Own staff have been very good. Sub contractors used to fit kitchen, were poor. Dai and Sef, were excellent. Project manager Mark Matthews, has been very good, and extremely helpful.

Joseph Holmes, came to the project to fix our outside lights, he was very professional, our outside lights were damaged due to children kicking a ball and hit our light, we solved the problem lights were fixed and there was a light cage, put over the lights to protect for the future

Dale as a whole have been very difficult to deal with. The managers I have dealt with have been rude and ignorant. They have been dishonest and caused me stress What I will say is how good the tradesmen have been especially Ricki and Morgan who completed most of the work in my house. They were polite and professional at all times. Dale should be greatful that they have staff like Ricki and Morgan

This company worked on my parents' house after a flood in 2020, as the insurance company refused to allow a local builder to take the job. They were shoddy workers, extremely unprofessional and took shortcuts everywhere they could. We have faulty plaster, bad wiring, and rotten skirting boards, and are still working to undo the damage they did. They were abusive when bad work was pointed out. Under no circumstances should you use this company. They made an already heartbreaking situation worse for my elderly parents.

I had an excellent experience with Dale Maintenance. They renovated my bathroom and tackled all the issues in my hall, stairs, landing and office with great care and professionalism. Mark, the project manager, was outstanding - solution-focused, incredibly hard-working and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Gavin, Anthony and Kevin, whose workmanship and attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

My mother and I have been trying to book an electrical test for our caravan for the last 3 weeks, the staff on the phones are nice but no help as it seems only one person in the whole company handles electrical testing. We eventually got a date after calling everyday, multiple times a day and having to basically beg. On the day booked the engineers turned up and we gave property access and have heard nothing! Not sure if the electrical test was completed, can’t get an invoice and we’ve been told we’ll be called back about 10 times and nothing. Very unprofessional and seems like there’s awful communication in the business.

Great communication, friendly service and fantastic work carried out. They came in to fix a collapsed kitchen ceiling, and some upstairs flooring and the results are seamless and exactly what we asked. Would absolutely recommend!

Dale Maintenance were contracted via my mother's insurance company to complete work on her home post flood. The work completed was of poor standard - kitchen extractor not fitted correctly, kitchen cupboards not finished etc. Nothing finished on time and poor communication. They didn't turn up for days when they planned to and didn't inform my mother of the progress unless chased. She's needed to have someone else come in and star from scratch putting in a bathroom that the plumbed completely botched - several leaks, toilet not fitted correctly, shower not fitted correctly, tiles put on awful. The new plumber said the work was horrendous. Would not recommend this company to anyone and avoid at all costs.

Can’t comment on the work but I think some refreshers in driving courses might be advised. The approach they took to my vehicle today and then rode my rear end was frankly dangerous

I had a wonderful experiece with Dale. I don't know where to start. Let me start with Mr.Garen Beard, his time to time cummunication towards the plan of work and finding the right material to finish the job is incredible. He got a very good team, they all a bunch of gems to Mr.Garen to complete the job in a very quick manner. The team is know very well about the job and to finish to the perfection. They drive extra miles for to complete the work to a perfect finish. All I can say Dale is a excellent company to carryout any house maintenance work. Thank you.

We had the misfortune of using Dale through an insurance claim. If I had the option to give 0 stars, I would. Over an 8 week period they didn't make a single call back to us as promised. We had to chase them ourselves and via the insurance company. They made an already stressful situation much worse. Avoid at all costs.

Dale Building Maintenance Ltd have been a trusted contractor at our site based in Torbay Devon for just under one year. From day one they have been excellent. Following site rules whilst working around our busy process environment. They have done no end of minor tasks I come up with like putting in armco barriers and repairing doors. They have also completed major works like renovating our staff shower facilities and raising sunken drains in areas that are difficult to work with, all tasks completed to a very high standard. They always come up with solutions to the problems I throw at them! They are very quick at responding to call outs and completing jobs in a timely fashion. Sean, Kaylen, Rob to name a few are always professional and friendly whilst at our site. I would recommend Dale maintenance for all different types of building work. 👷‍♂️ Thanks guys.

I have personally had a variety of works carried out by this business, from electrics to carpentry to plumbing and I can safely say every job done was completed to a very high standard.

There Attitude is as good as there work looking at there reviews. One of there vehicles has damaged the front of my garden when working in a neighbours. No respect what so ever. I will be reporting this to the police to. The driver drove off in a hurry and had no regard for the damage on my property.

Shocking company. Insurance job that has gone on for months. They are unresponsive, unprofessional and seem to carry out work without any plans. Do not use if you can avoid. Couple of nice blokes that carry out the work, but the management seem an utter farce.

Never turn up on time, and fail to contact you to let you know why. A poor company, and would not use if they were not used by my landlord. 9 years of poor service.

Insurance job at my Nans property in Ely Cardiff........absolutely shocking workmanship...stay away from this company.....took an absolute age & stevie wonder could have done better work.

Dale's have been working on a property on Milborough road next door to me. They are unprifessiinal, shoddy workmen. The road is filthy as they don't clear up. This morning, I had a nail in my tyre and as a carer this means I will be late for all my vulnerable clients

We had this firm allocated to our property for repairs in 2018, defects were later discovered and they came back to look. They totally bodged the kitchen units which left a gap in between the doors . They just moved the washing machine over to even the central gap, which opened up again after the first use of the washing machine. The shower developed black mould and the sealant on the worktop was missing. I was called to say that the operative would be coming back to do the worktop, but he insisted that the shower had been dealt with on his 1st visit ... which it wasn't. I rang his boss who said that they would not be coming back as he believed his worker not me! I have had a quote for the kitchen units and forwarded it, but they just just ignored the issue. I would never use this tin pot company nor would I ever recommend them!

Just had the misfortune of nearly had accident by one of your vans in Cheltenham around 2.45 tried to get me to run in the back of him by putting brakes on then tried to run me off road in a bus lane which I am entitled to use then starts shouting and swearing out the window classy company

Don't turn up to do planned work staff a rude and disrespectful when they do come only use them because they are contracted by my property owner wouldn't recommend them at all

We were worried about Dale Maintenance at first after reading reviews but the job was done excellently and to the timescale that we spoke about at the start of the works. The two gentlemen we worked with directly were very professional and helpful throughout the works being done.

This company ordered a range cooker from me on Thursday,told me to call back later for payment,arranged delivery for Saturday but from Friday they just would not take my calls and ignored me,we were just trying to provide a proper service to them,would not touch them with a barge pole
