Eco EnerG Solutions Renewables Ltd

Had a loss of pressure on my thermal solar system. They found nothing on callout (£300) and suggested full flush and repressure. Another £700 later and the problem reemerged after a few weeks. They came to investigate (this time for no cost) and found a faulty pressure release valve which would take about an hour to replace (surely they should have looked at this as the problem related to a loss of pressure). I agreed to the replacement and one hours work but when invoiced they invoiced for 2.5 hours as well as mileage (which they charged me for the 1st, 2nd and 4th visits) at 98p per mile amounting to another £50 each time. When I requested that they honour the 1 hour labour and no travel costs they refused. Seems like they can miss stuff and the customer just has to pick up the bill. Would not recommend at all.
