This is a mixed review as some bits… This is a mixed review as some bits were good others were poor. Firstly the communication was very poor and I was advised something by one person and something different by another (Fitter and electrician vs the office). There was some questions raised re my integrity also by the owner which was then discussed and apology accepted. Installation on the day I waited and waited to hear when it would be done and be told 'cant get hold of the installer so not sure if it happening today' and finally he showed at 4pm ish. Emails sent to me to request information went to my spam which I explained but was called a liar. Overall I am happy with the charger and Jacob the installer was very good and cleaned up after him etc but im not sure if I would use this company again if needed

I recently had the waEV1i-charger installed, and I couldn't be happier the communication throughout the process was top-notch. It was a quick turnaround from the day we got the application approved to the date the charger was installed. I think around 9 days or so. They were very jelpful throughout the entire process and managed to get me the government OZEV grant as well for the charger. Thank you.

I always try to use local companies where possible rather than nationals for work at my home, but trying to get a quick quote proved frustrating. Having done a few searches on Google, the algorithms sent me toward waEV. Up front advertised price, that they stuck to, and simple online process meant I had bought within minutes (well could have - I did some research first). Ordered on Thursday, fitted the following Wednesday. And the local companies who finally got back to me with a price were all WAY more expensive. I cannot think of a reason not to use waEV.

I had looked at many brands and selected features I liked in a charger, smart functions, setting off-peak hours, tracking use, solar etc and each time I would find a charger there would be something missing, Until I found the WaEv charger! Where do I start - The EV charger market is a confusing place, when I started looking at chargers I had no previous experience of chargers, after all why would I? From my first interaction with waEV it has been nothing but positive. Joe and his team are a small team, but deliver the customer service of an organisation 5 times it size. They guided me through what I needed and also have been instrumental in the our upcoming Solar panel install. Meaning we'll have a panel to car solution which gives us truly cheaper motoring. They genuinely care about the install and the charger. We had a slightly trickier install as we wanted the charger installed on an external garage. But with their dedication and time a solution was found and the install went ahead. Companies like this need to be applauded as very few actually put the customer first, but Joe and his team do. If you need an EV Charger waEV is the way to go. You won't regret it.

Dealing with Joe, even before I purchased the charger was effortless. Nothing was too much trouble and even the most simplest of questions was answered swiftly and in a friendly manner. The install was also great - simple clear communication and the installation engineer was a great guy, very helpful and very clean in the way he worked - again, nothing was too much trouble.

Highly recommended. There was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone to answer queries and there was virtually no wait for an installation date. The product and service was far less costly than other companies I researched, and the engineer could not have been more efficient and helpful. Thank you.

These guys are really good to deal with. We had a waEV charger installed through a separate company and had a few teething problems. Joe at waEV was incredibly helpful and sorted the issues quickly and efficiently and checked up again with us to make sure everything was working ok. Great customer service. Can't fault them!

Especially after we had an issue due to the electricity supply in our property, they were very prompt and persistent in helping us get it solved. The unit was great and easy to use unlike others we have had in the past....all in all is great product and service, highly recommend.

I’ve had a faultless experience dealing with waEV. From my initial contact with Joe and his team, to the installation only a few weeks later…. it’s all been very easy. The charger works perfectly and looks slick as well. The EV app seems very straightforward to navigate albeit I’m still learning. I can not recommend waEV enough to anyone looking to have a home charger installed.

Installers were excellent and went the additional mile to ensure everything worked, looked great (even the parts that are not seen generally) Joe was brilliant and helped to sort out an issue which is not of their making and arranged the solution. Can't wait for the car to arrive so I can try it all out, but at least I know I am ready to go with a great looking addition to the house and a feature packed product with brilliant back up if required

After researching several models i got good support and answers from Joe, opted for a self install , easy to fit , the app to set it up is really good , connected to my WIFI and had one query , phoned up late on a friday and it got resolved in about 2 minutes , the app is vey good , only negative comment is it could do with a holder for the plug end

Would highly recommend these chargers. We have installed 2 already at work and are looking to install more. Very fast charge 3 times quicker than our previous chargers we installed.

I purchased my EV charger from waEV-charge and from the day of initial contact with Joe I was well informed about the suitability of the charger and the process involved in fitting of the charger and its implications. The engineer kept me updated about the time of his arrival and it was an appalling rainy day but this did not deter him and his technician. He listened to my request where I wanted the charger to be fitted and completed the tasks effectively and courteously. They left the working areas cleaned from debris, make good any defects caused by drilling and despite some technical difficulties in setting the app, he persevered and ensure the charger was fully operational before leaving. As I was new to this system, and some teething problem with the app initially, I was fully supported by Joe and his technical team despite my numerous query and finally have the whole system and app working smoothly. Thank you Joe and the team at waEV-charge and looking forward to enjoying all the benefits from this charger in the future.

Received my waVE-charge today It took about 2 weeks from my first conversation with Joe to have it installed. The instal went perfectly and was done very quickly. The losing the charger on to the system took a bit of time due to my complicated WI-FI System but called Joe and he got it all sorted very quickly and set it all up for me. An absolutely brilliant customer service Joe could not be more helpful or knowledgeable. I could not be happier highly recommend this company.THANKS

Charger now fitted and working. A few hold ups ( not due to WaEV) getting the house electrics checked and a 100amp fuse fitted. Installation was great the fitter was excellent and very helpful. Joe has been excellent from my first enquiry to the last contact and always happy to help and advise! 100% recommendation.

I've spent way too long researching EV boxes and installation. Most quotes were pricey and the boxes expensive or looked the part but actually weren't particularly futureproof. waEV bucked that trend for me, the box is great and includes lots of options that cost more while installation was very, very reasonable. But above all else their level of service, their communication and their willingness to help has been streets ahead of anyone else I've spoken to. I can't recommend them highly enough, superb all round.
