Riverport Electrical Services drew mixed feedback from reviewers. One praised a technician named Franklin for being thorough, friendly and skilled, and for finding and fixing a chimney leak and cracked seals. Another said Richard was helpful, friendly, polite and informative, and fixed a problem another company had wrongly quoted for. One reviewer said they were really friendly and clearly knowledgeable, and talked them out of having work done. A further reviewer said they had sent a message and asked for a call back but had no response a week later, and planned to try elsewhere.

RES Electrical Serv & Chimney's Services Ltd provided excellent service! We scheduled an inspection because we hadn't cleaned and swept our chimney properly in years. Our technician, Franklin, was thorough, amiable, and really competent. He noticed a musty smell throughout the service and used his knowledge of chimney odor troubleshooting to discover evidence of water incursion. When Franklin found cracked seals that probably contributed to the leak, he also repaired the chimney flashing. The chimney now smells and looks fantastic! The caliber of the work has greatly pleased us. For complete chimney care, I heartily suggest RES Electrical Serv & Chimney's Services Ltd.

I found Richard online after another company did some work for me, and quoted £1000 to remedy a problem that didn’t exist. Richard was incredibly helpful, checked their work & found an error in their testing. He fixed the problem, was friendly, polite & informative, and charged a very good price. I will definitely be calling you again for any other jobs, thanks Richard!

Maybe they're good. Maybe they aren't. I sent a message and requested a call back through Trust A Trader and haven't had a response a week later. Was swayed by the good Trust A Trader reviews but will try elsewhere.
