Shower was broken, the electrician came out, looked at it, fixed it, working great and advised that my issue will return as it needs new wiring. Previous issues I had with shower I never got told about the wires, he showed me the wires were melting causing the shower to break. After the festive period I will 100% call this company to rewire it as you get no bullshit. Great electrician.

Excellent service and communication from a really lovely team. Keiran was very helpful from day 1, with detailed inspection of our job and a clear quote. Responded quickly, gave very reasonable quote and carried work out very quickly. Technician was friendly and professional. The company were also up front and honest about how expensive an additional piece of work would be and how much damage if would cause, advising on this matter. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Kieran was great throughout the install and also tidied our board (formerly known as spaghetti junction under the stairs). What a difference! The board tidy while not required for the installation of our heat pump but was something Kieran suggested and spoke to us about and has done a fantastic job.

A big thanks kieran... work for a charity helping OAPs. Visited a disabled man's home, where kitchen fluorescent light had been taken down to put new LED light up and wiring was a bit of a mess. Phoned kieran who kindly talked us through step by step to help resolve the issue. Really appreciated and would highly recommend this company. Again thank you.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Very swift response..Amazing service, even more so considering it was a Saturday evening. Also very friendly and helpful, I’m not good at any DIY and quite afraid of electrics so appreciate the way it was all explained. Highly recommend.

My heating controller cut after a power cut I called several places to get an engineer but after an hour of trying I got nowhere quickly. Then my wife contacted Newwire they were amazing they asked for a photo on WhatsApp and with 10 minutes we were back up and running. They talked me through the possible faults and what to try and before we knew it it was fixed. We had been quoted £150 elsewhere just to come have a look and Newwire solved our problem over the phone and didn't even charge us for his time! What a hero totally reccomend without a doubt.
