are the consummate professionals and have a wealth of knowledge so always find a solution to any problem I can highly recommend their services as they are the best!

Excellent service from Electricare. Previously they had installed light fittings throughout my house. Now they have installed electrics in my garden including the new garden room, a water feature and lighting. I highly recommend them.

Paul came out to quote and I received it very shortly after, (at a competitive price) and we booked a convenient date for work. His colleague Alex did the work and he was efficient and tidied up thoroughly after. Very pleased with quality of work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We have used this company many times for a variety of domestic electrical matters, including installing numerous lights, testing electrics, and helping with a smart heating thermostat. We have always found Paul and his team to be reliable, organised and very efficient. They are our first choice for all things electrical!

We bought a Grade II listed building that had not been lived in for over 7 years and the electrics needed upgrading before we could move in. Paul and his team did a full survey and were able to make some urgent repairs in order to make the installation safe for us to move in. They were reliable, prompt and highly professional. As a result we will be using them again on other family properties.

Paul and the team were incredibly professional, with an end result that was high quality. Responsive and excellent service. Would definitely use again

We had our whole house rewired by Electricare. They worked hard, listened to what we had requested and delivered on time. They also adapted to late requests meeting our needs. Very happy with the results and the level of service provided. Highly recommend.

1st class Electricians.

Great team of polite, quick and dedicated electricians with very good knowledge of technology solutions. Great attention to detail and high quality finish. Highly recommend.

We needed a new fuse box to update our electrical supply Electricare were prompt and punctual. They did the job well and were extremely pleasant I would thoroughly recommend Electricare and would use again for any electrical issue Thanks

This is an owner-managed domestic electrical business that I have used on many occasions over the past 8 or so years. Jobs carried out have ranged from small electrical repairs to complete re-wiring. No job has been either too big or too small, and their work has always been carried out in a professional, courteous, responsive and reliable way. Their estimates are always honoured, as are their promised timescales. I am always impressed by their tidiness - never normally a strength of electrical contractors. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul Mitchell and Electricare for all your domestic electrical needs.

We have used Paul Mitchel and Electricare for over 10 years. His company are reliable, trustworthy and very good value for money. I would not hesitate in recommending him to others.

Paul is a great electrician, his wiring is very neat and he always tidy's up any mess he has made. I have no hesitation in giving him 5 stars.

The guys did a grand job! Told them what I needed doing in the morning and left them to it . They accomplished exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended.

I've used Electricare for a number of electrical installations over the past couple of years, and they have always done a great job. Punctual, professional, polite and completely reliable. Would thoroughly recommend.

Electricare carry out a lot of work in our managed properties and direct for Landlords in and around Tenterden. They provide a great service for us, they never let us down, they are very professional, reliable and friendly. I would highly recommend them. Annette Hughes, Property Manager. Ashton Burkinshaw

We have used Paul and his team for many years. As landlords and business people we understand the need for a quality job, delivered on time and to an agreed budget. We simply wouldn't use anyone else. Always a great job delivered.

The first time we contacted Paul we needed some outside lights installed. We had already received quotes from another couple of electricians, but Paul was the first to work out a much easier, and cheaper, way of achieving the required result. We have used him several times in the years since, both at home and at work, always the same level and thought and skill. Thoroughly recommended.

I have been using Electricare since moving to the area nearly 8 years ago, for a wide variety of work, and have been delighted with every job they have done for me. Paul's attention to detail and efficient work has saved me time and money, and I would recommend the company whole heartedly.
