Evolve Electrical Services

Pete’s work was excellent and he was clear and thorough throughout organising the electric car charger and installation. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Service very professional and courteous highly recommend

Pete fitted our solar panels and GivEnergy Hybrid Inverter and Battery, so when we bought an EV, we asked him back to fit the matching Charger. I have no hesitation in recommending Evolve Electrical Services as Pete does an excellent job. He is a tidy worker and plans his projects extremely well. Thanks Pete.

Great service and install of EV charger.

We used Pete to fit an Emergency Power Supply (EPS) to our recently installed GivEnergy solar system. Pete was a recommended GivEnergy electrician. Pete was absolutely superb in all respects. He understood what we needed and recommended the best solution to meet our needs. He was meticulous in his work, finding and rectifying a few existing (unknown issues) as he went, all within the fixed price. I will certainly use Pete for all other electrical work as I completely trust him.

We used Pete to install an Ev charger after being recommended him by a friend. We are really glad we did! Pete was great from the start, providing us with detailed options, giving advice and keeping us informed along the way! The installation is really neat and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to someone else. Thank you

Good service and product delivered by Pete 👍👍

We have just had our second EV charger installed by Pete at Evolve. We went back after being impressed the first time with his professionalism, clean and tidy working and trustworthy nature. He provided three options of chargers and we decided to go with a Zappi this time. I would (and have!) recommended Pete for any electrical work. Its hard to find trades you can trust to provide a fair price, turn up when they say they will, do the best job they can and be clean and tidy throughout. Thanks Pete!

Marvellous, turned up on time for his quote. Arrived to do the work when he said he would. He didnt charge me the earth. He was clean, tidy through out. Left no rubbish behind. As, and when i have another need for an electrician i won't call anyone else. Many thanks Pete

Pete was excellent, did everthing right installing two bathroom extractors and a heat mat. Replied to the original enquiry quickly, provided a clear and fair estimate. Turned up exactly when planned, did the work to a high standard and cleanly. And sent a very detailed invoice on completion. Highly recommend, would use again.

Peter worked well, even when faced with an unexpected obstacle, Peter was able to overcome this and effect a great install. Highly recommended.

We had an EV charger installed and Pete has provided an excellent service. Full advice was provided regarding the options available for the installation as well as advice with choosing a suitable EV charger. The installation itself is extremely neat and all cabling is concealed - there is no unsightly cabling tacked to the side of the house. Would certainly recommend and would definitely use Evolve Electrical Services again.

Pete provided a very prompt and efficient installation of our EV charger and gave us absolute confidence we were in safe hands. He routed the cable around the house so almost none can be seen and the charger itself is in a convenient location but without making the front look too much like the Starship Enterprise which we were keen to avoid. He was prompt, punctual, left everything neat and tidy and overcame the inevitable challenges of dealing with an older property without any drama. We would be more than happy to use Evolve again and to recommend to others.

We've used Evolve a couple of times now and would highly recommend. Great service, very conscientious, can't fault really. Lovely to have a local service we can rely on.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough. An absolute pleasure to deal with - even if ours was the second to worse job he’d ever done! Thanks Pete, really happy with everything.

Pete offered a fantastic service from point of contact through to completing the job. He was so helpful and quick to reply it was really easy to get the work we needed doing booked in. He was on time, very professional - offered us objective advice and was a thoroughly nice chap. We are also very please with the work completed. Would definitely recommend and we would use again. Pete was punctual, friendly and completed work to a very high standard, including thoroughly cleaning up after completing. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Friendly, professional, and helpful, Pete did a great job both advising us and installing our EV Charger. He had two visits; a first to see our property and work out what was required, including testing the existing circuitry to determine potential capacity limitations, so as to provide an accurate quote, then on our acceptance a second to perform the installation. Before his visits he took time to share information on the models of charger available, and on what various options meant / his personal recommendations around those. Additionally he provided advice about providing a solution to monitor charge being used by other appliances in our house so that supply to the EV charger could be cut out if it would compete for the limited supply (we have an old house with a 60 amp supply), then kick back in once other demands lowered. Since the EV Charger connects to the home wifi; but our garage was out of our wifi's range, he provided a TP Link powerline adapter to provide network connectivity via the existing power cable. For each visit Pete arrived on time, having also clearly communicated with us in advance. Along with his colleague, Mark, they provided a really good quality installation, tidied up after themselves leaving many things better than they'd found them, and checked that we could connect our phones to the charger / understood how to use the app before leaving, to ensure all worked for us before moving on. Really helpful and friendly, I can't recommend highly enough.

Great professional service, and very reasonable rates and great attention to detail.

Great service, highly recommended. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Nothing is too much trouble, from carrying an electrical test on a rented house, or just replacing a faulty light switch.

Supplied a complete service to our new summer house including running underground cable from the main building with new outside double weather proof socket and installation of all internal wiring and sockets required. The work was completed in a very speedy and professional manner and the site was left clean and tidy. Excellent service will use again when we need anything else.
