Colts Electrical Ltd

I cannot give my thanks enough to the team. My family live in a very old house, we were getting massive quotes and even the initial evaluations were nowhere near as detailed as Colts. The primary concern was always safety and making sure that everything was done properly. We had everything explained to us about why certain items were being installed and the issues that we had before. The team here are honest, informative and just exceptional at their work. Thank you all so much for everything and making our house a home again!

Our EV charger was installed quickly and a very tidy job cleaned up afterwards and very helpful explaining step by step the process to activate the charger would highly recommend this company

Recently used Colts Electrical to complete work creating a magical nursery. I was very impressed with how efficient they were and also the cleanliness. Their wealth of knowledge and support they can offer in different areas is very impressive. Will be using them for future projects. Highly recommended.

Very good service (new consumer unit, EV charging cabling and running supply to an outbuilding), from initial advice, prompt communication and quotation, always turned up as planned and on time, and work undertaken to a high standard - highly recommended.

Excellent customer service, good price.

Very good quality of work, professional and reliable. Made our life easy, and all we need to do is touch up the paint work. Really happy with the results of our down lights and under cabinet lighting retrofits. Thanks again!

I had a new fuse board installed by Colts Electrical to replace my old, outdated and messy original set up. The work was done to a great standard and in a quick, timely manner. A good experience throughout the job.

Really good experience with Colts. Professional and came on time, new heaters installed quickly and efficiently.

I have used Colts Electrical Ltd for an EV charger installation. Not only they have managed to order the charger quickly, they scheduled the work in less than a week and that too on a Sunday. Installation is neat and tidy. Communication is excellent too. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Couldn’t rate anything other than 5 stars. We are incredibly happy with the service we received and would definitely use this company again.

Used Colts Electrical LTD for an electrical inspection. They explained everything and following the inspection pointed out a few minor repairs which were needed. I chose to have these things fixed which was done quickly at minimal cost. The report was received in a timely manner. I would definitely use this firm again and would highly recommend they to friends and family.

A very professional and quality service. We were given good advice and he took great pride in making sure we were fully informed and left with a very tidy installation.

Quick, professional service! Would recommend. 👍

Very prompt service, neat installation, explained work done and demonstration of how to use. Completely cleared up all working areas and left very tidy. Highly recommended.

Like an absolute champion I managed to drill through an electrical cable in my house. I got quotes from other electricians and all of them were quoting huge amounts of work and very expensive. Colts came round in the evening talked me through the work that needed to be done and even came out on a Saturday to do the work at no extra charge. Fantastic service, talked me through what needed to be done and gave me a lot of confidence in him. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I thought my install was complicated by the fact I live in an old house. Beat and his colleague on the day made light work of getting the cable neatly and cleanly under my floor boards and the result is first rate. Beat is clearly very knowledgable in this area and was able to recommend a charger perfect for my requirements. No hesitation in recommended Colt Electrical to friends and family.

Very helpful preliminary discussion, and smooth installation process. Highly recommended.

Really super company to deal with. Very professional & I feel that they go the extra mile to ensure an excellent job. Nothing is too much trouble. Very good advice also on socket & switch selections & positioning. We have an old house & the wiring was obsolete in places but we now feel confident that everything is totally compliant. Definitely recommend

Excellent experience from the first meeting to the completion of the job. Very knowledgeable on the products and helped us make a choice of a charger that integrates with our existing solar panels. Very clean, tidy and polite. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Beat helped me choose the best EV charger for my set up and installed with no fuss, quickly & professionally. Beat takes great care and pride in his work leaving tidy results.

Was deperate one evening in Jauary 2023 with no power to the property Peter from Colt Electricals agreed to investigate outside of office hours then quickly identified issue and assisted us to rectify will use as my main electrician going forward A star

I’ve used these guys a couple of times, once for a fan shower replacement and the other for wiring and fitting a shaving mirror, both times excellent work and price and not leaving a mess!!! 👍

Totally professional from first contact to completion of the installation. Arrived exactly on time and fitter the charger quickly. Spent time to ensure I was happy with how it all worked including setting up the app. No mess or waste left behind.

Beat and his partner have done an absolutely fantastic job, we're so pleased. They turned up when they said they would, quoted us a very responsible price and charged that price without any hidden fees. They very kindly went out off their way to install a bedroom socket we asked of them very last minute. When we need more work doing in the future we'll definitely be asking for their services again, thanks so much!

Came quick, very reasonably priced, professional, we had them some twice

Beat is a fantastic, reliable professional electrician ,he did my 2 shower en-suites, wired fire alarm system and additional circuits also he managed to sort out all missed and bulky wires in the loft which a previous electrician messed up in my Victorian house. He also gave an electrical certificate for all the jobs he has done. Overall I am very happy with all the jobs he has accomplished.

Colts Electrical are very professional, reasonably priced and puntual. We needed them in an emergency, they came the same day and we are hiring them again for another job.

Beat was great from start to finish. Worked really hard throughout and always quick to respon to emails. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Beat was so incredibly helpful and is also really talented with an amazing can-do attitude. We needed an array of random tasks completing including extending outdoor wiring using armoured cables, installing a surround sound speaker system in an outbuilding and other general fixes around our new property. Everything he did was so neat without any wiring viable. I’d highly recommend Beat and the team for any domestic or commercial electrical job. Amazing service.

Great work, good price and professional and clean!

Beat took his time on the job, never rushed it, and maintained a high quality/safety standards. At the end of the job Beat left the place tidy. Paperwork then followed in a timely manner. I must add as well that Colt's prices were very reasonable. Thank you Beat and Colts.
