Magnum Electrical Ltd

I use Magnum for all my electrical work. I’ve used many over the years being a house builder but these guys are by far the best in the business. Always on time, very professional and are great with my customers. They’re one of the few trades I feel comfortable leaving on site on their own to get the job done. Josh and Matt are very knowledgeable on all things electrical and have a great understanding of how other aspects of the building trade go. They’ve even carried out a few solar panels installations for me and they’ve been faultless. 100% recommend for any project big or small

Excellent professional service. I’ve been using Josh and the team for over six years for all my electrical work. They’re reliable, hardworking and do a great job.

The work was to install some ceiling downlighters to a bedroom and to enhance the control of three sets of outside lights. Josh arrived as arranged and I used his advice and experience on the best placement of the ceiling lights so that we can use it as a bedroom or an office. The area was sheeted up to contain the dust of overhead drilling and afterwards thoroughly vacuumed and left clean. The outside lights required investigation to establish the existing wiring and working out how to make the adjustment I was after without compromising the flexibility of the existing controls. The work in both areas was completed quickly and efficiently, with minimum disruption, and all the usual off cuts of wire cleared away and the areas left in a clean and tidy state. I have no hesitation in recommending Magnum Electrical - this is the third time I have used them.

Josh was really helpful, got my problem solved quickly. Proffesional and friendly service. Would highly recommend. Thanks Josh

Magnum were very helpful, happy to answer all my questions. They were professional and organised, the work was done on time and to a good standard. The solar panels are now working brilliantly!

Just had new solar panels and Electric car charger fitted. Couldn't fault in any way. Fast and reliable service throughout

Such an amazing company! Excellent communication, punctual, very professional, left my home tidy after all the work carried out, its all the little touches that make such a difference. Could not recommend them anymore highly. Extremely happy for the work carried out lads! Thank you

Magnum did a fantastic job. We did a full refurb with extensions. Always polite and friendly, timely, thorough in work and responsive in communication. They provided excellent advice and consultation too. Great job! Would definitely use again.

Fantastic help to sort out our dysfunctioning electric underfloor heating system; the controls weren't installed properly, and we'd struggled with this for two years. Josh and his partner spent the morning working through the issues and by the process of elimination were able to sort the problem efficiently and quickly. Before and after photos. Lovely to have straight talking, honest, skilled, knowledgeable and trustworthy engineers.

Excellent service, these guys are very good. Magnum did a great job installing and relocating a new distribution board two years ago. I asked at the time if they did PVs but they didn't offer that service. I had a quote from Eon last August to install panels and a battery but they weren't able to complete the order. Magnum began offering PVs at the beginning of the year. Magnum bettered the Eon quote and was able to supply and install in a very timely manner. Magnum is very well organised, the scaffold was installed without a hitch, the works were undertaken by Josh, Matthew & Alex very efficiently over three days. Everything was completely explained and reviewed both before the work and on completion. All packaging and debris was tidied/removed on completion and they even arranged for the outside of the conservatory to be cleaned. I highly recommend Magnum Electrical.

Matt, Josh and team have renovated my living room and created built in storage in my hallway and utility room. The team were professional and polite and all works were completed to programme.

My wife and I used Josh, Matt and Alex, And the team from Hawkswood Renovations Ltd to have our kitchen re built re wired, lighting fitted and a multitude of other work completed by them. They were all very professional, hard working, incredibly knowledgeable and efficient to say the least. We couldn't recommend them more if we tried! We've used other contractors in the past and they really aren't up to these guys standards or abilities. We honestly wouldn't use another company other than Magnum Electrical / Hawkswood Renovations and the team. Thank you guys!! We're super impressed and happy with everything you did!

The Magnum Electrical team were fast and professional as always. They manage to fit this job in at short notice around my very inflexible schedule and completely the work promptly and with excellent detail. While the work itself was carried out well, the highlight for me was the manner of communication. Josh spoke to me at various points throughout the process of arranging the work, and called me to give a thorough explanation of what had been done the day it was completed, despite how small a job this was for him and team. I would highly recommend Magnum and will certainly use them again.

We used Josh and his team for a full re-wire during our extension. The advice at the start was excellent, the guys were polite and we’re very happy with the works. Would highly recommend them.

Josh and his team were incredibly professional throughout the process and the work done was absolutely perfect. I’ll strongly recommend them.

We needed a full rewire on our new property and after a recommendation from a friend we gave Magnum a call. Very pleased with the work done, we went through all aspects of the job and received excellent guidance and advice. They were competitively priced, completed the work ahead of time and the communication throughout the project was excellent. We would highly recommend Josh and his team and will definitely be using them again.

I contacted Magnum Electrical to assist with an external electrical fault. I received an immediate reply to my enquiry, with an appointment within 2 days. The electrician arrived on time and completed a thorough check where he isolated and corrected the fault. An excellent all round service which I can highly recommend.

Would recommend Josh at Magnum Electrical to everyone. He's helped me out of a few electrical problems. Always on time and very reliable. Great service.

Magnum Electrical completed my electrical safetly certificate for me. They are just the company I have been searching for. Magnum offer honest and fairly priced electricial services with good communication and complete transparency. They were happy to answer all my questions and flexible enough to offer up a number of soluitons for exisiting issues. I'd happily recommend them and am releived to have an honest electrician on speed dial if I am in need.

Magnum delivered a detailed quote quickly and completed the job within the timeframe they specified. Work was to a high standard.

These guys were great from the start. Making an appointment was nice and easy and I was kept informed when they were on their way. Once here they were very friendly and helpful, nothing too much bother. At the end the invoicing was easy too. Really nice to find someone reliable and easy, highly recommend these guys!

Josh and Lester wired up (power and wireless access) Garden Office - brilliant service, great finish and advice throughout. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! 10/10. Will use them again for any future work!

Exceptional service from the Magnum Electrical team, We’ve used them on two separate occasions and will certainly use them again. They provide a detailed itemised quote and go about their work with utmost professionalism and technical ability. 10/10

Josh fitted 3 outdoor sensor lights + 2 outdoor sockets , all fitted with little / no upheaval + very tidy . Second time we've used Magnum + will always return for future works without a doubt .

Josh has done a fantastic job at my house. Spot lights in the kitchen and bathrooms. Outside security lightings. Josh has also done some work with my business premises that I am very pleased with even helped me on a bank holiday. I would highly recommend.

Perfectionist, not only did josh visit several times to ensure work carried out was satisfactory he was also able to visit at short notice at awkward times suitable for me

What a nightmare I have had. Wedding booked, have to be at the church for 1pm. First thing in the morning the power in my house blows. I tried flicking the fuse, nothing, I tried replacing the fuse, nothing. Panicking I jumped onto Google and josh's number came up. After a quick phone call, luckily he was able to come round. About an hour later he's fixed the issue and power is back on. Josh checked every plug, every loop and found out the issue was the issue was a tiny little light in the kitchen. I was blow away that a tiny little bulb could cause such chaos. Everyone is so happy. He really saved the day, we even invited him down later the the evening. I've also now booked Josh in again to do some re wiring work for my entertainment system. Thank you Josh.

Done a few jobs for me at my flat and the salon I work at. Very professional and a massive perfectionist I would highly recommend !

Josh has undertaken many jobs for us including rewiring all the bedrooms, bathroom kitchen and lounge and installing outside lights in the garden. He has installed spotlights in four rooms and is just about to supply and install a new fuse board. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is always happy to help and offer any advise, and just as importantly always leaves the area he is working in clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Josh for any electrical work you are thinking of doing.
