Reviews
4.3
ASM Electrical Taunton is widely described as polite, helpful and tidy, with several reviewers saying the team turned up when agreed and left the work clean. Reviewers report EV charger fitting, new lights and sockets, consumer unit replacement and a full domestic rewire, with work described as completed on time and to a high standard. One reviewer said the business was well priced and the final price matched the original quote. One reviewer described Richard as rude, while another named Richard and Jack as fitting an EV charger and replacing consumer units. Another reviewer praised Shane for taking time to explain options and for knowledge of LED lighting.
We had ASM Electrical round to fit an EV Car Charger. They arrived at the time and on the day they said, the final price was exactly the same as what they originally quoted, and they tidied up and made sure everything was working and that we were happy with everything before they left. So we were very happy with them and the work that was carried out, and are happy to recommend them.
Put in new lights in lounge and bedroom. Added a shaver point in bathroom and added an extra double socket in a bedroom. He was polite, well priced, turned up on time and made sure everything was spotless after. Would 100% recommend and will call him again, if I need anymore work doing.
Richard was just rude
Thank you so much for your work combining our electrical units and making our house safe! We were recommended ASM electrical from a friend and so pleased we took their advice. They were quick efficient and very helpful. We will definitely use them again.
Great service from Richard and Jack, fitting an EV charger and replacing ancient consumer units. No nonsense, competent service at a reasonable price.
We've used them for a long time. Always really good work and pleasant to deal with .
Finally............A trade team from Taunton that both respond and actually arrive. We are sick and tired of Taunton's trade not bothering to turn up and so to find ASM was perfect. They quoted quickly, they were well priced, they turned up on time and called ahead of time to ensure we were in. The job was completed in a timely manner and they were both courteous and professional. All electrical work in 2021 will go to them. If only they did other work too..................
Friendly helpful would definitely use again
After researching many electricians in Taunton, Somerset we decided to use ASM Electrical as we were impressed by their portfolio and customer service. A complete first-fix domestic rewire was completed on time and to a high standard. Including consumer unit, sockets (internal and external), lights (internal and external), underfloor heating etc. We would highly recommend ASM Electrical.
Such professional, polite and tidy service. Highly recommend.
A great service from Shane. He's willing to take the time to offer all the options on electrical work, so that you get exactly what you want. He is very professional and very knowledgeable about the latest LED lighting technology.
